The guide was friendly and informative. It was nice that it was a small group and there was no herding and directing, it was very informal with plenty of time built in to explore on your own. We didn't regret a second of the trip. Price/performance is 100% justified here.
We had actually booked the tour for 2 days before, but had to cancel it at short notice for health reasons. To get the pick-up time informed, we were written to via WhatsApp. So the communication with Happy Samui itself was possible. They were even able to make it possible for us to do the tour 2 days later. Everything worked out great! Thanks again for that.
On 1. Stop to meet up with several groups/cars and from then on the excursion will continue as a large group. With us there were 2 “guides” and an intern, all were super nice and accommodating. At each stop, the guides told something and “guided” the tour. Privately, the places would have been difficult or hardly accessible because of the height and the conditions of the paths there. So it was nice to have just sat in the car (or sometimes on seats ON the car) and had a kind of off-road tour in one.
In the elephant collection station everything was also very lovingly designed. I didn’t feel that the animals were in bad shape there and that the staff wanted to handle the tours quickly. Photos and videos were taken all the time, which could then be obtained for a small donation or by purchasing a souvenir through a QR code.
The guides of Happy Samui have also offered to take pictures and videos with our private mobile phones - there have also been many, beautiful ones.
Afterwards there was a Thai buffet at Jungle Restaurant. This was not very extensive, but absolutely sufficient and delicious. During the tour, one received chilled drinking water and refreshing towels all the time.
Overall, a great trip we would make again and again. Only recommended if the “short” but in my opinion sufficient time with the elephants is enough and you want to make many worth seeing stops on the island in a short time with beautiful viewpoints.

A really enjoyable tour, especially for our teenage boys who got a chance to ride up top!
We found the tour to be very well organised, on time and a with a super English speaking guide and driver.
A good selection of stops, a highlight being preparing and feeding of the elephants. A more than ample and tasty lunch is provided at the viewpoint, finishing off the tour with a sheepish decent back down to the maim road.
Water was available throughout the tour.

Our tour with Jill as our guide was extremely enjoyable. Jill was very well organized and gave us a lot of interesting information. The tour was great fun. Our group was split into three jeeps and there was always water and mosquito spray in the jungle. Lunch was excellent! Driving on the roof of the jeep over gravel roads was also an exciting experience.
At the elephant station, the guide was very friendly and getting so close to elephants was great.
One point was deducted for visiting the first waterfall, which we didn't need. There was hardly any water there and it wasn't particularly worth seeing. The other stops were much more interesting. At the second jungle temple, a short stop of ten minutes would have been enough and the lunch break of an hour and a half was much too long. Swimwear is not necessary as the waterfall is not very inviting for swimming at the beginning and the pool wasn't really attractive at lunch either.
Overall, it was a nice tour and an eventful day, but it could have been shorter. There was a lot of downtime, waiting for other participants and too long a stop.

We had booked this trip through our hotel because we valued that we could experience elephants, but in a species-appropriate style. We did not want to see elephants «prepared» in accordance with tourists. We deliberately chose a program with a visit to an elephant orphanage where the animals are taken care of and good happens to them! We were able to knead meals for the animals from different ingredients by hand and then feed them to the elephant. It had 4 animals in this orphanage, the oldest animal was 77 years old, the second oldest 53 years old and two young animals at 3 and 4 years old. Everyone was saved from places where they were not well.
The handling of the animals had impressed us very much and so we filled the tip box generously. The tipbox benefits the animals, nice that there are also places where the handling of the animals takes place respectfully!
We went on to the Magic Gardens, to the highest point of Koh Samui and finally to a restaurant high up in the hills.
The trip was very rewarding and with the 4x4 vehicles the journey was also fun, especially the box seat on the roof of the vehicle is a special experience.

This tour was just amazing our driver ‘Pom’ was the absolute best he made the entire trip so exciting. Also the guide ‘Poomi’ was brilliant she explained everything clearly and also added a bit of banter as well, which made it extra fun. I’m hoping I got both names right. I have nothing negative to say about this tour. I would like to also add that initially the group of people we were with we did not know each other, the driver was so great by the end of the trip we were like best friends.

We had a great time on this tour, Gifzy was our guide and she is excellent 👌
We unfortunately had a lot of rain but it didn't stop the tour or stop us having a good time the only thing the rain really stopped was jumping in the waterfall 🤣
Beautiful places to see and some really cheeky lil elephants to feed. Making the food was rather messy but good fun and the elephants really enjoyed it.
Would really recommend this tour if you want to see some beautiful areas and feed an elephant 🐘 the road up the mountain gets really bumpy so wear your seat belt or you might find yourself sliding onto someone's lap unintentionally 👀😅 thank you Gifzy and team 🙏

Superbly planned and executed tour. There were stops planned everywhere, not too long and not too short. Each stop was a highlight in itself. The food in the Mountain Jungle was beautifully presented and very tasty. The tour guide (Jule) and the driver made the tour unforgettable and did everything to ensure that everyone was satisfied. This was a BRILLIANT day! My friend and I did the tour together and had a wonderful time. Our driver and tour guide were hilarious, and the other tourists in our jeep were lovely company.
The day's itinerary was perfect for us, allowing enough time at each stop to enjoy it without wasting time hanging around too long. Our meal at lunchtime was delicious - we ate at Mountain Jungle Restaurant - and there was a swimming pool for anyone who wanted to cool off.
Views were awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better tour, even if we had designed it ourselves.

The spots were perfect and the group size was ideal. Not too crowded. At the various spots you had more than enough time to explore everything.
The location for the meal was wonderful.

TOP! We come to pick you up at your hotel, the time allocated to each activity is perfect and the 4x4 ride is really nice because we can climb to the roof for a unique experience. Each activity is an opportunity to take pictures: waterfalls, cooking and feeding elephants, visiting ancient buildings, visiting a temple with magnificent views of the whole island, eating and then enjoying the pool in a high point of the island.
