Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu (1300 meters)

Stop At: Tribhuvan International Airport, Ring Rd, काठमाडौँ 44600, Nepal
On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from our office will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. You’ll have rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing with trek preparation

Stop At: Swayambhunath Temple, Swayamhu Circle Road, Kathmandu 44620 Nepal
Swoyambhunath Temple: This Buddhist Stupa, said to be 2000 years old is a perfect architecture of gilded spire and white washed dome located under thousands of fluttering prayer flags. From the spire, four faces of Buddha stare out across the valley in the cardinal directions. The entire structure is symbolic.

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Kathmandu Durbar Square: is one of three royal palace squares in the Kathmandu Valley. This site was the royal residence until the 19th century where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch use to take place.

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Boudhnath Stupa: Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage list, this enormous stupa where thousands of pilgrims gather daily to make a ritual circumnavigation of the dome, beneath the watchful eyes of the Buddha, which gaze out from the gilded central tower. This is one of the few places in the world where Tibetan Buddhist culture is accessible and unfetered, and the lanes around the stupa are crammed with monasteries and the surrounding is a paraphernalia for Buddhist life.

Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath, a pagoda style Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is considered to be the powerhouse of Hindu spiritual power in religious terms. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple is 6 kms from Kathmandu city.Behind the temples are the cremation grounds.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2,800m); Trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft ~3-4hrs);40minutes flight; 8km,3-4 hours trek

Stop At: Phakding 56000, Nepal
We fly to the mountain airstrip of Lukla (2,800m), and set off on the first short leg of our trek, heading northwards up the valley of the DudhKosi. We descend from the small plateau, down into the forested valley. The trail offers some tantalising views before reaching the small settlement of Phakding (2,652m), where we spend our first night.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche (3,438m/11,280ft) 11km, 5-6 hrs

Stop At: Main Street, Namche Bazaar 56002 Nepal
From Phakding, we cross and re-cross the river on high suspension bridges. Beyond Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park which was set-up in order to protect and preserve the fragile mountain environment. You then take a steep hike to Namche. If the weather is clear, you get the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Namche is the main trading village in the Khumbu and has a busy Saturday market, a meeting place for the Hindu traders from the lowlands and the Tibetan yak caravans that have crossed the glaciated Nangpa La.

Day 5: Rest day in Namche (3,440m/11,284ft)

Stop At: Main Street, Namche Bazaar 56002 Nepal
Namche is tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops. It is an ideal place to spend a day, acclimatizing to the new altitude before heading off towards Tengboche. To acclimatize, you can do a strenuous day walk to a higher altitude, coming back down to Namche for sleep.

Day 6: Trek to Khumjung (3,810 m/12500 ft): 4 hours

Stop At: Khumjung Gompa, Khumjung VDC-3, Khumjung Nepal
Today's journey starts with a climb up to the famous airstrip at Syangboche. Just above the airstrip is the Everest View Hotel from where we can enjoy an up-close view of the mighty Everest. We continue trekking to Khumjung village which is surrounded by Kondge, Thamserku and the sacred Khumbila mountains. While here, we visit the Edmund Hillary School and Khumjung Monastery that is famous for housing the head of the Yeti.

Day 7: Trek to Tengboche (3,870m/12694ft): 4 - 5 hours

Stop At: Tengboche Gompa, Sagarmatha, Tengboche 56002 Nepal
We descend to Dudhkoshi River and pass through beautiful villages on the way. We walk on a forest trail which will take us to a riverbed. Next, we ascend for around two more hours through pine and fir forests to reach a small village of Tengboche. The village is also home to the famous Tengboche Gumba which is situated at 3,867 m and is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region of Nepal. We tour the Gumba and enjoy a panoramic view of the Himalayas, including Tawache, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Everest.

Day 8: Trek to Monjo (2,950m/9,676ft): 6 - 7 hours

Stop At: Tengboche Gompa, Sagarmatha, Tengboche 56002 Nepal
Steep descent from Tengboche, will take us through rhododendron bushes and fir trees to the Dudh Koshi River. We continue on our trail and pass Tashinga and Sansa

villages before reaching Kyangjuma. While here, we get to appreciate spectacular views of Ama-dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. The trail clings to the steep wooded slope beyond Kyangjuma, winding through several bends. We keep an eye for wildlife such as mountain goats, snow leopards, colorful pheasants, etc. when passing through a forest trail. A steep descent takes us to a bridge over the Dudh Koshi River. We cross the river twice at separate locations before reaching Monjo.

