Very professional setup; so easy to book online; very informative information pack - so often, tour operators provide sketchy Information but this had all info needed - fast communication, perfect on time pick up, friendly and enthusiastic staff and they even gave me a travel pillow and blanket as gifts at the end. Joan, the guide, made it super easy. The drives are long but beautiful and we jumped off the van in some villages to discover more. The safari, gorilla and chimpazee is a must do! Beautiful and an experience thar words make no justice. Everything was perfect with the company, no surprises, all arranged as I asked, lovely suggestions on places to stay, i might repeat!

What an experience!! The half day trip to Mabamba swamp to see the Shoebill was an unforgettable experience. From the pick up in the morning, transfers in the boats and the search for the Shoebill it was first class! Ended up having a fantastic sighting of the bird for over half an hour with the bird about 20-30 metres away, truly memorable!! We then went around Mabamba swamp in search of other birds which was great too. Thanks for a truly memorable life experience!!
