High quality, friendly, flexible and fair
We arranged a custom tour based on our travelling preferences. The process of setting this up was very pleasant. Communication was clear and we had confidence that everything was arranged according to plan. Prices are clear and fair. During our trip, we had some health issues and Asian Heritage was very flexible in changing the plan and arranging transport that was needed. The guide that was provided was very friendly and had an immense knowledge about the surroundings. The driver was draining good and always gave us a safe feeling.

        Fantastic experience!
I completed the two week combined Nepal and Bhutan trip. Overall a very, very positive experience! The tour was well organized, and I looked forward to every new day and unique adventure. The guides and drivers were all professional, courteous, and completely trustworthy and dependable. The cars provided were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The drivers were friendly and very conscientious. The guides were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and were willing to personalize things on the trip. Most of the hotels were very pleasant with caring staff and excellent meals. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of by my guides, drivers, and Asian Heritage Treks overall, and I would be happy to travel with them again.

        Flexibele and food quality
I was really happy with the help from Nilam and his team. The preparation of the trip was good, they helped us customize our trip to all our specific needs. While we were on the tour one of us got sick and they did everything they could to help us. We even had to book a flight and leave the mountains sooner than expected and they helped us with that as well. They got so much knowledge of all the possibilities in Nepal and are working already for years with foreigners, they really know what they are doing! I would definitely recommend getting help with your experience in Nepal from the Asian heritage team.

        Good experience guaranteed
We had a great experience with our guide Devy from Asian Heritage Tour. Devy welcomed us in Nepal and we had such interesting tours in Bhaktapur and Kathmandu with our lovely guide. Devy was reliable, flexible (last minute changes in the program were no problem at all), well organized and told us so much about all the highlights we visited when we did several cultural day trips in Bhaktapur and Kathmandu with him. His English is very good and he is open about his culture and we felt comfortable to ask him all kind of questions. We can highly recommend Devy as your guide in Nepal, Kathmandu / Bhaktapur region.

        Great Nepal trip May 2024
We had a very well organised trip in Nepal. Our first days we were in Kathmandu. Our driver showed us the magnificent sites in and around Kathmandu. After that, we went from Kathmandu to Lukla. From there we did a trekking to Namche Bazar. with a private guide (and porter). He was a very kind and attentive man and we felt very safe. We would go to Tengboche but the weather let us down. After the trekking our driver took us to Pokhara via Bandipur where we stayed a few nights. At the end of our trip we flew back to Kathmandu. All in all a memorable trip thanks to Asian Heritage travel & treks

Mohare Danda & Poonhill 6-day trekking en more!..
Last week we came back home, after a wonderful journey of 2 weeks through our beloved Nepal, which actually also feels a bit like coming ‘home’ every time we were able to set foot on the Nepali ground. As we had very good experiences with Asian Heritage treks and expeditions, with this company, while they arranged more excursions and all kind of other arrangements for us over the years, since 2006, (like private transport, several trekking, excursions, trip from Kathmandu to Lhasa etc.) Also, this time, we found it obviously, that for this trip, we asked Asian Heritage to arrange all transport and excursions and trekking again. As we had such good experience with this very kind but even more important: experienced and professional team. We visited Nepal in the past, this was first time we came with kids! This time we visited Kathmandu, Chitwan NP, Pokhara and the highlight of our trip was definitely the 6-day trekking to Mohare Danda and Poonhill. The Mohare Danda trek is an eco-community lodge trek. Provides close views of for example, Mt. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Fishtail, and we have seen glorious sunrises and sunsets! Especially the first 4 days of the trekking where quite ‘off the beaten-track’. And the first 3 days we literally walked between hills, mountains, rivers and forests of oaks bamboo and rhododendron, completely on our own. The first 3 days we literally seen only 2 other hikers on our path! And besides the people of the local community lodges we stayed, and a few local people, getting firewood in the forests on the way, we did hardly see another sole... You really have the feeling you are the only one there blend in nature. A unique experience. During the trekking we were accompanied and guided by Naresh, (coincidently also an old friend who helped us out in more challenging times in the past, when visiting Nepal about a decade ago) Very kind porter Prem also joined us this time. All the time we felt really welcomed, well guided, and in safe company by their nice guidance and in good connection. Also, our guide explained to the children about Nepal, it’s nature and culture, which made this a very interesting and gave them the chance to learn a lot during this trip as well. We had a bit of health issue and transport challenges during the trip. As every journey, but also in Nepal always can come with some ‘surprises’ or unplanned circumstances. (for example, this time, due to no flights from Pokhara to Kathmandu at the time we were there, due to the bad sights) This is actually also the nice thing about a visit to Nepal. You never know, Nepal will always surprise you, also with some kind of unplanned ideas, and you can train your own flexibility a bit in the meantime as well. J. All the time, the Asian Heritage treks team, where in close contact with us, and very well communicating and flexible, to come to a good solution together. So we could continue our plan flexible and smoothly! We had a great experience and journey. Which has given us and our children the opportunity to (re-) experience the beauty of Nepal and especially the kindness of the people. Sincerely want to thank you once again, dear Nilam and team of Asian Heritage Treks and expeditions. A big gratitude for giving us the chance for catching up old great memories and for making this wonderful new memorable time together!

