- hottedresden0 contributionsVery reliableWe had ordered this service for the transfer Agadir airport to Riu Palace. Unfortunately the airline had made a mistake and indicated a wrong time of arrival. Nevertheless, our driver was there when we arrived, he had checked the flight number and noted the error. That is service ! Also we noticed that the price of 24€ was very correct, because on our return we took a taxi organized by the hotel staff and were initially asked 30€ and when we arrived the driver asked even 35€ claiming that he would charge extra for the suitcases. In consequence, I would always choose Its4YouTours again - they are reliable and correct. The van which took us to the hotel was spacious, comfortable and clean, the driver very polite and helpful.Written 23 January 2019

- drhopkins30 contributionsOk but some shortcomingsWe got a taste of Morocco in this tour. We were a group of 28 arranged by a Cruise Critic member . Tour leader Samy spoke good english and provided good commentary.. The 16 pass van was clean but cramped. What I did not like was that since we were in two vans the tour leader Samy, split his time between the buses. I felt like I had a part time tour guide. The included lunch at the "home" in Tourdant was good. Afterward a local guide took us in small groups on a walk to an "oasis", but our group somehow did not go to the oasis that other groups did. When I asked Samy, he said the pond was dry at this time of year. Ok for a one day cruise ship stop to get my taste of Morocco.Written 1 December 2016
- Jan G0 contributionsTaradout & Tiout with Its 4 You Tours - October 2016A cruise ship port stop we selected Samy from It's 4 You Tours to be our guide for the day to visit both Taradout and Tiout. We were met at the pier on time and quickly started on our way to the city of Taradout. It is about 1.5 hours away from the port and Samy did his best to talk to us about his country. We made several stops to see and photograph the goats in the trees (one of the highlights of the tour) be prepared to give the goat herder a Euro or two for the privilege. Arriving at Taradout our first stop was to see how they turn the nuts that the goats eat into oil (more Euros to the ladies Co-op) and then to the shop where the products can be bought. Reasonable prices. afterwards we toured the souks but as we arrived on Friday 90% of the shops were closed. Be prepared to negotiate the price of whatever you buy. After about an hour walking back and forth amongst the closed souks we were directed to a coffee shop (the only decent place with a washroom worthy of North American standards) and absorbed the sights and sounds. Our next stop was Tiout which is an oasis, we had a lovely lunch (included in the tour price) and then walked down to the watering hole (approx 30 minute walk over uneven tracks) - this was fascinating and well worth the walk. However, the walk uphill to return to the restaurant is steep and long. They do offer (for a cost) to bring you up riding a donkey, we elected to have the car meet us about 1/4 of the way up. the ride back to the pier was about 1.5 hours. a very long day of sights and sounds but one I am glad we did. I would definitely recommend Samy and his company as your tour guide. Thank you Samy for a wonderful dayWritten 16 November 2016
- plantmanW_p_bch_Fl0 contributionsBecareful What you Ask ForThis review is for a one day small group <15 people to get the taste of the area around Agadir. We choose this company as other reviewers had deemed it acceptable. After numerous emails with the owner, Samy, it was his suggestions that we ultimately followed for your outing. A price was agreed upon for the tour on a group price and it was up to us to divide the amount between us. We were offered the option to pay in local currency, on euros, or u.s. dollars. After driving about hour and half our first stop was at a shop that sold natural/organic lotions, potions, spices, and few other things. Additionally it had a toilet which was the most popular feature. This was an unexpected and unnecessary waste of time other than the bathroom. We then traveled a short distance to "the merchant" which was a one building bizarre selling handmade rugs and crafts or antiques. Without an expert from "Antique Roadshow" or extensive knowledge of what you were looking at you were hustled and trapped for approximately 30 minutes. A picture was beginning to form. We then traveled another short distance to the town of Tartoudant and its souk. The town of Tartoudant is a major secondary city in Morocco and frankly was an eye opener. It is a combination of flee market, open air food vendors, coffee/tea bars, homeless people housing, and of course a town square with a mosque. This was a totally depressing/authentic view of Morocco. By now it was lunch time and this proved to be the highlight of the day. We were taken to a very nice family owned restaurant and served a lovely meal. Following the meal we were hustled off to visit the local oasis and then came back to the restaurant for tea and assorted pastries. It was now time to head back toward our ship, but a few minutes down the road whether by design or not we encounter goat herder and his herd. This proved a great photo stop as many of the goats climbed and feed in trees. It was then about an hour and half drive back to the ship and though we were offered the option of visiting the local souk in Agadir everyone on the tour was fairly exhausted and we opted to return to our ship. We had taken many tours both private, semi-private, and large group prior to this one in our travels of Britain, Portugal, and Spain. Now maybe it was the lack of history or development or sites to see this was by far our least favorite tour. When we met with he owner when we boarded our bus we were required to pay in full which is understandable but slightly unusual. So in attempt to be objective a lot of information or facts/details were lost in translation. We basically received the tour as outlined by the tour operator but it was not what anyone in our group thought we would be getting. So I caution you that you need to be aware that this part of Morocco is primitive. In speaking with others who went to Marrakesh for their tour though is was a lot of bus time, they had much more positive comments about their experience. So in closing choose wisely.Written 15 November 2016
- Andrea F0 contributionsNot reliableVery bad experience we had with It's 4 You Tours , the tour guide did not speak any English word , very late pick up and only 5 hours on a day tour , the price was expensive and totally wouldn't worth any cent of it . I will never book with this company againWritten 4 November 2014