Day 9: Trek from Monjo to Lukla (5-6 Hours

Stop At: Phakding 56000, Nepal
After breakfast, start your walk to Namche, which should take between five and six hours. Descending stone steps you come to a suspension bridge, and, after a short climb you reach Jorshale. This is the entrance to the National Park, and you must wait here while your guide pays the entrance fees. Walking beside the river, you reach a forested mountainside and pass a rocky area. After crossing a high, winding path, you descend to the riverbed and reach a V-shaped valley. The river forks here: the right stream is the DudhKoshi and the left is the Bhote Koshi that leads to Nangpa La. Crossing another suspension bridge and walking a short distance alongside the Bhote Koshi, you ascend to Namche Bazaar. fter an early breakfast, the route starts by climbing upto the Syangboche airstrip. Above the airstrip is the Hotel Everest View, listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the highest hotel on earth from where you catch the nice view of AmaDablam, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. You trek back to Lukla.

Day 10: Fly back to Kathmandu and you have the rest of the day at leisure on your own

In the early morning you take off from Lukla airstrip for a spectacular mountain flight back to Kathmandu. After being met at the domestic airport terminal and transferred to your hotel, the rest of the day is free to explore this wonderful city; shopping for souvenirs, trying out the various restaurants in Thamel or simply relaxing.

Day 11: Drive to Pokhara ( 7-8 hours Drive); Drive to Nayapul (1.5 Hour Drive); Trek to Birethanti (30 minute Walk)

Stop At: Birethanti Bridge, Birethanti 33700, Nepal
We leave early and drive west wards to Pokhara. This town is set in a beautiful valley and is overlooked by Machhapuchhare, one of the most distinctive of the Himalayan peaks. We continue on another 1.5 hour drive through Pokhara to NayaPul and from there have a 30-minute walk to the village of Birethanthi, where we stay overnight. Birethanthi is a riverside village at the confluence of the ModiKhola and the BurungdiKhola. If there is time we can bathe in the clear but cold pools of the BurungdiKhola

Day 12: Trek to Ghorepani (2750m/9023ft)

Stop At: Ghorepani Community hospital, Poon Hill Marga, Ghode Pani 33200, Nepal
This is a 4-6 hours trek which starts crossing the Tikhedhunga Khola on a suspension bridge, then drops and crosses the Bhurungdi Khola on a large bridge at 1520m. The trail climbs very steeply on a stone staircase that is said to have more than 3300 steps which continue to the large Magar village of Ulleri (2080m) and climbing gently through the pastures and cultivated fields the trail makes its way to deep forests to reach a hamlet of Banthanti. Crossing the magnificent oak and rhododendron forests the trail passes through two sparkling clear streams, a small ridge and another stream before making final climb to another Magar village of Nangathanti (2460m). About an hour past this village we reach Ghorepani where we can see eight different species of Nepal’s national flower rhododendron in the hillsides below Ghorepani.

Day 13: Trek to Poon Hill (3210m/10532ft); Trek back to Ghorepani

After about an hours climb in the morning we reach Poon Hill which is a viewpoint for the spectacular Himalayan panorama extending from Dhaulagiri to Annapurna to Machhapuchhre; that stretches from Dhaulagiri I ( 8167m) and Tukuche (6920m) to Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South, Annapurna I (8091m), Hiunchuli (6441m) and Tarke Kang (7193m).

Day 14: Trek to Naya Pul; Drive to Pokhara

Stop At: Pokhara Lakeside, Lakeside Rd, Pokhara 33700 Nepal
Descending on stone staircases towards the Modi Khola, and passing through Shyauli Bazaar we come to the pretty village of Birethanthi, where we have lunch overlooking the river. Another short walk brings us to Naya Pul, where we will meet the road and drive back to Pokhara. There will be time this afternoon to explore the pretty lakeside Pokhara. You could go for a boat trip on the lake looking for water birds or just sit and relax in one of the many lakeside cafes.

Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu
