Too long before actual museum
Didn’t know we didn’t get to the actual museum for 31/2 hrs. Liked seeing other monuments but 2 hrs is plenty. We were worn out by the time we got to the museum we paid to visit!

A Must Do Tour
Nov. 2021 • Couples
Mr. Map was AWESOME!!!!! Very knowledgeable. The only suggestion I would make is to start the tour earlier so that more time can be spent at the museum. We were at the museum for over three hours and we were not able to get to see everything we wanted to see.

Thanks for the kind words, Mhester222! We set a high bar for ourselves to deliver a wonderful and unique tour experience for each of our guests. It's always nice to hear that we delivered on our promise. Purchase of this tour includes free timed-entry passes to the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. However, this is not an official Smithsonian tour. Additionally, entry to the property is provided as a courtesy only after completing the sightseeing history tour. Customers booking this tour are paying for this company’s services and perspective, which is independent of and may not represent the views of the Smithsonian. We hope to see you again soon. EXCELLENT!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Nov. 2021
The tour was EXCELLENT!!! I HIGHLY recommend. It was easy to find the starting point, check in was quick and the bus was nice, comfortable and clean.

With that said, hands down the BEST part was Christopher the Tour Guide!! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. It was abundantly clear he did more than just memorize a script, he was a TRUE HISTORIAN who enjoys sharing is knowledge.

Once again I highly recommend this tour, especially with Christopher because he is truly subject matter expert.

It was ok
We stood in a line for over 30 minutes in the heat before we could get on the bus. The tour itself was pretty good and our guide was nice and knowledgeable. But it was long. The majority of our group thought the museum was part of the 4 hours. Like the last hour or so. But it was not. So at 2, no lunch yet , we are told to go to the museum. If you have a child this makes for a very long day!

Not a good tour
Oct. 2021 • Friends
First off the tour guide was rude and should keep his "jokes" that are body shaming to himself or find another gig. Secondly, the tour should be shortened or start earlier so travelers can spend more time in the museum before it closes. Lastly, the bus (not the passengers) smelled unpleasant. The driver was great so I'm giving 2 stars.
