    Itinerary:
    Day 1
    9am: Drop off your luggage and share a rich coffee with your host in her home in an upscale neighborhood in Casablanca. She will show you to your private room and bathroom in her house. Your room has one comfortable queen-sized bed that can sleep up to two travelers, a large window, a closet and a fan (no A/C). Your host, her husband and child live in the house in their own room. They also have a small dog that lives outside.
    10:30am: Head out with your host to a local Casablanca bakery to choose your breakfast for the next morning and sample pastries before visiting the local market to buy regional fruits and vegetables for your evening meal. Your host will help you navigate the market and will show you where she buys the freshest produce.
    11:30am: Continue your culinary journey with a visit to the famous fish market. Eat like the locals do and enjoy fresh oysters, grilled sardines and other seasonal seafood.
    1pm: Savor the city's best camel burger (when in season) served with grilled onions, tomatoes, olives and fresh bread as you take in the city's stunning architecture in an ancient neighborhood. Camel can be replaced by spicy beef kafta for those who don't eat camel. The meat market is not for the faint of heart but is a true, local experience! Your host is happy to customize your street food tour according to your dietary preferences.
    2pm: Visit the arts and crafts market as well as Casablanca's oldest pastry shop and enjoy traditional mint tea and Moroccan cookies.
    3pm - 5pm: Free afternoon to do as you wish with the option to relax on the rooftop with refreshing homemade ginger and mint lemonade. 
    5pm - 9pm: Authentic cooking class and dinner - this is a hands-on cooking lesson. You will help prepare an authentic Moroccan meal using seasonal ingredients and Casablanca’s local seafood or meat. Your menu might include dishes such as lamb tagine with seasonal vegetables, marinated and grilled seafood, Moroccan lemon chicken with olives, couscous, tchackchouka (roasted bell pepper salad) or zaalouk (eggplant salad) with homemade bread. You will conclude your meal with a dessert such as milk pastilla, oranges with cinnamon or Moroccan cakes. If you are interested in learning to cook a particular dish, please include it when creating your reservation. Your host will be happy to customize a menu for you.
