After hotel pickup (08.00am – 08.30am) in the morning, set out to Ha Long Bay. The 3.5 hour scenic – drive gives you the chance to enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside & see the daily rural life of Vietnamese farmers with rice fields and water buffaloes.
Upon arrival at Ha Long Bay, you will climb aboard the most beautiful day cruise in Ha Long Bay to sail out into the mystical bay. After a short cruise information given by the tour guide, you will enjoy a stunning local seafood lunch onboard (Vegetarian food is available if requested). The nearly 4-hour relaxing cruise gives you the chance to discover the spectacular scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage-listed site with thousands of limestone mountains as the boat cruises through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet and Fighting-Cock islet, the significant symbol of Ha Long Bay.
After lunch, stop at Ba Hang fishing village to explore by kayak or bamboo boat rowed by the locals. Visit the magnificent Thien Cung Cave, translated as Heavenly Palace Cave to explore huge chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites before getting back to the cruise.
Enjoy tea break and sample green bean cake which is a local specialty of Hai Duong province while watching sunset over the legendary Ha Long Bay.
Afterwards, you get on the shuttle bus to come back Hanoi. The full day tour concludes with drop-off at your Hanoi hotel.
08:00 - 08:30:
Pick-up at hotel and start the scenic 3.5 hour drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta country side and have a short break on the way.
12:45 - 16:00:
You arrive the Tuan Chau Habor. Then embark the cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.
Start a dreamy cruise to stunning scenery with thousands of limestone mountains and have seafood lunch (we serve you with Vietnamese traditional dishes, in case you are vegetarian, we have other food options for you) while cruising through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet, stop at Ba Hang fishing village for kayaking or sitting in a sampan boat rowed by locals.
After the visiting of Fighting-Cock island and the Heavenly Palace (Thien Cung cave) – which has opened to the public since 1998 with stalagmites and stalactites. Back to the cruise.
16:00 - 16:30
Have tea break while enjoying local finger food (green bean cake – a specialty of Hai Duong province) and sunset in Halong Bay.
16:45 - 17:15
Arrive at the habor. Disembark and get on bus back to Hanoi.
At around 20:30
Arrive in Hanoi. Saying goodbye to you at your hotel/stay. Trip ends
