We spent a wonderful moment, the puppeteers are very skilled and the show was charming, with live traditional music. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely no point to spend the money for Skip The Line tickets. They split the four of us up and let people from the back come down and sit in front of us

BAD EXPERIENCE as Trip Advisor overcharged , we were charged over 2.5 times the actual cost . We also were not even given english translation devices in-spite of paid AUD29 for each ticket while same ticket at court 200000 VND ( we paid Trip advisor 429500 VND. Trip partner advisor was not helpful description states english translation but he denied stating he can pay more direct and take translation device for 50000 VND. We did not expect this from Trip advisor

We booked the VIP version of this experience for 6 of us (including 2 very excited kids) for AUD175 and planned part of our trip around it.. Only to turn up to collect our tickets at the box office on the day and be told that our tickets had been double booked and weren’t available. We were offered another time 4 hours later (which wouldn’t suit the kids) as the only other option with no other days at an earlier time being available. I called their number to request a refund, and have not yet received it.
