          The best animal experience ever!
This was the most fun experience ever. The elephants were kind, healthy, happy, and it was so fun to learn each of their personalities. The staff was even more kind, and truly cared for the elephants and the visitors. They made sure that each visitor was having fun, helping us to get comfortable with the elephants while ensuring we felt safe. They offered free photos for the experience and shared them on Facebook in a timely manner.

          Amazing morning with gentle giants!
What a wonderful experience to visit with 8 beautiful lovely resident female elephants at this Sanctuary. The staff was amazing and elephants handlers were very kind and patient. The time we spent with the elephants was informative and provided gentle interaction with the elephants. There was plenty of time to meet them, take photos with them and feed them their breakfast. Highly recommend the half day tour.

Wonderful experience and one we’ll always cherish. Thank you to all that care for these majestic giants xx
Wonderful experience to go home with…. To spend some quality time with these magnificent animals is a once in a lifetime. The sanctuary is ran with the elephants in mind at ALL times… we go at the animals pace and do what they want to do, no over petting, definitely no riding, just a chance to feed them and batch them for a couple of hours. Head home in a couple of days but this is something I’ll always remember 🥰. We were picked up from the hotel bang on 6:30 and were returned by 11:30. Food was lovely 🥰 can’t fault this experience one bit…. If I could say one fault…. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars :)

          relaxing trip
I went Pattaya . it was great specially during at night in the Walking street. we went Kohl-an island and rent bike and went different beaches . All of them are amazing with white sands.we went elephant jungle and ride elephant . There was mini zoo and some people perform some show that was very amazing. Mariana aqua park is good with the exciting slides but this place is good for 3 or 4 hours.

          Worth every minute!
An amazing experience, you can see these elephants are very well looked after. The feed me programme is great (although watch out as they will steal the bucket if they get the chance) beautiful animals in a beautiful environment! Thank you to the man who allowed us to cool one of the elephants down with water even though we got very messy it was 100% worth it for the experience of seeing these animals being ethically looked after and thank you for allowing us to be a part of that. If you are looking for an ethical elephant sanctuary this is the place to go. Big thank you to the lady with the tattoos at the start for making us feel very welcome and giving us lots of information on all the elephants across the group.

Must do afternoon when visiting Pattaya.
Loved our afternoon at the elephant sanctuary. Learnt so much about the elephants and just loved feeding and bathing them. Elephant keepers clearly loved and cared for the elephants and guides knew so much about them.

What a wonderful morning spent with the elephants and their carers today. Lots of interesting information but most of the time was spent with the elephants, feeding them, giving them mud baths & washing them. The elephants are well cared for and they come first, which is exactly as it should be. The team was very welcoming and the food they cooked for us was amazing. Take a towel and your bathers as you will get wet and muddy if you choose to join in, but that’s all part of the experience. Lockers and showers are provided. We were on a cruise and had limited time in Pattaya but everything was really easy and went smoothly. We booked a taxi for the day with golf taxi Pattaya for £70 who met us at the port and after took us onto the sanctuary of truth. I can’t recommend this trip enough we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Book it you won’t be disappointed.

The BEST!! Everything was great! They collected us from our hotel, comfortable transportation to the elephant sanctuary & helpful introduction! Then everything was full time with the elephants: feeding, socializing, mud bath, washing :) Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely fabulous morning with the elephants. They were incredible as were all the staff. I will never forget our visit. The facilities are amazing and the food delicious. The staff really know their stuff and obviously adore the elephants. Thank you so much for helping me tick an item of my bucket list in such a splendid way.

          Great experience
Amazing trip, firstly you get to know the elephants and feed them their breakfast and ask questions from the very knowledgeable staff, then you bathe them. Not much else to say other than a great experience and would 100% recommend to anybody who is thinking about it. The lunch was very nice as well :)

The tour was well organised, and the elephants were well treated, but they were trained to entertain the tourists. You are offered a leisurely walk with the elephants where I imagined they would be able to do as they please while you watch them, but actually they were forced to pose so our endless group of tourists (30 people) could take picture after picture. Even bathing them was a circus, where they performed tricks and blew water at you. It was still a nice opportunity to get to know the elephants and I assume they have a much better and easier time than if they had to work elsewhere, but these elephants are working. The carers did seem to care for them, and my kids had a great time, but it was not what I Imagined. They claimed difficult to believe things such as ‘the elephant loves hugging people’, sure he loves it when he gets a treat and is forced to do it so people can take a picture.

