    Worth a visit
Lots to see & read, well worth the visit, suggest having 2hours to 2.5hours on site at least, booked our ticket in advance so avoided the queues.

    Disappointing guide
We booked this trip through Tui and the pick up point, pick up and bus guide and driver were all excellent. The coach arrived at the agreed time and the driver drove well. Unfortunately, we feel that we were a bit unlucky with the guide we were allocated when we got to Auschwitz. Although, she seemed a nice enough lady with a lot of knowledge she had a quiet voice with quite a pronounced accent which made her hard to hear and understand, even with the headphones. It also didn’t help that the group was about 30 people so far too big. The guide did not wait for everyone to get near to her and started speaking so if you were at the back you missed a lot of what was said. As some people have already said, the tour felt rushed and it felt as if we missed some of the buildings. We also weren’t given much time at each of the exhibits to really read and look. We did feel a bit short changed as we probably only heard 30% of what was said and felt rushed when trying to read the information boards. All in all, we were glad we visited but the tour and explanation could have been much better.

    Fantastic Creepy Tour
We booked a tour just 2 hours in advance on Halloween (via KrakowBooking) and had the pleasure of having a fantastic tour with Tomasz (sorry if the spelling isn't right) in English, who has a real talent for storytelling and demystifying. It was both entertaining and full of interesting facts. It was our favourite guide from all the tours we did in Poland, and it was really worth what we paid, we keep on mentioning the tour to people around us! Thank you again

    Book it!
Excellent tour. Great organisation, prompt, friendly, helpful. Very good guide. Got the balance of facts just right on an emotional visit. Be ready to walk quite a bit to see the scale of Birkenau.

    Interesting, information heavy Schindler’s Factory
Very interesting visit, glad we booked tickets before we got there as the queues were long. Recommend the visit but not what we expected. We walked from the main town, it is a long walk but straightforward enough. Still enjoyed Schindlers factory.

    Auschwitz tour
Myself and my husband went on the Auschwitz tour which was of course, thought provoking and very humbling. The minibus that took us there was lovely and comfortable as well as being air conditioned which was very welcomed with the temperature being 31 degrees outside! Our tour guide on the coach before arriving at the camp was extremely helpful and very informative, giving us additional information en route, along with a very friendly driver. A must do trip to include in your itinerary when visiting Krakow…..

    Highly recommend
Hard to sum up into words as the trip with the guide was very professional. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that hasn't been. One visit is all that is needed though, I wouldn't want to return. Simple because what happen there. Tour and guide were amazing though.

    The Auschwitz Birkenau
Absolutely one of the best tours we’ve ever been. Tour bus collected us on time and gave very useful information. Tour guide for both camps was absolutely amazing, not only knowledgeable but also put heart and soul into the information she provided us with. Highly recommend this tour, with this tour operator.

    Not impressed.
Very poor tour. Very little about Shindler. More about Nazi occupation in Poland. Not what we were expecting, unfortunately.

Great ghost tour with recent mysteries
Excellent tour guide. Gave a good introduction to history of Krakow. Described creepy murders and mysteries that have occurred over the years. Answered all of our questions. Had a 10 minute comfort break half way through which was very much appreciated. A great way to spend 2 hours one evening in Krakow.

Bring a sandwich and sunhat, but no jacket in August
We took the full day Auschwitz-Birkenau-Salt Mine tour in August. This company did a good job getting us to everyplace on time. Here is what to know to prepare for a good day: 1) Auschwitz has good bathrooms and a drink vending machine, but no place to grab a quick lunch, so bring a sandwich. You won't have a set lunch break, but you can eat in the car. You will be standing and walking the entire time. 2) Birkenau has pay bathrooms with a long wait, so you will not have time to use them. You will be standing and walking in the full sun almost the entire tour, so wear a sun hat. 3) Salt Mine has good bathrooms and lots of quick food stands that you will have time to grab a snack. You will be walking down a very very long flight of stairs - bring hand sanitizer for after holding on to the stair railings. Once at the bottom it doesn't even feel like you are underground, so you probably won't feel claustrophobic. You will be standing and walking the entire tour. The cool air feels good, and is not enough to make you cold. This is a long day, but a good trip. We ended up walking 10 miles! The concentration camps are something everyone should see in person. The salt mines was a nice way to clean your mind after hours touring the horrors of the Nazis.

We enjoyed most of our trip to the salt mine. The guide we had was very informative and the statues amazing. Although we were prepared for the 800 steps down and the long treks into each chamber when we reached the bottom my knee was starting to ache and I was so pleased to see the lift to take us up to the surface! We were then informed that the lift was not working so we will have to go to the next lift which was some way away. The guide must have known it was not working and should of given us a choice on whether to go so far down or not.
We then had another long trek up and down more stairs and long corridors until we came to these tiny lifts. There was, of course a long queue which took ages before we reached the front of the queue. There were two little lifts one on the ground and the other one up another flight of stairs. I was in agony with my knee so when it was our turn one of the staff directed us to the upstairs lift so my husband said could we wait for the ground one, his response was a sneer!
We then were put in a tiny lift which should accommodate nine people. There were seven people in the lift and two more trying to get in. The staff did not allow for the size of those people and still insisted they enter. We were consequently crammed in I could hardly breathe. It was not the best ending to our trip.
