Wonderful massage, friendly talented staff!! Delicious tea before the massage, they helped us with ordering our taxi. Would recommend to any travelers sore for their long plane ride!

My husband and I were recommended this location by our hotel since the hotel spa was fully booked for our stay. We got very lucky with the timing and were able to walk in (without an appointment) for a couples massage at Pure Bliss Spa. Everyone was very welcoming and kind, and we had quite a relaxing experience. I would recommend this business to others.

Had a foot massage that was Excellent, I am use to foot massages in China and this was one of the best. Will visit again while In Hanoi

Relaxing! After a long day touring Hanoi we stopped in for the 60-minute foot massage and it was wonderful. The spa was very clean and comfortable and the staff spoke and understood English. They even helped us get a taxi back to our hotel. A definite must when you are done walking in the old city.

Wow! I just finish my massage and couldnt wait to give this review. This is the best massage I experience. My husband and me took the 90min deep tissue massage. Masseuses Mai & Linh were fantastic. Their skills are so pro, pressure to my liking, our whole body muscles felt so relax. Did not sleep well for the past few nights with aches from head to toes, and now all joints loosen. I go for massages regularly and this is definitely one worth reviewing. Hue, at the counter is friendly and helpful, place is clean and no hustling nonsense. Highly recommend to try and is only 64USD for both.

My friend and l went to Pure Bliss for a foot massage. We were welcomed made comfortable. The girls who looked after us were so attentive and polite. They did an amazing massage and cleansing we floated out out of there. The premises also were clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Sue & Helen NZ

The massage I experienced in Hanoi was incredible! The perfect combination of a steam bath, body massage, and face massage offered superb relaxation. Truly, "The best steam bath & body & face massage!" I highly recommend trying it when you visit Hanoi.

Pretty good massage with Julia on my first visit (4/5). Few weeks later I tried to book Julia again, but she was on a family leave. I expressed my regret, but the receptionist assured me that they will give me another very skilled and experienced masseuse. Unfortunately, this was very misleading, because the masseuse I got didn’t have enough experience or skills &intuition for finding the right spots. Instead of relaxing it was stressful, to the point that I just couldn’t wait for it to end (1/5). It was a waste of time&money. To be fair, my boyfriend said that his massage was pretty good( it was with Mai). I would say book it with Julia, otherwise don’t take your chances here or assume that they have equally good stuff.

This spa was recommended by our guide and I was not disappointed! They offer a variety of massages and facials. My massage was exceptional (thank you Mai!) and I returned a second time. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing! I ended up the massage less relaxed than it started. Maybe it was just a bad experience with the masseuse. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, and they do not turn off the light when giving the massage. The masseuse’s attitude was bad overall.
