Our ballooning experience was enchanting! Once we were off the ground, there was an overwhelming sense of peace and a calmness that we all felt as we slowly moved with the wind over the beautiful Moroccan landscape. We saw the sun rise over the Atlas mountains as its rays transformed the morning blue haze into yellow, red and orange hues. I was surprised how quiet was up there as we "sailed" for an hour or so. Our experience included pick up from our hotel, drop off and a delicious breakfast. overall a 6****** fun experience!!!!

The owner flies the balloon. And I love supporting small family enterprises. He has four people in his family helping in the business. He prepped us all very well regarding expectations. He took pictures of everyone. The freshly prepared breakfast was the best in all of Morocco!! It was the perfect way to top our 2 week travel in Morocco.

What a great experience. We were picked up from our hotel early morning, got to the camp where a fire and hot tea were waiting for us. The balloon ride was incredibly smooth and quiet but the sites were beautiful. We floated over the towns and the desert, saw the Atlas mountains in the distance and took incredible pictures. Yoosef was with us making the ride more memorable with his Zen talk. Served breakfast after the ride was the cherry on top of the experience. Keep up the good job, Yoosef. Overall a 5 star experience!!!!! MUST TRY IT WHEN IN MARRAKESH

So this experience was booked by my FIL for my girlfriend’s birthday. I am usually quite skeptical about booking things like this myself as they are quite expensive and I wouldn’t want to feel disappointed…. We were certainly not disappointed! We were picked up not far from our Riad in the Medina by Mohammed at around 5:50am in his comfortable Van and there was a short ride to pick another couple up on the other side of the Medina. There was a 40 minute journey out of Marrakech into the desert to the camp where we were greeted with coffee/tea and some snacks. This is also when we met the pilot, Youssef. Because of the stronger than usual winds we ended up driving about 20 minutes south east of the camp so that the Balloon did not enter the limit when we were in the air. It was quite cloudy and chilly as we started to ascend but once we hit 700m we were above the cloud and the view did not disappoint. This was the most surreal experience of a lifetime, it didn’t feel real floating above the clouds watching the sunrise in the distance with all the other balloons also In front of us. Youssef took lots of photos with our phones and made it such an enjoyable experience. We spent a total of c. 1 hour in the air just taking in the breathtaking views. Once we landed we were quickly whisked back to camp where we enjoyed a traditional Moroccan breakfast, coffee, tea and juice. The food was amazing, we pretty much polished the lot of it. They had decorated the camp with a happy birthday banner and balloons for my girlfriend and after the breakfast they even brought out a cake for her and sung happy birthday in 3 languages (English, French & Arabic) The cake was absolutely delicious and very well made. After this we were dropped back at the meeting point by Mohammed. The whole experience from pickup to drop off was around 5.5 hours and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants to do a Balloon ride. Very professional team, super friendly and polite.

This was the most amazing experience!! I have done this in New Zealand and this just blew me away. From the arrival, excitement of the ride and the spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, the expanse of other balloons around us and of course our guide, it was perfect. A wonderful breakfast after and a birthday surprise cake for my husband and dancing with everyone. It made our trip to Morocco, and I wish I had found these guys sooner to go on other events with them. From Jane and Nigel ..... do it !!!

Just returned from a 5 day Sahara adventure tour with my kids (13 and 16) and it was an unbelievable experience!!! I can't recommend Toureg Trails enough! My guide Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable of the culture, history and geography of the region and made the whole experience feel 100% authentic. The hot air balloon, canyon trail, rock climbing, camel ride , quad ride and sand boarding activities were all awesome! Not a single tourist trap experience. All of the hotels were very nice (4 star) with good restaurants and attentive service. The whole tour was organized to the last detail and was flawless. Youssef and Mohamed were extremely accommodating and attentive (details such as-I needed to keep my daughter's medication cool during the trip so they brought a cooler in the van and made sure it had ice or frozen bottles of water daily). Cant say enough about their professionalism and how great of an experience this private tour was!!!!

Yousef and his crew were superb. Pickup up and drop off went very smooth. The balloon ride was fantastic. Yousef give us some very clear instructions before the flight and more information during the flight. The nice thing about this flight is that you are only with 6 passengers and Yousef in the basket which gives you the opportunity to talk to the pilot during the flight. There are some other companies where there are 24 people in the basket, which does to feel very attractive to me. After the flight we had a very nice breakfast in the desert. Jan and Christine

We have just got back from our trip to Morocco and our highlight was the hot air balloon ride we had with Youssef, he went above and beyond for us literally!! We made the trip from Agadir to Marrakech and he met us when we arrived in Marrakech and took us to the site, he made sure we were the first people there so we could take off first and get above the cloud safely to see sunrise, we took off about 10 minutes before all the other balloons and it was so personal with it just being me, my partner and Youssef in the basket, he was very informative and couldn’t be more helpful, it was one of the best experience of our life’s! I couldn’t recommend this company anymore! Some of the other balloons had 20 plus people in and we just don’t think we would have had as good as time as we did with it just being us! I’m scared of heights and he reassured me all the way through and made me feel comfortable! 5* review from us for sure 👌🏻 he was also a really good photographer!

My group of 3 booked a 10-day private tour with Touareg Trails and had an amazing experience. Before even arriving, Yussef made sure the itinerary was to our liking and was always prompt at responding to emails. Our guide Mohamed picked us up at the airport in Casablanca and was with us for the entirety of the tour. Mohamed was an amazing guide and helped make sure we were comfortable and having a good time for the entire 10 days; he was truly an incredible guide. Yussef did a good job behind the scenes during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly and was a great hot air balloon pilot when it came time for that! We would definitely recommend Touareg Trails to anyone visiting Morocco as they went above and beyond expectations.

Wow! This was a 1st class fun family activity. Simo picked us up (family of 5) at 06:15 this morning (2 April 2024). He was very friendly with excellent English and great driver. It took about 25 minutes to get to where we taking off from…. Tea or coffee and cake before lift-off and then we were away. Even those of us scared of heights loved it. A fantastic experience which will live long in the memory. So majestic and peaceful with magnificent views of the beautiful Atlas Mountains. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Very well organised and we had a fantastic morning. The breakfast at the end back on terra firma was most welcome and delicious. We would definitely come back - but next time we will do the earlier flight to see the sunrise (which means getting up nearer to 04:00😱)

This whole experience was fantastic! Mohamed and our driver Simo were kind, on time and very helpful. When we arrived we had tea the went up in the Balloon. The views were stunning. We ended the day with a great breakfast!

Our trip was perfect from start to finish. Yuosef was very informative and communication was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel which made the early start so much easier. We choose the small crowd balloon flight and there was 5 of us , so it made the experience much more personal. Would highly recommend to anyone even if you are nervous of heights like me. I was reassured and the trip was rounded off by catching the sunrise
