About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- fergieboy600 contributionsMUAY TBAIN.Muay Thai for tourists!! There were 7 bouts, only one seemed serious, the others were a joke. One guy posed for 3 rounds and never touched his opponent!!..... The women's category was the heaviest, but the chubby girl, having a large strapping on her knee, never had any problems, as her opponent didn't think to kick her on her weak knee!!!!! If you're into serious Muay Thai, then avoid. If u want to go and enjoy a "Tourist Show" then go ahead.......Written 10 January 2025
- yunyiq0 contributionsFun trip!Awesome! Tour guide is very helpful and friendly, had a great time solo trip with the group! There is not too much trafficWritten 10 January 2025
- GSTNZAUS0 contributionsRafting in the sunshine!!I took my 14-year-old nephew rafting, and we had the best day! Tom, Meme, and Momo from Khampan Rafting made a great team, well organised from the hotel pick-up to the rafting safety briefing. We knew exactly what we were doing, and they explained the small changes that were being made to keep us safe with the current conditions on the river (post-floods). We had a great group of outgoing international travellers that made the day, too! We rafted for about 12 km, a mixture of rapids and calm stretches, right down to the elephant sanctuary. Lunch was simple and tasty, with freshly made Pad Thai (vegetarian) & fruit suitable for all taste buds, bottled water was plentiful, and a short hike to the waterfall to complete the day: home late afternoon, seamless service end to end. Tom, our guide, shared all the photos he had taken of us from various vantage points along the way, airdropping 98 pics and 11 videos - free of charge, a nice touch when lots of companies charge you extra for this service. If you like adventure, fun, nature and time off your phones, get out and go rafting!Written 9 January 2025

The lunch we had was nice & we enjoyed wandering around the facility taking pictures of the location in the mountains. We had some extra time while visiting Chiang Mai & we are very glad we choose this adventure!Written 9 January 2025

- Achavan0 contributionsAmazing and MUST DO!The location was amazing. The safety gear and briefing given was too good. All the lines and platforms were very well maintained and there was not a single time that safety was compromised. The guides assigned to us were amazing and they ensured the energy levels stayed up throughout. We also loved the Luge! This surely was my highlight of Chiang Mai!Written 4 January 2025
- Noctanet0 contributionsNust do in Thailand, but is it the rioght place? Not sure of the value of booking on advance vs. buying at the ticket price on site. The VIP section has a beautiful view at the right level and free beer but is very cold (AC). Overall the facility was quite empty and sleepy atmosphere.Written 3 January 2025

Overall this was a good tour; the highlights were the lovely temple, a market visit and the sit down lunch. It was a stretch to link it to 'hiking' as we rarely hiked for more than 10 minutes, usually just a walk up a hill to see either a waterfall or a sign. The guide, Toon was informative. The driver drove like a maniac, weaving in and out of the lane, speeding and driving flat out over pot holes. Since I spent most of my time in Thailand and Laos on an Intrepid tour I learnt that this is not common, as other mini bus drivers have been much better. It seemed that there was not enough time to get through the crowded itinerary without speeding.

This tour was absolutely amazing and well worth both the time and money spent! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature, enjoys hiking, and wants to experience the lush "green beauty" of Thailand, complete with stunning trees and hilly landscapes.
The hospitality of the driver and the tour guide was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. They were very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the day. The lunch (included in the cost) was delicious and healthy—authentic Thai cuisine, freshly prepared and bursting with flavor.
The tour featured multiple stops. We visited two breathtaking waterfalls, both of which offered incredible views. There were also two nature treks, which allowed us to immerse ourselves in the greenery, with plenty of fantastic photo spots along the way. Additionally, we visited the stupa/memorial for the King and Queen, surrounded by unreal views of the town below and immaculately maintained gardens with flowers. To top it off, there was a coffee-tasting experience where we also bought some souvenirs.
The entire day was perfectly organized. The van was comfortable, and we arrived back in Chiang Mai on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll gladly give it 5/5 stars!

We stopped at a waterfall on the way to Doi Inthanon, took a 10-minute walk at the top of the mountain, visited two pagodas with beautiful gardens, and even had lunch, so it was worth the price. It was a great way to escape the heat and refresh in nature. However, it was a bit disappointing that you can easily get to the top by car. If you are interested in mountains, I recommend joining a tour that also includes hiking.

