It was my first time to Hanoi and to Halong Bay. My experience was awesome. This tour company is professional and very caring. Going to Halong Bay was unforgettable. This pictures do it no justice. I highly recommend it.

Superb long day trip but very interesting guide who kept us informed of everything from hotel pick ups to drop offs and time in between 😎 Halong Bay , Boat trip with lunch and Kayaking available as part of trip but must say the whole day was 5 Star ⭐️ and the guide was knowledgeable about the area , people and Vietnam 🇻🇳 this excursion was worth the money

Our family enjoyed the experience with our guide Vu who was kind and helpful. She is from the village and knows the land, the people and knows where to eat. We had a great experience.

Cat was an excellent guide. We did a 2 day / 1 night trip from Hanoi. The first day we trekked through a historic Black Hmong village (Cat Cat Village). The second day we hiked through rice fields and other villages. The only downside was the rain.

I paid top dollar for this trip and it was generally a great experience but marred by some communications issues and poor quality control. In particular, our transport from the hotel failed to arrive -- and the contact number supplied for Hanoi Green was not working. This led to an agonising wait. Luckily, our hotel staff stepped in and sorted things out. Also, the private taxi operator who took us to Da Na Hills was not safe. He was constantly texting and chatting and took many risks. We feared for our lives. Also, I don't think it's fair to charge a nine year old full adult fare, especially when he ate so little at lunch.

It such a full and phenomenal day, the guides with their endless energy to keep up with where all 20 of were all the time and making sure all the papers or signed and in order. The best value on the cost of it included a full lunch and toast time at the end. If you're there, you gotta go.

We had a great time walking around Sapa. Su was our guide and she explained things as we went and made sure we had all we needed- including getting us some gum boots. I would recommend this tour to look around the countryside of Sapa.

The tour to explore Ha Long Bay is well organized. Our tour guide Phong was one of the best guides I had while traveling to Vietnam, very attentive and funny, he made many jokes. Also he made our stay very comfortable (private space on the boat, took care of our tickets). I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Ha Long Bay.

Cheng was best tour guide ever. Had so much fun. Even in rain and mud it was great. Local ladies gave me a bamboo stick and it made me feel cool. :)

Chang is a very sweet and an amazing tour guide. She was very helpful on the hike, always landing a helping hand to her group. She was very informative about Sapa and the different villages. I am not a hiker myself but Chang made it a very enjoyable experience.

Completed the trekking tour with our guide Zizi. She was very friendly, helpful and informative throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience. I was met by Cat, my guide, I’m Sapa. We went for lunch then straight into our first trek, 10km. The pace was ok for me, a 53 year old woman. We had plenty of time to take in our surroundings and take photos. Cat was interested in the group and shared about herself. Our second day was a 6km trek. This was a little trickier as it had rained and was muddy. The food was great, our home stay was excellent.

Tung was so passionate and kind guide. We had a nice experience throughout tour. Limousine, cruise, food and tour items were far better than expectation.
