About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- MelanieGreene0 contributionsOutstanding 4 days…. Don’t miss this!Amazing experience! Cannot recommend this tour highly enough enough! Muhammad was our guide and took us to so many places we’d have never known about. We met a wonderful man who owned a carpet shop and taught us all about Moroccan carpets and the Berber trade. We learned all about rose water and rose oil from another family along the way and got to see how they craft Argan oil and bought some products after learning about them and sampling them. We saw the beautiful Dades gorge, took a fantastic tour of an ancient casbah in Ourzazate, toured Atkas movie studios and saw how they made gladiator 1&2, Ckeopatra, the Mummy, prince of Oersua and many more. Our accommodations were in wonderful Riads with famiky atmospheres. Last, but certainly not least, we went to the edge of civilization in Merzouga and got on camels where we rode into the desert and spent the night glamping in a luxurious tent in the Sahara where we were treated to hot showers, delicious food and a drum show around a bonfire in the Sahara. What an experience! Mohammed took great care of us… the vehicle was a spotless Mercedes 8- person van (there were only 4 of us plus Muhammad). I’m so glad we had this experience! Morocco is truly a land of enchantment with dramatic scenes both in the countryside and within Marrakech. The people are delightful….full of hot and hospitality. I felt safer there than I do in the US. I’ll definitely go back and take another tour with this company!Written 15 March 2025
- Gps13780 contributionsNice historical townThe seagulls and cats added a lot of cute fun, but there is a lot of history with much less congestion than the major cities. It was too cold for swimming in March, but the beach looked good with nice, soft sand.Written 3 March 2025
- georgemX5463EO0 contributionsJust great! We booked a city tour with comfort travel. Jouad, our guide, was the best. Our tour of the city included the Secret Gardens, the medina, textile showrooms, and a variety of old riads, which have been converted into antique warehouses. We also had a fantastic lunch and met many artisans throughout the city. Jouad was a wealth of culture, history, and insight, and brought the city alive. Jouad also went above and beyond in helping us navigate some shipping issues. We would definitely recommend Jouad in the future. Shkran lak!Written 18 February 2025
- robwL1989SG0 contributionsExcellence by Tour Comfort travel MoroccoWe did with Comfort travel Morocco a private tour by luxury Van from Cassabkanca to Rabatt, to Fes , to the dessert in Merzouga to Quarzazate and ending 3 days in Marrakesh. Mr Adil organised the tour very well for us. Also our guid:driver Mohammed did an excellece job. We enjoyed very much. Also the Riads and hotels were lovely. Cimfort Travel Marocco did evrything for us and is a very proffessional touroperator. We strongly recommed them if you want to visit Morocco.Written 3 February 2025
- Rihan A0 contributionsGreat way to walk the city & get to see Marrakesh from close up. Spending a day seeing beautiful attractions & sites.A day tour filled with beautiful sites & attractions that makes Marrakesh a delightful city to experience. There’s so much to explore in day, we definitely needed more time to go back to the places we wanted to spend extra time since we needed to get thru the sites on the itinerary. Our tour guy was knowledgeable. A full day or half day and more time is definitely worth exploring this city with all the different Riyads, shopping markets, restaurants, beautiful sites & more!Written 12 January 2025

