About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Stefan19540 contributionsAverage food and very loud musicIt was crowded before boarding but the assigning of a table at booking took away the worries about not getting one. All staff were friendly and fast. Food average and not hot, but a hot buffet for a large number of guests is a challenge. The band played a mix of pop tunes but very loud and not very well. This took away the expected dinner cruise ambiance as talking to each other was not possible. We wanted a dinner cruise with light music in order to enjoy the views and evening.Written 4 October 2024
- Gerald S0 contributionsHistorical and sad reminder of WW2This was my second trip at Mueang Kanchanaburi since Anzac Day in 2023 walking over the Bridge On River Kwai was Historical emotional walk reflecting on the hardship of the POW In World War II that these poor souls were forced to build, reflecting on brutal conditions from the Japanese imperial army . Currently restoring work replacing the sleepers with numbers and the metal work refurnished with-out being closed. The old timber bridge construction that was used for people and road goods about Hundred metres upstream was never replaced .Written 4 October 2024
- bah0rne0 contributionsDay trip to Bridge over River KwaiHad a great day . Pickup and dropped of at our hotel. Oom was our tour guide and did a great job. Visited the cemetery (which could have been a bit longer ) the Jeath museum and then a long tail boat ride to the bridge . Spent some time at the bridge and markets ,met an Expat S.A Aussie ,retired and living in Thailand working as a Tourist policeman very Friendly and helpful. Took the train ride to Kanchanaburi Had a great lunch and walked the tracks and visited the cave which was used to house the prisoners and now is home to a Buddhist Shrine. We would like to return for a Anzac Service one day. Highly recommend the tripWritten 3 October 2024

- 674camw0 contributionsMust See ShowThis was an excellent show in a great theatre, well worth the cost and time, highly recommend! The show lasted about an hour and every seat was a great seat. Also great service at the bar. Asiatique is also a great area to explore shops and restaurants.Written 30 September 2024
- D3078BGdavidt0 contributionsExcellent ServiceThis was my first time using this service and everything was as previously described, the representative Morny was waiting for me as I left the aircraft and escorted me through immigration, baggage collection and to a suitable taxi service. This lady was very professional and helpful every step of the way and I can’t fault her service which i would describe as excellent!! I’ll definitely use this service in the future 🌹🙏Written 29 September 2024
- gizago0 contributionsSuperb! Don't believe the bad reviews!!Absolutely spot on. Loved it. Attentive staff, superb entertainment and an amazing selection of food. Really can't fault it and highly recommend. The only piece of advice would be to make sure you book the TOP DECK as that's where all the entertainment takes place and also gives unobstructed views of the remarkable Bangkok skylineWritten 29 September 2024
- 369mich0 contributionsBest thai traditional boat cruise in Bangkok on a barkWe went 27sep st 7pm on Table 5 and enjoyed it very much. Wunderful service and food. The staff Dada, Venus, Gavi and Nan done a wunderful job. It was a once in a lifetime experience! Absolut unforgettable! We come back...Written 29 September 2024
- kirstylee880 contributionsWell presentedGreat show, alot of detail in it. Some dancers looked miserable but most were great. My only disappointment was how rude one was at the end after dragging my children over for a photo then demanding $20 aud tip. I agree with tipping but $20 after they asked for the photo Is ridiculousWritten 25 September 2024
- derrickawcw0 contributionsOne hour plus of NONSTOP audiovisual entertainment leaves you breathless and wanting more!Compared to the show when I last watched twenty years ago, they have greatly improved on the lighting, props (including the large electronic backdrop), thematic dances. Expectedly over so many years, they have done away with the very old classics and now using mainstream pop from Madonna to Gaga. As usual they have Asian country and certain western specific performances - I must admire their eclectic choice of the music that represents the countries: well done!! Choreography was superb as well, with a few acts blending old and new. Class act. Since they have updated significantly on their acts, I think can watch again say every five to six years. The entire process of booking (I did it through klook), transport and the facilitation was excellent.Written 24 September 2024
- helend6650 contributionsGreat time but drinks are ridiculously small.Bangkok is beautiful at night. We had a great dinner and the ship was outstanding. My only complaint was that the drinks were TINY but the price was not. I ordered a martini and only had 3 sips. It was smaller than the distance between two open fingers and not even full. Only disappointments.Written 19 September 2024
- MJD0130 contributionsInteresting evening.. go for it!We took a boat/ferry across the river to get here early. Easy-as... There are lots of restaurants to have a pre-show meal (we went to Thai X Thai, which was ok) Finding the theater was easy The show was a bit more than an hour long; and reasonably good fun. The theatre is not the usual seating, but has tables with seating for two, facing the stage. All very good, and great lighting The show itself was quite ok. There's no live singing, but lip-syncing. Most of the songs were in English, there was a segment in another language; which was very interesting ! After the show, one could get pictures with the performers (at a reasonable price) Worth a visit if you have a spare evening in Bangkok, and would rather not go to a dive in Patpong or Soi Cowboy !!Written 19 September 2024
- thesussexfox0 contributionsLovely trip, powerful history, very long dayCommunication was great. Pick up and rendezvous with the bus was smooth. Early start though at 0600! Staff were friendly and the guide, Rach, was very knowledgeable about the history behind the tour. Plenty of comfort stops as well which was great as many hours were spent in the bus to and from the River Kwai area. Only things we would change would be a bigger, better more modern bus for the journey. It was small, cramped and old and vibrated/rattled the whole journey.Written 17 September 2024
- dl5730 contributionsExcellent trip with top notch crewWe went on a bunch of boat trips during our two weeks in Phuket. This was by far the best run one. The Royal Marina is the best departure spot to leave from, clean and very high end. The boats are very well maintained, fast and don't smell like oil like some of the other boats. Po and Pone were very good guides and organizers. We went everywhere we could and luckily got a sunny day (even with decent wind/waves). Thankfully we got a lot of time on Bamboo Island which is by far the best uncrowded beach island with perfect turquoise water. The lunch on Phi Phi Don was excellent, far better than the other tours that actually made us sick (avoid the Sea Gypsies / floating docks, it's a floating slum).Written 11 September 2024

Hi Sharon,
This is a new tour and a long day out as this is quite far from Bangkok. You can book a private tour which is more expensive than a shared tour with other guests. Yes for the pricing its out of our control as this is set by the government and we have to abide by this.
Thanks for your comments,