A really fun and enjoyable afternoon with the happy elephants. The program was very well organised, informative and varied in its activities - feeding the elephants, giving them a mud bath, washing them and then making paper with elephant poop! Afternoon interspersed with refreshments and a home-cooked Thai meal. Totally recommend spending an afternoon at this sanctuary.

This is the second time I’ve done this tour (the first time with the same company in Phuket) and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s such a good experience and so many memories are made-a must do! We did the afternoon tour which starts with feeding the elephants, then onto the mud bath. The tour ends with a talk about how elephant dung is made into paper, with the opportunity to do it if you wish! Oh, not forgetting the amazing meal put on by the staff! Well worth the money, and completely ethical. Not all are in Thailand (we drove past elephant rides on the way to the Phuket site) but the staff here really care for them and know lots about them. Even though I’ve already done this twice, I’d definitely do it again!

This was on my wife's bucket list and we had the opportunity so took it eagerly.
I was a bit concerned that it would fall short and my wife wouldn't have the experience she had hoped for.
I didn't need to have worried as from arranging pick up and drop off to the afternoon at the sanctuary it couldn't have gone any better.
We would 100% recommend to anyone who wanted to share a bit of time with the elephants and can truly say that the staff was extremely professional throughout.
        Thank you.

I'm generally not a very excitable person but feeding the elepahnts made me practically giggle like a child with happiness! They were so adorable and it was such a memorable experience. The staff were all beyond friendly and so welcoming and accomidating. Their hospitality was top quality even among the high quality hospitality that you often see in Thailand!

My sister did not want to go to the Tiger park, or Dolphins or Crocodile - he puts his head in a crocodile mouth. But she liked the idea of the Elephant Park because they help the elephants not exploit them. It is such a shame that the forests are being cut down. Especially in Indonesia, perhaps a boycott of palm oil would help. But back to the day out. Good tour, nice half day, walked around, saw elephants, learned a bit about what the park is for, had some nice food. I'm glad we went.

Very disappointed in the photographer, so don't be taken in by promise that there is no need to take pictures, especially if you are a solo traveller.
The keepers actually did a better job.

He took a total of 199 pictures of which I appear in 4, 2 of which I hunted him down down to take for me.
It spoilt the day when I saw the pictures.

It was nice to get up close and interact with the elephants, and hopefully the money I spent will go to continue in their care.

Excellent experience. Got to feed the Elephants bananas & pineapples, learnt all about them, then gave them a mud bath and scrub clean. Excellant Thai lunch to Finish off. Recently moved to a new location with about 6 Elephants, but they now have room to grow. It is not cheap, but the money contributes to the upkeep of these fine Elephants. Recommend

This is a must do! Where else but Thailand will you have this opportunity? We thoroughly enjoyed our experience getting to know these rescued elephants. We fed them gave them a mud bath and then jumped in a pond to clean them off. Once in a lifetime experience!

The facility was very well run. Very responsive to messages to book. They even came to pick us up from the hotel in Na Jomtien. Everything was done in English which made it accessible for me. The place was super clean. They feed you in the middle of the tour and the food was delicious. They also had full toilets and showers. Everything was modern and newly constructed. They also have a photographer following the whole group and taking photos throughout and posting them to Facebook for no extra charge.

Make sure you bring a bathing suit for the mud bath and pond experience and shoes that can get wet and muddy. You’ll shower after the mud bath and pond so bring a towel. They have body wash and shampoo and again the showers are new and clean. We changed back into our original clothes for the trip back. An amazing experience and can’t recommend more highly. On a scale of 1-10, this tour was a 12!
