Great guide and bikes.We have come back from the most amazing four days with Mr Queyn and Mr Ha! We did the 12 days tour, visiting many historical sites and learning a lot about the history of Vietnam through the years. The cycling each day was incredible, lots of variety (some days we rode flat rides where we could admire the scenery and see the country life in Ho Chi Minh trails and the Hue suburbs, one day the riding was intense as we rode the Ho Chi Minh traisl but the views along the way were certainly worth the effort!). It was a pleasure to be on the tour with Quyen and Ha- the planning each day was meticulous and lots of thought from them both went into making sure we got the most out of each day. We had a great time riding, trekking and touring museum and at every stop Mr Ha was ready and waiting with snacks, cold drinks, towels and everything that we needed. We also enjoyed the local food and Mr Quyen helped us to try some foods we wouldn't have known to order but were amazing ! We will look to do more tours with Indochina Holidays Travel when we next return to Vietnam!

Bang and Nguyen was a very good guide and driver. Very thoughtful at all times. The views we saw on our trip were outstanding.

We had a great cycle trip with Bangg and Nguyen. The scenery was fantastic. The cycling was really tough but the driver was always waiting with snacks and drinks which helped!

Fantastic 3 day bike trip in Sapa. Our guide and driver were amazing. Our biking was the highlight of our time in Vietnam. Would book again and have recommend it to friends. Communication during the booking process was great and very helpful.

We loved the trip, and the service provided by Indochina Holiday Travel was excellent! Mr. Bang (the guide) and Mr. Win (the driver) were fantastic and organised everything for us. We always ate in local places instead of tourist ones, which also made it very enjoyable. The uphills were demanding, and we didn’t cycle all of them as it was very hot, yet the downhills were fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the place. In any case, I absolutely recommend the company for this tour.

We did the 12 day Highlights of Vietnam followed by a 2 day Mekong Delta tour. We didn’t want a huge amount of cycling so these tours suited us although we only cycled on 5 days rather than 6 as our guide didn’t seem keen to ride around Hue which was a little disappointing. We were the only ones doing the tour so that gave us a lot of flexibility eg. Could stop for a coffee when we wished or opt in or out of any planned sightseeing. We also liked the idea of 2 internal flights rather than train or road travel over large distances. We particularly enjoyed cycling through the countryside and staying in a village near Mai Chau as well as our 2 days cycling through the incredibly fertile Mekong Delta although the weather there is inevitably hot and humid. We found the pace of the tour was perfect, not too many really early starts and time each afternoon to relax at the hotel and have a swim before dinner. We were very happy with the standard of all the accommodation. The organisation of the tour was faultless with drivers and guides always appearing on time and the arrangements always communicated well. Our guides, Den and Tien, were particularly friendly, informative and helpful, as was Tommy from the main office who organised the tour and internal flights for us. His communication was particularly prompt. I would definitely recommend Indochina Holidays as a very reliable company to organise your travel with.

Highly recommend. Multiple advantages to booking a tour with this group. Firstly, incredibly flexible schedule and willing to work with your specific interests. Secondly, you get a private tour with only your own friends and great guides. Thirdly, hotels and meals and other amenities are all five star, but the cost is only a third of what international tour groups charge.

Amazing cycling tour with our guide Bann and driver Nguyen on a 10-day cycling adventure from Hanoi to Hue along the Ho Chi Minh highway with excursions, of course! The views were breathtaking and the team was well prepared to satisfy our needs and wants. The food was delicious but the local people (especially kids) cruising next to me on their battery powered scooters were the highlight of my trip because they were so friendly and delightful. Kudos to Tommy @ Indochina for helping me organize our private cycling tour! Highly recommend this company for future holiday travels in SE Asia and Vietnam, specifically!

Excellent trip. Our guide Hai was off the charts amazing. We had so much fun with him. The biking was great. The routes so interesting. All of the stops were memorable. I highly recommend this 2 day trip.

Great concept to discover Vietnam in a different manner versus more classic tours. We crossed villages, saw beautiful sceneries and saw Vietnamese people in their daily lives. The van can pick up kids when they are too tired while the rest of the family still bikes, guided by an English speaking guide that can share information on what is seen. Our reco is to bike at least to Mai Chau and to Tam Cuoc (most beautiful by far of the 5 days) and to ensure that the rest of the tour offers as beautiful sceneries. We recommand to check quality of accommodation beforehand as well to prevent bad surprises. A big thank to NGuyen, our very nice driver that took care of us during the 5 days in a very gentle and lovely manner and to Bann, who guided us all the way ensuring all of us were following, sharing pictures some of the days.

A beautiful way to visit remote area in the Sapa area. The equipment was of excellent quality and our guide Mr Kien was fit and very attentive to our needs. He gave us relevant information along the way. I would recommend this way of discovering the beautiful nature of Sapa.

We enjoyed our cycling trip in Vietnam - our guide and support crew were excellent and adjusted the programme to meet the abilities of the group and the weather (which was very hot then very wet). The team were always on hand with snacks and drinks when we needed them. The accommodation was generally good although we certainly noticed that beds in rural Vietnam are very very hard! I would not want to go back to Coc Phuong national park bungalows though - although that's perhaps because of the massive thunderstorm we experienced there. The best parts were toodling around rice paddies and through villages and the karst landscapes around Nimh Binh on backroads. We appreciated the historical information shared by the guide and being able to stop for photos. We felt we'd seen a really genuine version of Vietnam that we would not have experienced travelling alone. This trip was a good balance of tourism (seeing the sights), pedalling and socialising / relaxing.

In 2022 my wife and I joined IndoChina Holidays on a Trek/Cycle Tour of Laos. We were accompanied by four friends so a total group size of six (all 55 yrs plus plus). The experience was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend it. It wasn't a restful holiday though...but the people, food, culture and scenery were well worth it. We were met by the Team in Luang Prabang and taken to remote villages for three days of trekking - it was very remote and the trekking was challenging. We stayed in villagers' primitive houses who had not seen Westerners since before Covid - it was a privilege to stay in their homes and experience their way of life. Something none of us will ever forget. We then climbed on our bikes for some very challenging cycling (distance and gradient) and to cover the full distances you would have to be a very accomplished cyclist. We worked with the Team to shorten the routes on a daily basis and to just take in the best parts of the routes - this worked really well and the Team were incredibly accommodating. The places we visited, the views we saw and the experiences we encountered were extremely memorable - well done IndoChina Holidays. A trip for the experienced traveller but if you put the effort in you get back great rewards - and yes I'd wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you IndoChina Laos Team you were fantastic.
