We, 3 families total of 15 people, had a 5 days private tour around DaNang area in December 2024. It was our first time visit in Vietnam. LVP travel helped us to plan and organize the trip. We all had a great time. The reason that I give 4 stars out of 5 is because the lunches provided were mediocre.

I booked a daytrip to Hoi An and can highly recommend it. I have never seen such a colorful city before and I travel a lot. Everything was perfectly organized too. Thumbs up! 😊

My Husband and I [in our late 50's] contacted LVP travel directly from Australia. We provided dates and our interest to them. Ms Quinn then planned an itinerary and communicated back and forth with us to cater to our needs, pick ups and drop offs etc. They provided us a secure way of paying through a Vietnamese government portal. They helped us with our visas and checked that all flights aligned with their scheduled itinerary. During our trip we were in contact via what's app and were provided regularly updates of pick up and drivers details and even car number plates, even notified of tour changes due to a typhoon and airport closures. Causing them to reschedule hotels and internal flights at no inconvenience to us. In terms of a travel agent we were both 110% satisfied with service, communication, and value. We would recommend LVP travel.

Travel is my passion & I have been traveling for at least 40 years, My travel has been usually with family & friends in group tours from Thomas Cook, SOTC, Kesari, Veena World etc. mostly for the North & South America, Africa, Europe, Middle east & far east Asia etc. In the past I have also done a few solo trips within India. This time When was planning a trip, I was bit sceptical to travel solo to Vietnam. However, Mr. Parth from LVP travel assured me that this will be my most memorable solo trip (I will give him 10/10 for keeping the promise). I booked with them and was really impressed with their services, some sightseeing tours were just for me with vehicle, driver and guide and some were joining other groups was also great fun. It was 11 days customised holiday and felt like I needed at least 11 more days. The professional team of LVP Travel is really one of the best I have ever experienced. Mr. Nolan my tour coordinator was available to answer within a minute. They created a special WhatsApp group only for me being a solo traveller and the communication was passed on swiftly. We visited all three major cities from North to South Vietnam - Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City - and important tourist and historic places near these cities. The tour was planned very well. Support from the company, particularly from Nolan, was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Got enough time at all the places visited and sufficient time to rest in between.

Went on a 10 Days Vietnam tour organized by Ms Jenny from LVP Travel, starting at HCMC, and then to Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and finally, Ha Long Bay. This trip included 6 hotels, 4 flights, and multiple activities along the way. Ms Jenny provided excellent service, and had to change our itinerary multiple times, on account of Typhoon Yagi, which hit Northern Vietnam, including Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, just two days before our scheduled arrive there. She worked diligently and kept us in constant communication re: our options for activities that needed to be re-scheduled. Even though our Ha Long Bay overnight cruise was cancelled due to Yagi, she kept us up to date and managed to book an extra 2 days trip to Ninh Binh, and ultimately, a day cruise to Ha Long Bay, after our 10 days and before our departure back to Canada. She also went out of her way to help us change flights and hotels as needed. Very grateful for her experience and patience in navigating an initial 10 day trip with our additional 3 day stay, which has left us with many, many wonderful memories of this beautiful country, with all of its natural landscapes, temples, history, food and kind people. I would highly recommend the service of LVP Travel, and the especially the services by Ms Jenny and her team. Kind regards from Canada.

The trip was amazing, Vietnam people and their hospitality is so warm that it never felt like a foreign land to any of us. Out travel advisor - Jenny was exceptional in arranging things and also was very patient in last minute changes. I will surely visit Vietnam once more, you can include Phu Quoc and Ho chin Minh instead of Hanoi. Secondly, please suggest everyone to stay at Bana Hill for a night and make them visit Bana Hill when the show is there, I think Tuesday and Wednesday they don't have shows in Bana Hill. We were so happy we travelled with LVP Travel! Our visit to Vietnam and Cambodia was a slightly modified version of this tour, with flights between places and some other sites and stops were included. We had a major issue with my wife's visa to Vietnam, and we weren't allowed to fly from Kuala Lumpa, but a quick call to LVP and the issue was taken care of, and we rebooked the travel into Vietnam for later in the day. This was great as we didn't have to rebook any of the tour, we just arrived a bit later. The tour was a mixture of joining larger day trips and travelling by ourselves in cars. The hotels were well chosen, and everything went like clockwork. We were able to visit all the places we wanted to, and LVP answered any questions straight away on Whatsapp. I thoroughly recommend this company for booking tours through Vietnam and Cambodia.

My mom and I took the 7 day Highlights of Vietnam and Cambodia tour. Both Hanoi and Siem Reap teams were amazing- the transfer drivers, hotels, tour guides, cruises and activities staff! Everyone was very nice, professional, and accommodating. Food was good! Every staff member was courteous and polite especially Jenny Pham - our contact! I highly recommend this company!
