This was a well organised full day tour of Ayutthaya historical site. Kim our guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided relevant information to gain an insight to this amazing site. Pick up from our hotel by private transportation in air-conditioned car was very much appreciated. Mr Mark our driver was very courteous and looked after us well with plenty of top ups of water and cold hand wipes. Thank you Kim for the lovely lunch at local restaurant, we had a great day. Amazing day trip out of Bangkok to see an UNESCO World Heritage City. The sites in the city were amazing. It was good to go to sites outside of Bangkok to a “quieter” place. We went on a weekday (Friday). We were again assigned Johnny (tour guide) and Manuel (driver) as we liked them a lot in the previous tour to the floating market and the railway market the previous day. We saw four large temple complexes that were incredibly beautiful and Johnny spent time going over the history of the city and each of the sites we went to. We had a beautiful private boat ride and saw a number of sites and neighborhoods. And, we were given private time for a lunch by the river in a nice and safe restaurant. I have some dietary restrictions due to allergies so Johnny took care of that for us. Manuel made sure we were taken safely everywhere and that we had adequate cold water and cold compresses throughout the day. We end at the temple market where we bought some souvenirs for our families and kids. Great day! Ask for Johnny and Manuel when booking this tour. Started at 8 am pick up for us at the hotel and we will be back around 4 to 4:30 pm.

My father and I had a wonderful time with Nok. She is a very cheerful and intelligent woman. She first took us to the train market and showed us around, then we went on a boat trip around the floating market and tried some tasty treats. The crowning glory was our visit to the ancient temples of Ayutthaya. She gave us an understanding of the history of the individual temples and underpinned this with humor. It was a wonderful tour and I would always recommend her without hesitation. The nice and extremely safe driver was the icing on the cake.

Such an amazing experience. Absolutely worth paying for a private tour. Nok our guide was absolutely perfect. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. As expected the markets are very popular with tourists. Nok helped us avoid the crowds, and guided us to the best spots while always ensuring we had time to shop, browse and eat. Nok took us to the best pictures spots and took a lot of pictures for us. I would not liked to have attempted to navigate the markets alone, the extra costs to have a guide is absolutely worth it. Nok purchased some markets foods for us to try and we had chilled wet towels and cold water given to us as we started our journey home. Very very happy with the high level of service. Also shout out to our driver Vee. Professional, friendly, safe driving and a comfortable journey from our hotel and back again.

Great attractions to see the life of two distinct communities outside of Bangkok. Johnny, our tour guide, was excellent and gave us a lot of historical context on both the Mae Klong Railway and Market as well as the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and Community. He had insider status with many vendors at both sites. For example, we had prime spots to see the train approaching the market in a stall on the edge of the tracks. We are conscientious eaters and he was very accommodating to what we wanted. He kept reminding us that we should do this tour at our pace. In addition to the tour, he shared with us what to see and do in Bangkok. He shared with us how to use the train system. He went above and beyond. He is a very funny guy and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. Since this is an hour to hour and a half from central Bangkok, we had to get comfortable in the private car. Manuel was a great driver who accompanied Johnny. We were given cold waters along the way, cold compresses to freshen up, and adequate toilet stops. Worth the tour. Ask for Johnny.

Army was a great tour guide and very thorough. Answered all our questions and helped me buy something without bargaining stress. The Grand Palace and reclining Buddha were very interesting and he took pictures which he air dropped to us so we could all be in them! The boat ride was hilarious due to the engines and main canal waves, then the small canal showed us the richer and poorer sides of life. Vee, the driver, had to drop and pick us up whenever Army called, and he was always there!

Johnny answered all of my questions about the sites and was very knowledgeable on the dates and history. He was so helpful and it was lovely to have the transport and trip taken care of by someone else. Lunch was delicious and the boat tour was so beautiful. Come to Ayutthaya with Johnny!

He also knew the best spots for taking great photos. The trip was well planned and we went at our own pace which was nice. Having a car to take you to different sites is a game changer with the heat. We went out with Time, for the floating market and train and it was awesome. He picked us up from hotel. Drove us to both places. Driver was fast and very attentive. This is an exceptionally well curated, full day tour of the ruins in Ayutthaya, visiting the three main sites. Khun Aey has all the facts and will point out the details that make the old capital so fascinating and beautiful. Add in some famous boat noodles for lunch, and an afternoon boat ride, and you have the recipe for a great day tour from Bangkok.

We had a great trip. Oan had a wealth of information and was very friendly. His english was very understandable. He captured the events in photos throughout the day. We had lunch at a fantastic local place. Our driver was very safe and courteous. We highly recommend to someone interested in seeing historical sites.

We have spent amazing day in Kachanaburi. Organsation was exellent, beautiful weather, with trustful guide. It was simple the best day in Thailand so far.