My trip to the National Park with Wendy Tour Company and Aom incredible! I was picked up at my hotel at the scheduled morning time and Aom came in to the reception area to get me.
There were 11 of us in a 12 seater van and there was plenty of room for 12 normal sized people.
Aom kept up a great narrative on the trip, we had lots of stops, saw the mountains with the clouds moving in, walked around gorgeous nature at the highest point in Thailand, went to the White Karen village where we saw weaving and had a coffee tasting, enjoyed a fabulous and sumptuous lunch at a local restaurant and more!
The company delivered an excellent tour for a good price and Aom was the key to making it all work and let us have a fabulous day in Thailand's lovely National Park.

I really enjoyed the store with a smaller group of people and it was a coincidence because most of them are Belgian's young girls who are struggling in the group and it's funny because I live in Belgium also as I'm married to one, so we really do you have a great time. The girls were so engaging and enjoying our tour. We enjoyed it so much our guide Max is very helpful and very informative about the history. All the places we've been. I really enjoyed the local market where I bought a lot of authentic Thai delicacies and it was so delicious. After the local market, we went for lunch and taste a very authentic thai dishes, and it was so convivial because all of us are eating together in a big table and it was so much fun. The last step was to explore the small village somewhere in the rice field and the coffee shop also where they make and roast the local coffee and we had a coffee and tea tasting. Luckily the rain started just we are ending our tour so that's just OK and then we went back to the city just about 4 p.m.

Thank you for sharing your delightful experience with us. It's truly serendipitous how you found a little piece of Belgium while exploring Thailand with us!
We're overjoyed to hear how much you relished the authentic Thai experiences, from the market delights to the communal meals and exploring quaint villages.
It sounds like the rain at the end was nature's way of applauding your adventure! Here at Oh-Hoo, we cherish moments like these and are grateful you chose us to be a part of it. Looking forward to creating more such memorable journeys for you.
Warm regards,
Oh-Hoo Team

Trip itself was amazing. The guide was fluent in English, knowledgeable and passionate.
Unfortunately I have to rate at 3 as the van we were in was very cramped and had issues with the air-conditioning reaching the back of the van. Couple this with a large amount of driving and a full ride resulted in the whole experience being tainted.
Would definitely recommend going on this tour but I hope you don't get the same van we did.

This is a full day tour that takes in a local Thai village, stunning Waterfall, forrest and the National Park with a freshly cooked lunch in a local village and a stop at a local food market on the way back.
It's a long but rewarding day in a AC minibus with chatty & knowledgeable guides, with so much to see but this ace in the pack really is the Royal monuments & gardens in the National Park. They are absolutely stunning, with floral displays that would overshadow the Chelsea Flower Show !
Plenty of time is also allowed at each location.
A really well organised, fun, informative and memorable day.

I made the right choice by choosing the tour to Doi Inthanon, the highest peak in Thailand👍
The tour guide was very easy to understand, always smiling, and took photos of everyone.
We enjoyed the weather and the scenery in the great outdoors.
At the Arabica coffee bean store, I bought an aroma candle in a cute tin for 60B
This was cheaper than at the night bazaar, and I wish I had bought more.
The packaging of the coffee beans was also very nice. It was a very memorable experience.

Chaing Mai in general is a delightful friendly town that is easy to get around and faily easy to communicate in if you take the time to express yourself slowly and are receiptive to figuring out thai. Can get the "say hi" app or something to translate with.

I'm really sorry to have to give a negative review, as our guide's effort was excellent.
However, I find the reckless and dangerous driving of our driver truly unacceptable. In 10 hours (yes, because the tour lasted more than 10 hours, not 8), we felt like we were on a Formula 1 car, with dozens of cars systematically overtaken (even in spots that were objectively very dangerous, with blind curves just a few meters ahead), the use of emergency lanes to bypass traffic at traffic lights or for overtaking on highways. I am fully aware that road safety awareness is different here compared to other countries, but this really went beyond the limit.
Driving like this, with 11 people’s lives at stake, to "save" 30 minutes on the return time to Chiang Mai makes no sense! And if the tour, despite this, lasted more than 10 hours door to door, it would be better to remove a few stops or explain that the duration goes well beyond 8 hours. Tourists are more than willing to accept this, as long as they don’t feel unnecessarily put in danger.
