Enjoy the undivided attention of your small-group guide to gain insight into the city’s gastronomical background, and useful tips for the rest of your visit from your small-group guide.
What to Expect

Meet your guide and small group at a central Pest location. Walk together through the city’s vibrant neighborhoods, including Belváros, the Jewish Quarter, and Andrássy Avenue. Stop off at a number of eateries along to way to sample delicacies such as Gulyás soup, Lángos, cured and cooked meats, and local cheeses, as well as a range of pastries and sweets.

Gain insight in Budapest’s nightlife, with visits to an authentic butchers shop, restaurant, ruin bar, and wine bar. Chat with your food-specialized guide about the history of Hungarian cuisine and the way the culture has changed over the last decade, as you sip on wine, Pálinka, and Fröccs.

With a satisfied stomach, new insight and plenty of tips for the rest of your visit, conclude your tour at a central point in Pest.
