      Great company with terrific workers
We had a lovely day with Mr Boy as our guide. He was very entertaining and informative. He was also honest with us about the cheapest places to buy stuff. The day is long as there is a long drive but worth the visit for something different. If you are getting a grab or ordering taxi make sure to leave AT LEAST 90 mins before arrival time of 9am. The traffic in the city of Bangkok is terrible and slow moving at that time of morning. We thought an hour would be enough and when our grab came he said there was no way he could take us to pick up point in an hour so he dropped us off at train station and we raced blindly through Bangkok to get there in time just like in the amazing race!! I called them along the way and they said they would wait until 9:10. We miraculously arrived 9:12 and Mr Big was there still waiting for us. Thank you for waiting and understanding our predicament. Highly recommend.

Worst Experience from all the activity I had
It was such a bad experience. We are stuck in a heavy traffic jam and our meeting time was 09:00. We called the activity provider and told them about our situation and they said they will leave in 5-10mins and cannot wait for us. We woke-up so early and booked a grabcar scheduled(additional charges if it is a scheduled ride) for the meeting-point in Robinson Sukhumvit McDonald's but then u luckily was stuck in a heavy slow traffic and our grabcar driver was so slow in driving(maybe intentional to get more money from tourist) and the activity provided as well as the tour-guide said they cannot wait for us. We wasted a lot of money for this but then cannot attend the activity/tour. Then when we asked get-your-guide for a refund for this, they said this activity provided won’t give a refund and get-your-guide tried their best(I doubt) to communicate with them to give us a refund but was unable to convince them as they are so close-minded and firm with a with-no-refund policy. We did not meat to be late in the tour and tried our best and spend a lot of money going there in time but still the activity provider is so heartless and not understanding to give us a refund to use for another same tour the next day. All in all, DO NOT go in this activity provider. There are a lot in get-your-guide and viator to do the same tour which is also good and cheaper than this. This activity provider is heartless and is not tourist-friendly.

Book on 12/23 and get on 12/25
    I went to Ayutthaya.
Alex showed us around and explained things to us very well.
He was a very good person.
It's a shame that the floating market was not a market atmosphere because it was for tourism.
However, there was also time for an elephant ride and lunch at a restaurant, albeit at our own expense, at the same location.
We ate too much breakfast at the hotel so we ate only yakitori.
We didn't experience elephant riding, but we managed to take pictures together.

Guide Jenny was lovely, providing the perfect balance of enough commentary about what we were visiting & Thai language, culture & history, without it being overwhelming. The pick up point was really easy to find (we got the BTS to the station right by Robinson’s department store) & there’s a handily placed McDonald’s you can wait in if you’re early.
The minibus was immaculately clean & air conditioned so it was blissful to get back in between stops.
The summer palace is a beautiful mix of European & Chinese style architecture with different coloured buildings in pristine grounds. There’s plenty of topiary & and abundance of monitor lizards, snapping turtles & fish to entertain. Jenny provided bread to feed them so you can get some great photos & have a wander. Use the toilets here as they’re free & very clean.
Onwards to the floating market where a short trip round the river on a long tailed boat gives you a lay of the land before you have an hour to wander round it & get some dinner. There’s plenty of places to choose from & lots of souvenirs on sale at prices similar to the weekend market in Chatuchuk. On the opposite side of the entrance road is another little market selling more food based items and where there are elephants.
A short journey up the road to two ancient temples at Ayottaya gives you a glimpse of times gone by. There’s a colossal golden Buddha at the latter temple, which you can walk round. You need to have long trousers & your shoulders covered but clothes are sold at reasonable prices there. The iced coffee at the refreshments stall there was the best I’ve ever had & a welcome treat for the coach trip back to Bangkok. All in all, a really good but surprisingly tiring day out. Top tip, bring a parasol to walk round the temples as it’s hot & there’s little shade.

Pretty good day trip to leave the noise of Bangkok behind. Scenery is fantastic, couldn't stop taking photos. Kitty, our guide, was nice and friendly and full of facts & information. Very happy.
