Crystal picked us up at our hotel with a warm welcome and showed us the Highlights of the Old Quarter. She told us a lot of details and answered all our questions. She was never in a hurry and had enough time for us. We had a great conversation while drinking lemon tea and eating green sticky rice. I was blown away by Crystal's personality and her professional ambition and desire to learn. Crystal, I am sure that you will go far and be successful.

Spending 2 days cruising through Ha Long Bay was an incredible experience. The boat was comfortable, the food was fantastic, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the peaceful scenery, with limestone cliffs rising from the water, was magical. The highlight was kayaking through hidden lagoons - it truly felt like stepping into another world.

The prison was very interesting and it was great having Camille along as she could give depth to the information with the exhibits. That was the only war part of the trip as I got a message the night before to say the museum was 12km away so not possible. Offered other options but I didn’t pick your to go to women’s museum or literature museum so bailed after the prison tour. Really need to change the description as war sites tour is not what is offered. Camille provided some very helpful guidance on visiting some other sites.

We took a private tour with Crystal, she was really nice and checked in with us a day before the tour to ask us what we’ve already seen and what we wish to see. During the tour, she explained a lot and could answer all of our questions as well as show us interesting new things. We really enjoyed it and would recommend the tour!

Our guide was Thomas, a Vietnamese student who could make time for us after an exam. Really helpful since we talked by whatsapp and the tour that we could choose (although it was fast because we had no much time) it was amazing. We did the Hoa Lo Prision tour and Joseph Cathedral and all the information provided was super interesting but also other different topics as vietnamese history, food or fun facts… His actitud and passion make me recommend to everyone going to Hanoi making a tour with him.

Halong Bay is absolutely stunning! The food on the cruise was fantastic, and our guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to make our experience special. She even remembered that my birthday was the day before and arranged for a cake to be brought out. It was such a sweet gesture.

We had a beautiful half day Hanoi city tour with London today. Experiencing the city with a local and passionate guide was a beautiful experience. We managed to get a good understanding of the city, sharing experiences and hearing first hand local stories. It is definitely something we would highly recommend to anyone, if is your first time in Hanoi or Vietnam but also if is not your first time in - you have the chance to discover the city on a different level :)