        Great trip to Poonhill
We had a short 3days trip to Poonhill. The guide and porter of Asian Heritage were helpfull, experienced and friendly. Even though it was short trip my family and I experienced a close and personal connection with them. We felt safe and really supported to bring this trip to a good end. We would definitely book our next trip with them again!

        Unforgettable experience
I went on the 'Nepal Cultural Highlights in 10 Days' tour all by myself, and it was amazing! When I got to Kathmandu, I felt the buzz of the city right away. There were ancient temples, busy markets, and so much history all around. Outside the city, I visited quiet villages in the mountains. Meeting local people and learning about their lives was my favorite part. They were so friendly, and I got to join in on some cool traditions. The scenery was amazing. From Pokhara's calm lakes to the huge mountains of the Annapurna range, it was all so beautiful. Being on my own gave me the chance to really soak everything in, but I never felt lonely. The group I was with was like a little family, and our guide made sure we had fun and learned lots. Overall, this trip was even better than I had hoped. It's something I'll always remember, and I'd tell anyone to go for it if they want to see the best of Nepal.

Our family had an amazing time during this tour. We saw cool temples, ate yummy food, and met friendly people in Kathmandu. Pokhara was super pretty, with big mountains and a pretty lake. The tour guides were nice and taught us lots of interesting stuff about Nepal. We felt really welcomed everywhere we went. It was a trip we'll always remember!

        Unforgettable Trip
I just finished the incredible 10-day Nepal Cultural Highlights Tour and can't recommend it enough! The itinerary was fantastic. We covered so much history and culture, from the stunning temples of Kathmandu to Buddha's birthplace in Lumbini. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable, bringing the sights to life. The jungle safari in Chitwan was an unforgettable experience, as we spotted rhinos and elephants in their natural habitat. A truly immersive and enriching journey through the heart of Nepal!

Our family trip to Nepal was an unforgettable experience full of adventure, culture and beautiful nature. Despite traveling in a season that was not ideal for mountain views, we enjoyed every minute of our trip.

We started our trip in vibrant Kathmandu. The city is a true labyrinth of colour, sound and history. From the beautiful stupas of Swayambhunath to the lively Thamel, we immersed ourselves in the local culture and enjoyed the delicious Nepali dishes. The friendly people and rich history that breathes every corner of the city made it a perfect start to our journey.

After our adventure in the city we left for a fantastic trekking to Poon Hill. The trek was doable for our family and met our expectations perfectly. Braving the trails, the fresh air and being with the family in the beautiful nature was an experience we will never forget.

After the trekking we travelled to Chitwan National Park for an incredible safari. It was a real adventure to spot the many animal species in their natural habitat. We saw a lot of animals, did a canoe trip among the crocodiles, spotted various bird species and were able to admire some beautiful rhinos. The nature guides were knowledgeable and committed, allowing us to learn more about nature and conservation efforts. It was a fantastic way to experience Nepal's biodiversity.

All in all, our trip to Nepal was a wonderful mix of culture, adventure and nature. Despite the seasonal mountain visibility restrictions, we made the most of our time, and we look back on this experience with a warm heart. Nepal has taught us to enjoy the journey itself, rather than just the end goal. We cannot recommend this trip enough to families looking for a unique and adventure-rich holiday!

My brother and I spent three weeks in this beautiful country and had an absolutely fantastic time. We had a customized trip which we were able to include everything we wanted to do. During my trip, I was able to visit many interesting places like Chitwan, Lumbini, Tansen, Pokhara, and Kathmandu. We trekked the Ghorepani Poonhill trek as well. I could not recommend this trip and company enough. All of the accommodations were nice and Asian Heritage was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. All of our guides were knowledgeable and did their jobs well. Nepal is an amazing country and I highly recommend planning your adventure with Asian Heritage Treks & Travels.
Asian Heritage Treks & Travels is an amazing company to work with. Not only did they plan and organize a fantastic trip but they welcomed us and made us feel at home in Nepal. Nilam and the team are incredibly kind people that helped us with anything and everything. They accommodated every need we had. During our trek, we were guided by Mr. Shiva and he is great! Every staff member we met was very pleasant and of course, our tour was wonderful. This company also works to help poor and marginalized communities throughout the country which is amazing! I am so thankful we booked our trip with Asian Heritage.
