Great experience on the Aspira Cruise in Lan Ha Bay - finding a cruise among the many can be overwhelming- the Aspira certainly didn’t disappoint. Fabulous room and superb bathroom. Dear Sir, I and my wife went to Vietnam nearly a year ago and on advice of some friends, we charged a local travel agency, Sinh Cafe Travel in front of our hotel in Hang Bong Street, Hanoi. I presented the list of what we wanted to see, the clerk made notices and promised to arrange everything in the best way as we liked it (Document also enclosed). But upon arriving to Cambodia, no taxi was waiting for us to give a lift to the hotel. Next day, it turned out that we could go Angkor Vat and Mountain Kulen only on our own, because the guy missed to make any step to prepare this part of the trip. I did not manage to ring up the office in Hanoi, no one picked up the receiver. So, the advanture cost us additionally 344 USD. Since the legal case was pretty clear, I naively thougt I could easily clear up the situation with the company, but of no avail. Later on, at home in Budapest, I went to the Vietnamese Consulate, without any success, I did not get any reply. That was also the case when I sent an e-mail to the national tourism agency, the goverment and at last, to Communist Party. There was no reaction, it seems these authorities have not been interested in saving the goodwill of their home country. On the grounds of our sad experience, I advice everyone to visit Vietnam, because the country is beutiful, but if you happened to go to any office of Sinh Cafe Travel don't do that, since you can fall victim to an organised crime, with state assistance! Highly recommend doing the two night cruise. We were the only ones on our boat that did the two nights and it was sooooo much better than those who only did the one! It allowed us to have a good chance to relax, do all the activities and also go to Cat Ba island, which the others didn't get. The day trip to the island and village was a highlight and away from all the other large boats. Our cabin was a bit tired but the bed comfortable and the view to die for! They had a cooking class, sunset party and karaoke in the evenings. The food was good and plentiful. The staff were brilliant. Very accommodating with our three year old. The bus ride to and from Hanoi to Halong Bay was long but comfortable. Our tour guides were amazing. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I luckily met a wonderful agency named Ben and he literally put every effort to help organizing our motorbike Hagiang. It was an amazing experience that i would remember the most out of all events in vietnam! Also, he tried his best to get my card back which was stuck in ATM haha. And keep us updated so that we can track the new updates in tour, for whole time during travel! Without him, it would be way inconvinient and could have waste my time wandering around. Thanks ben!
