Siam water park. Where happiness went to die
If you looking for a place similar to Action park from 1970. Where a lot of the rides are non functional or should have been closed 30 years ago. No matter how low your expectations this place will still disappoint. The experience starts with you signing a form saying you can’t get a refund when paying by credit card. The change rooms are under repair and the place smells like ripe human waste. The weather was warm so desperate for a cool down. We braved the largest wave pool in Asia. Only to find a lake like experience. The lifeguards are rude and their instructions include shouting and gesticulating to all that want to try enjoy something from the experience. Only 20% of the food stalls were open, saying that for hygienic reasons they should be closed. I would highly recommend giving this place a wide berth as the 500THB per person really isn’t worth it, and the rides in the park are potential injuries waiting to happen again with most of them closed. 👎🏼 100%

          Lifetime Experience
Lifetime Experience! The pickup and drop was very convenient to start with. The guide and the Team that takes care of the snorkelling was extremely Cordial and too care of everything very well. The Actual activity ..Snorkelling was just out of the World experience.

          It's cheap...for a reason!
If it's too good to be true, it probably is. This is nothing short of a scam so BE WARNED! They take you to the pier and load you onto a boat. You are then transferred to a floating pier where you are up-sold to do a paragliding loop. It costs 1,500bht (£40) but if you refuse you are held in a holding pen until everyone else has been processed - about an hour, in sweltering temperatures! If you ask to come back to the mainland you are refused unless you pay. It was by far the worst experience of my trip feeling like a hostage and being scammed into up-sell products or rescue fees. I tried to claim a refund from Trip Advisor Viator but they refused making them part of this scam.

          Excellent day out!
We did the half day trip (morning) and had a great experience. Picked up on time from our hotel. Great fun feeding and spending time getting to know the elephants. Day is exactly as described and the guide very friendly and informative with great English. Lunch was good too!

Wonderful experience - Do not miss 🙏🏼
Loved this trip!! The Thai hosts were so chilled and fun which were much different to when we have done similar in other countries. The islands were stunning and the highlight for me was seeing all those monkeys and getting to hand feed them fruit & nuts. Definitely recommend and would do again in a heartbeat.

          Terrible company
The people in this tour company have horrendous behavior . Really the worst I’ve ever been . The gear is dated and the hackers are so careless . Right in front of our eyes they dropped somebody at the end of the pier who hurt his legs and they couldn’t care less . We had taken the whole package but didn’t go on the sea walk in the end seeing their callous attitude

          Almost ruin my holiday
Don’t book it! If u don’t want to have a terrible day. We quitted the trip when we saw it. There r hundreds of ppl played in one boat. So it’s super noisy n crowded!! And that’s not a snorkeling trip at all, it’s a water activities day trip and they will go snorkeling between other activities. When I talked to the agency at first, they even didn’t want to refund the fee. Cheat customers n don’t want to refund. How bad is it!

Don't go to this tour at any cost
This was our first day in Thailand and we had a traumatic experience. We booked 4 packages and one of them is parasailing. In parasailing, we have an option to dip/no dip where they will reduce the boat speed and dip you in water at hip level for 2-3 seconds (only once - at no additional cost) and they do a complete circle and will stop at where we started. I wanted a dip because this is my first time in parasailing. I asked for a dip and they didn't dip me for the first two times. I asked them they fail to do a dip for the 2nd time, the response from them was full hatred. I can see few instructors were swearing and mocking at me in Thai (Though i couldn't understand, i can sense their tone), the female instructors who assisted in wearing the safety belts were suffocating me, though i mentioned them it is tight and asked them to loosen up. I felt traumatic when i was parasailing for the 3rd time. The person who drives the jet boat soaked my whole body (up until my head) inside the water. Initially i thought, they did this as a gesture because i asked them twice and they missed it. But that person (who supposed to dip only once) stopped the boat engine completely and then dunked me in water for 2-3 seconds and then started the boat at full speed where i can feel dragged inside the water and can feel the pain when the water is splashing in my face. This happened at the back side (where people have no visibility) I reported this immediately to organizer (who was wearing spectacles and gold ornaments around his neck and hand) but he didn't have patience to listen to what happened completely. He simply asked someone from their team to handle this issue.

          Bad experience tour
We did not have good experience, There was not proper information about the tour about surprise activities. Crew was treating everyone like animals, activities were very short, very bad experience with banana boat, boat rider surprisingly took very sharp turn and whole boat flipped into deep water instead we had ask for no dip into water, Whole family was nearly drowning. It was his mistake and instead of taking care he was yelling on me. Everyone was rushing and pushing for activities. And food was not so great either.

          Totally rip off
Staff is absolutely Rude except 2-3 staff. According to the activities it’s not worth the money. Lunch was included but they provide the lunch end of everything like 3-3:30pm in some Indian hotel which was very filthy place. And they charge you for the photos arm & leg and not only that after ripping you off they still have guts to ask you for the tips. Total disappointment.

First time getting this close to these gentle giants. They are surprisingly hairy and always have a huge appetite for food. Once in a life time experience!

