Lee pickup (minibus to Halong) was on time and attentive, very active in providing Vietnamese lunch (candy or water haha). 30min pearl activity seem necessary for the tour operator but otherwise skippable (just go down the bus to drink coffee). Cruise was good, a little short on food (after exhausted, not filled), staff esp Rihanna and Restaurant Manager amazingly patient and always cheery. Facilities quite ok, maybe due to age or maintenance, some smell in room from bathroom or aircon. Annoying but tolerable, still recommended

The cruise is amazing, the views are breathtaking. Foods are delicious and the servers is polite especially Rhianna. The pickup is on time and Lee is fun and good. The driver, drives safe also.

Based on the fotos and the descriptions of the tour our expectations have been really high and we have been an bot afraid that the suite on the boat would not be as good as expected. It was absolutely stunning! The transfer with Lee van Dung was right on time and he was really helpful. On the boat, the cruise did also take care of special dinner requirements. We enjoyed our stay in Halong Bay a lot.

We stayed 2 days 1 night in Halong bay. Aspira was a good choice from pick up from Hotel to Halong bay and back again to the hotel. Pick up was on time, communication was good through whatsapp. Mr Lee van Dung is entertaining through the bus ride and explained us about the surrounding areas where we passed. It made the bus ride more enjoyable. Will recommend it to everyone.

Excellent cruise - a must attend for travellers to north Vietnam. All round fantastic experience from the cruise manager Mr Ha and Lee on the bus. Amazing once a lifetime and very well organised.

Very passionate and humorous tour guide with decent internet connection on the tour bus, with the tour guides being fluent in English and viet.

Firstly, the amenities on the boat, bus and taxi bus were fantastic. They were all clean, spacious and very comfortable. Secondly, the staff were attentive, caring and a lot of fun. You could tell they really enjoyed their job and working for Aspira. In particular, our bus tour guide, Lee, was very professional and thorough. On the boat, Mr Ho and Marco were exceptional at their jobs. Finally, the views and the cruise is a must do experience in Vietnam.

The rooms are exactly as on the photos. Delicious food, good organisation. Friendly guide Lee picked us up at the hotel and brought us back after the trip.