- H377VJjohnd0 contributionsUnforgettable Morocco visitOur family (3 of us) had the great pleasure of a Comfort Travel trip to the Moroccan desert. Everything was organized perfectly and Mo picked us up in his beautiful car and took us on an unforgettable 4 day adventure. I know that Mo and Comfort Travel don't need anymore great reviews, they have plenty of them but everything was organized well in advance of us arriving in Morocco. Our itinerary was laid out for us and the great communication in advance made us feel very comfortable and we were at ease about where we were going where we would stay and a little bit about what to expect. There is no easy way to get to the desert. There is a lot of driving necessary, so initially we thought 4 days might be too much, but it turned out to be the perfect number of days to split up the drive, see all of the sites, experience the food and accommodations, with the highlight being the camel ride through the dunes and overnight stay at the camp. The trip is really well designed to see some of the key sites along the way both going and returning and we really enjoyed the time as a family and talking to Mo who happens to be a great conversationalist. If you want to have an extraordinary trip to Morocco and soak up the sites, scenery, food and full desert experience, we highly recommend Comfort Travel to manage your tour.Written 27 December 2024
- 212anetam0 contributionsHighlight of our trip!We had a great time! Our driver, Adil, was a great companion! He was very polite, engaging, always made sure we were comfortable. He was always on time, entertained us with many stories and kept the conversations interesting. In addition to the sightseeing tours, thanks to Adil, we learned even more about the culture and customs in Morocco. As for the tour itself, everything was as described in the plan. We wish this tour was also offered with options to see other cities like Fez or Tangier and maybe a cooking class as well.Written 26 December 2024
- d0miniquemariel0 contributionsAmazing Tour with DrissWe had an amazing day with Driss! He is a great guide. He is very knowledgeable and curated a VIP, authentic experience for us. Having a van was crucial to go the touristic places in Marrakesh!Written 22 December 2024
- pds1000 contributionsExcellent tour with TaharTahar was a brilliant guide. He explained and showed us around the sights in the city with clear information and did not hurry us at all. We really enjoyed the walk through the souk , the streets were so interesting and unusual. I thought it was an excellent day and would highly recommend. Our driver Mohammed was also there on time at every spot to take us to the next place .Written 20 December 2024
- rosuo20200 contributionsjust perfectWe were very lucky to meet Driss (who was a bliss:) as a guide. And this is where our beautiful experience in Morocco began, because he made us truly see the colors and the vibration of this absolutely gorgeous place. These are the moments when you truly realize how much it matters to see a place through the experienced eyes of a man full of life and stories. Many, many thanks.Written 22 November 2024
- jkahunas0 contributionsExcellent Experience with Very Professional DriverAn exciting tour with a private Mercedes van with an excellent driver, Azdin. He was professional, courteous and prompt. He was very safe when driving and passing and he also politely managed the timing at our stops to insure we did not miss critical activities like sunset in the dessert. We added additional brief stops for coffee and pictures along the route to enjoy our custom adventure. The stop at Ait Ben Haddou was amazing. We had a good guide whose family had lived there for years and gave the backstory on the sights. The "glamping" in the luxury tent was awesome. The tent had a frame with cloth walls and plastic lining, 2 twin beds pushed together into a king size bed for my wife and I, a sofa and table, a dressing table with mirror and a full bathroom with running water. It was larger than the bedroom in the AirBnB we stayed in. We rode a camel to the camp at sunrise, setup in the tent, had tea and sang and danced around a fire before dinner, then played drums and looked at the amazingly clear sky at night. Morning had breakfast followed by sunrise atop a sandy ridge before a camel ride back to the car. An awesome dessert experience. The next day we returned home with a stop at Taouririte Kasbah was interesting, but much of the area was under renovation from the 2023 earthquake. It ended with our tour guide pushing a retail shop,. The Atlas studio tour was a lot of fun. The tour guide explained the sets and the movies filmed there and even made a one take video on an Egyptian set with a guests cell phone. We then returned safely to our lodging in Marrakesh. I would definitely recommend this option for a private and comfortable exploration of the unique sites of Quarzazate and Zagora.Written 3 November 2024
- isabelmF4146LG0 contributionsBest Tour Guide in Marrakech- 5*I'm a travel agent and Adil and his team went extra mile to support my clients with their dream trip to Marrakesh. Since the booking Adil was always available by WhatsApp to answer all the questions and nothing was to much trouble. I had some bad experiences booking some tours in Marrakesh before but this one was heaven! My clients returned happy and very grateful for all the great support they had from Adil and team, their feedback was simply amazing. Comfort Travel Marocco will always be my priority for future tours. Thank you so much.Written 30 October 2024
- mrmannocc0 contributionsThe perfect tour to explore Marrakech in just one day!A big round of applause to Joad, our guide, and Moe, our driver. This tour was exceptional, we were able in one day to see all the best spots in Marrakech and to get detailed explanations. Joad took us to a great place to shop carpets and also took us to the Saadian Tombs as an extra to the tour and explained all the history of Morocco. As a plus, Moe speaks perfect Italian 😁 Thank you guys for such a lovely day!Written 28 October 2024
- drkareneng0 contributionsGreat tour to understand Marrakech cityWe recommend this tour. Our guide Jaoud spoke clear English and paced our tour to match our requests. He explained history and told anecdotal stories of his family trips to the city. There was enough time to shop, eat lunch, and view the different sites without being rushed or it being stretched out. It was the best that my 20yr old daughter and I had a private tour and the cost was a good value.Written 15 October 2024