Animal Abusers- don’t give them your money
Fantasea Phuket show is horrible for people who love animals. They bring in elephants in the first minute of the show and it’s very obvious that they’re being abused. We were deceived from the start as they do not advertise having animals in the show anywhere. Before you walk in they also have a baby tiger who is obviously drugged, taking pictures with people who are willing to pay extortionate amounts. Don’t give them a cent of your money if you are in any way supportive of animals!

An interesting day trip to this ancient capital with river cruise to minimise road travel.
A long minibus trip initially but worth the wait to see some impressive ruins & monuments at three locations in this ancient capital. After a short ride in a fairly comfortable minibus, we reached the river cruise where we joined several other tours for an excellent lunch as we sailed along the rivers. Khun Donna provided lots of information as we explored and also helped take many group shots for us. A good day - just two concerns. We had some difficulty understanding all that Khun Donna shared and when on the cruise, best place to see many of the views after lunch was on the top deck, but the commentary and announcements regarding tea & coffee availability etc. were not relayed up there. Other than that, a good day out.

Informative trip which left a lasting impression of the human cost in building the railway.
Our guide Rach( sorry I forgot your name) was very knowledgeable and gave lots of background information and really brought alive what the prisoners had to endure to achieve the completion of the railway in an incredibly short period of time. He was also very good at ensuring everyone was OK, had enough loo stops and didn't get lost among the crowds. Our driver was also adept at negotiating the heavy Bangkok traffic with skill and care.
The trip was extremely well organised and I would highly recommend it.

We were very disappointed with the vehicle booked through Trip Advisor to travel over 3 hours from Bangkok to the River Kwai. It was very shabby inside and very uncomfortable but our driver was superb.

The overall trip was very moving and such superb scenery but our guide was not very informative or friendly. On two occasions he made derogatory remarks to passengers.

We did have several comfort stops near shops and markets and we enjoyed a tasty buffet lunch. It was definitely worth the long trip to see the museum and memorials and for a ride on the death railway. Slightly disappointed overall but we didn’t let it spoil our trip.

This is a fantastic train ride with spectacular scenes from this amazing railway that cost so much to build. This is a must do experience and something you can make a day of. You can take the train to the caves were POW once bathed and to the end of the railway today were you can experience the waterfall and a place where once Australian and British POW once had there camps.

This i definitely a trip to take the kids on and the train runs regular to easily get back and forth.

We had a great start, the tour operator pick us up on time. The tour guide (Omme apologies for the misspelling) gave us an introduction about the tour while going to see the death railway bridge on the river Kwai. Everything was well explained in detail so when we arrived on the first stop at the Kanchanabury war cemetery we had sufficient time to walk around. The second stop was at River Kwai Museum, here Omme explained the history and why the construction of the museum was needed. Inside there are few portraits describing the prisoners living condition. After the museum we continued our journey by long tail boat on the river Kwai to the death railway bridge. So far the trip was going well, we reached the death railway bridge where we had the opportunity to walk on it and visit the prisoners campus. A this point we supposed to ride the train for 1 hour and 30 mimutes to admire the scenery and to have an idea how the bridge was built. Unfortunately we were told that the train had some issue with the engine and the departure will be delayed or cancelled. At this point Omme advised to reach the destinatin by the minivan but we had to wait for the driver, who had driven halfway to the train destination point Tham Krasea, to pick us up. Of course we were behind schedule and everything was rushed to make up the time. Before arriving at the death railway bridge we had a lunch at the restaurant proposed by the tour operator. It supposed to be an authentic thai lunch but it was a disaster. The food was cold and overcooked kind of ready meal taste. Nevertheless, we restart our journey to the last destination Tham Krasea. We could only spend no more than 30 minutes to walk on the rail track and see the cave. Surprisingly, walking back to go to the cave we were told to move away from the railway as the train was approaching!
Afterwards everyone was back in the minivan where the driver drove as back to Bangkok. As everything was so behind schedule we were left in the vicinity of the hotel instead at the hotel as stipulated in the tour guide. It was a shame as this tour does have a great potential but they need to take into account of potential delays.

What a great day. From start to finish this trip was Brilliant. We were picked up at 6am from hotel and taken to the Jeath Museum by mini bus. The tour is kept to a small group for convenience and comfort when travelling. The tour Guide Rach was amazing. He was full of historical knowledge. He took pictures and videos for us all too which help us all create new memories. The boat ride and Train ride were great. These were extra but well worth it. The train was upgraded to guarantee us a seat and you got water and a cake on board. We walked on the railway at the river kwai and then again at the end. The buffet lunch was plentiful and full of choice. All in all great day out

Our day started off with being picked up late then transferred to another mini bus about an hour & half into the the trip one of the passenger's asked how long for the toilet stop as he was getting desperate OOM our guide went buzurk at him calling him a lady & couldn't he wait this went on untill we did finally stop which made us feel very uncomfortable, but they patched up and we enjoyed the day, then on returning to Bangkok he pulled over said as it was really busy and our hotel was just down the road everyone got off and took the SkyTrain, but as our hotel was just down the road we would walk , but after an hour we ended up getting a Tuk-tuk at the cost of 200 BTS back to our hotel we got dropped off at 5.15 & got back to our hotel at 7.45 so not impressed wouldn't recommend this company but the trip was really interesting

To avoid, book on another cheaper site and be careful not everything is included we had to add 300 baths per person last minute to be upgraded (which is specified on other site).
