I booked a hotel to airport transportation via Viator last night. I reached out to the tour company to make sure my pick up time was clear. I didn’t hear back from the tour company but rest assure the drivers get your request for the pick up time if you put in the comment. Very pleased with my driver, Faham (I believe that’s his name sorry if I didn’t get it correctly). He arrived 30 minutes earlier and waited for us. His SUV was clean and driving skills were excellent. Definitely recommend this service to travelers.

Made 4 bookings with Lanta Taxi and all 4 carried out perfectly! We travel with kids (7+11), and then safety and comfort is very important for us. As far as we found out and experienced, Lanta Taxi provides: - Good price compared to other companys - Safe driving - Friendly and good driver - Good comfort in nice van - Easy booking - For reasonable extra Bath, we made longer stops at Tesco and Big C, with driver waiting. Booked the taxi service the very last min 3-4 hours before our departure flight at around 3am. When arrive at Krabi airport cannot see my name tag or lanta taxi at the arrival hall, view it a few times but still cannot see it. I could not wait for the taxi to come as I have to elderly parents with me so I have to take whichever transportation which is convenience to me. I did not get to call the taxi service as i did not have a Thai simcard with me yet. However it is not a big problem as taxi service is available easily at Krabi airport itself. The airport bus cost around 150 per person and it will cost 600 for 4 pax and the bus departs at every 30 mins when the bus is full. We decided to get a airport taxi / van at almost similar price. We go to the tour station there and manage to get a 10 person van to our hotel at Ao nang for 950 two way. Our family is just 4 pax for a 10 person van (inside of the van is fully furnished) it is a very good deal. Could not comment on the service but I guess lanta taxi does provide a good service based on the previous reviews.

We are a family of 5 with 3 small children. We found Lanta Taxi Service through reviews on TripAdvisor and booked them for transporting us from Krabi to Koh Lanta. The trip was great, the car was clean and spacious with aircon and good baby seats. Also the driver was professional and drove carefully. The experience was so good that we ended up using Lanta Taxi Service for the return trip to Ao Nang, which was just as pleasant and have just booked them for our final trip to the airport. We give them our best recommendations.

Lanta Taxi Service took us from Krabi Airport to Khao Lak and from Khao Lak to Krabi. We had the same driver both ways. He was nice and professional and drove carefully. Hi also showed us some sights along the way without asking. His van was really nice and clean. Excellent service, thank you!

Found them online and added them on whatsapp. Arranged for a return trip to airport at a competitive rate before I arrived to Krabi (I know because when you ask around the others transfers services they stop at other hotels also which adds more time for the same cost). They were timely, polite and the vehicle was spacious and clean. I asked them for a day trip option for 8-9 hours of wherever we wanted to go and they would wait for us. I highly recommend them for the convenience of travel honestly.

This was by far the best taxi service ever expected run down cars but we were picked up in very comfortable mini van even though it was just me and my wife

The driver was early and waited for us to join him. He was courteous and helpful. Also, he drove well. Not to fast, not to slow, and didn’t take risks.