This was our first trip to Morocco and the only time we left the busy city of Marrakech and headed for the mountains of high Atlas, beautiful experience, it was crazy hot in Marrakech the city while at the Setti Fatma valley was cooler and relaxing.
It's been quite challenging the climb to the falls, suffered a bit but it was worth it.
Our Berber Guide Khalid took good care of us all the time, helped us while climbing several parts, especially with my children, and our driver Mouaad was the best, very professional and had a great sense of humour too :)
We enjoyed everything, the stunning views on the mountains and old villages, the Ecomuseum, the camel ride and the food of course,
It was a private great experience out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Yassine was an amazing driver and a family man, he provided a premium service,
he was very knowledgeable about Morocco's history and the Berber culture.
We loved the scenic views at the mountains as well as the hike to the waterfalls with Adil the tour guide, it was really challenging out there but we made it as we're used to that. The Tanjin by the stream was so delicious, and of course we also enjoyed the Argan cooperative and the camel ride.
It's been a wonderful well organized journey into the Valleys of the high Atlas.

As promised, after reviewing our city tour with you guys it would be our pleasure leave few words about the amazing trip into the mountains.
In my opinion, and according to my experience with Comfort Travel Morocco I'm sure it wouldn't have been better than this if booked elsewhere, it's a professional team who can deal with every situation and every person no matter what your character is.
We've been at the waterfalls which was a challenging hike there, we've been offered a breakfast in a Berber house, and visited a museum there too and of course enjoyed both a delicious Tanjin and the camel ride, everything was included.
Overall experience was excellent.

It's been an amazing journey at the Atlas valley and an interesting experience, we got to see the Berber life and people are so friendly out there.
It's been a little mistake from us that we weren't prepared for the hike to the waterfalls, we went there anyway but for very short and had to go back, we did enjoy the camel ride on our way back as well as the delicious Tanjine ''chiken with lemon'' right next to the river and omg the mint tea!! we've been asking for more since we had the very first one upon our arrival to the valley.
Our driver Adil is such a great driver, he shared so much information with us, speaks perfect English and provided a 1st class service of transportation.
It's been a great experience for such a short trip from Marrakech, highly recommended for those looking for an authentic journey away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is the closest and shortest so far, a trip that you may wanna book if you really have not enough time to take long drive trips. We went to the Ourika Valley and waterfall tour, our guide Khalid was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area as he was even born there. The hike up to the waterfall was ok but you do need shoes not flip flops! It's quiet challenging if you ask me.
Our driver Mouaad, well.. without him nothing would have gone well as it really did, he made all the difference, Excellent English, so polite and friendly, plus a great sense of humour.
Definitely recommended, Thank you very much.

I, my wife and our 5 yo son had been taken very good care by this company and of course by our amazing driver Yassine who picked us up first in Fes and then drove us to Casablanca for one overnight then to Marrakech and to become our personal and gentle driver taking us all around to sites and restaurants as well as a day trip to the mountains.
Can't really describe how happy we were with the quality of service and the how nice and friendly Yassine treated us, very professional.
We will never forget about our experience in Morocco thanks to Yassine and this company who arranged our private transportation.
