About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Jet6112430 contributionsMorning walk through MarrakechMarrakech was brought to life by our guide Rachid. A thoroughly enjoyable morning walking the maze of streets off the main square. We learnt so much about Morrocos history & became comfortable in the colourful side streets. Would highly recommend as a must do for anyone starting their Marrakech adventure!Written 8 February 2025
- cvol19720 contributionsWhat a great experience to learn to know part of Marocco outside Marrakesh. We had such a good time with our guide. He explained lots of things on what we saw, but also on the way of living, how people were thinking, side notes on movies, jokes during the open fire in the desert camp.... Felt like the guide was part of the family. Thank for this superb tour we really enjoyed that much. We were already missing you two minutes after we got back to the hotel after the trip. Hope to see you again Abdoul !!!Written 8 February 2025
- Scenic627993610130 contributionsThoughtful and interesting guideGreat guide, full of the history of Marrakesh and Morocco. Interesting man who has done plenty in his life. A very enjoyable morning.Written 4 February 2025
- turnersmith_d0 contributionsFascinating - strongly recommendFantastic tour with fascinating commentary and explanation from Mouhssine who was a charming and extremely knowledgeable guide. Kept not only me, but also my teenage son captivated with the stories about what we were seeing and the rich history. Strongly recommend.Written 19 January 2025
- nikia20250 contributionsWonderful Tour, Definitely Recommend! The tour was wonderful! The architecture in the Medina was beautiful. Mouhssine was also very well informed and helped me understand how to bargain prices in the souks. He tailored the tour to my needs and even gave me a ride back to my hotel. He told me about the history of the old town and life in Marrakech.Written 8 January 2025
- lisajschaerer0 contributionsExceptional tourMouhsimme was an exceptional tour guide; smart, interesting, knowledgeable, personable, friendly and communicated beautifully before the tour. His command of English was great as well. Would highly recommend his services while in Marrakech.Written 5 January 2025
- AThRB0 contributionsWonderful trip to Merzouga with great driver / guideWe had a wonderful sightseeing trip to the Dades Valley, the desert near Merzouga and then onto Fez (2 nights, 3 days). It was an action-packed trip with lots of interesting excursions and stops, under the excellent care of our guide / driver Abdul. He made sure all our needs were met, was attentive and a very secure driver. He speaks good English as well as French, so communicating with him was easy. Would highly recommend this guide / driver as well as the trip. Our only suggestion would be to do it in four days, as for three days it is quite packed in the winter time when the days are shorter. But overall, a really great trip.Written 31 December 2024

- adamf660 contributionsIncredible tour!Mouhssine was an incredible guide! Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and good company. Finding him was easy. He sent us a photo of himself a day in advance and we met in an easy location to find, near the Koutoubia mosque. It was our first day in Marrakesh and it really helped us to find our way around the city and settle in. Not only did Mouhssine explain the history of the sights, he also taught us a lot about the local culture - things we’d never have known without him. This made us really appreciate and respect the city and its wonderful people. His English was also very good. If you are considering a walking tour, stop right here and buy a tour with Mouhssine now! You won’t regret it.Written 30 November 2024
- MEMFA0 contributionsMust-do tour in MarrakechOur walking tour with Mouhssine was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. Mouhssine has such a vast knowledge of the city and its people, and we found the tour very interesting and also entertaining. There was a lovely natural flow to the whole time, walking through different parts and seeing hidden gems. A trip to this city must start with this tour with Mouhssine - 100% recommended!Written 21 November 2024

- heidivK1118OO0 contributionsAn unexpected turn...We had a wonderful 4-dag excursion. Due to the exceptional weather conditions, we were unfortunately unable to follow the program and we were unable to reach our first stay. Our group of friends was divided into 2 waggons. Both drivers kept close telephone contact te absorb the unexpected situation as well as possible. This was quite a task, but Mohamed and Abdul did it brilliantly. Our special thanks go to Mohamed who provided us with accomodation in his own home. The hospitality of his family has made a huge impressiom on us. We are very grateful for this. Because of this coincidence we had a unique introduction to the real Berber life...we were lucky with our guide! The continuation of the excursion went perfectly.Written 5 November 2024

An incredible experience, so glad we included this in our Marrakech holiday!
Travelling in a spacious comfortable car our fabulous guide, Abdoul, gave us a brilliant cultural and historical insight into this beautiful part of the world. We made a few great stops on the way - a traditional pottery (perfect for picking up handmade gifts), a traditional carpet shop (where we also had the pleasure of some fine moroccan tea on a terrace with breathtaking views of the valley below), and stopped to see women making Argan oil products in the traditional way. Stopping in Setti Fadma, we were greeted by a local guide who took us on a hike up twisting paths & past covered market stalls to see the waterfalls. The path up was quite busy, rocky and slippy in some places so take care! It is well worth the trek for the beautiful views however, and to pass by the traditional Berber market stalls and cafe's on route. The path down took us on a different route which gave us incredible views of the mountains and the village below. A tasty traditional lunch was served right by the river before we set off back to Marrakech. Perfect!
In all, a fabulous experience and a great way to see life in the Atlas Mountains and to learn about the historic Berber communities of the area.

Day escape in the mountains to get out of the Medina.
Not too much of a drive, a charming guide who listened to our wishes.
Stages not too long but without stress.
We preferred the visit to the Berber house, the Berber market and the walk to the waterfall with a beautiful view.
The lunch restaurant at Setti Fadma is of good quality.
Departure 9:30 a.m., return 6:30 p.m.

I visited the Atlas mountains and the valleys in April 2019, and it is stunning. With Mouhssine, I toured around Marrakech. He is a kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and wonderful tour guide. If you are planning to visit places on Morocco, such as the Atlas mountains, and you can get Mouhssine as your guide, I'm sure it will be a wonderful experience.

Khalid and Abdulwahed made an amazing trip for us. They’re fun guys to hang out with and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good time.
The lunch with the Berber family is a great experience. This was the best Tajine we had in Morocco. I would highly recommend both Khalid and Abdulwahed as they made the experience amazing!

Our excursion to the Ourika Valley was incredible with our driver Lahcen at the controls. Very serious and extremely kind, he knows his country and Marrakech very well and shares it generously with us.
The walk, the stop at the Berber market, the visit to the argon oil factory, the mountain walk to the waterfall, the typical meal, the numerous photo stops, the meeting with the monkeys, the attention which was brought to us: everything was perfect. I recommend with my eyes closed! Thanks again .

Our trip to Ourika Valley in Morocco was truly an adventurous and memorable experience. The journey was filled with exciting discoveries, stunning views, and unique cultural observations. However, what truly made this trip exceptional was our fantastic driver, Abdoul. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the entire excursion.

Great day out visiting Ourika valley. Both our driver to the valley (in a lovely comfortable car) and our guide for the tour, were helpful and informative. A small private tour, taking you away from all the masses. We especially loved the home cooked lunch in a local Berber house. Delicious. Thank you
