Great sightseeing and saves your legs from walking!
Adam was our tour guide and he was great, very informative on everything about Worclaw. The cart was heated which was great as it was a bit cold when driving around but overall I would definitely recommend this.

        Great way to see Wroclaw
This was an excellent way of seeing Wroclaw. The e-car was perfect with heated seats and a blanket. The guide was really knowledgeable and enhanced the commentary.

I would not recommend this tour
The bus is extremely inconvenient. You cannot see from inside of the bus. There are only 3 stops. I would recommend a walking tour

        Great overview of the city
We decided to do this tour after I hurt my knee and couldn’t do much walking. I’m so glad we did! It was a great way to see the city, and we covered so much more ground than we would have otherwise. We really enjoyed learning about the rich history of Wrocław. Our guide Jacob was great and provided lots of useful information in addition to what was included on the recording.

Great way to see Wroclaw and learn about the history of the city.
Our tour guide/driver Victoria was great, learned a lot about Wroclaw and it's history with stops along the way. A great two hours to explore the city.

Great way to get an overview of Wroclaw
The tour was a great way to get to see the basics of Wroclaw. it gives a brief history of the evolution from a German city to a major Polish city. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions. It is a nice combination of a prerecorded tour and information from the guide. I would recommend it for anyone who has never wandered Wroclaw.

        Excellent and informative tour
Prompt pickup at the railway station and the next two hours were packed with information about the town and its history. Our driver, Antony, a local, was very well informed and his English was perfect. The quiet electric bus meant we coould hear all he had to say very clearly. A well spent 2 hours.

        Great tour
My cousin and I did this tour on New Years Eve. It was great as the earphone system actually worked! And the sound was excellent. Definitely worth doing this tour.

        Great starting point!!
We had a lovely heated ev car as in the picture!! Our driver was Jacob and he was a university student as are most of the drivers. He orated the tour in good english, only 4 of us in the car and we got more then 2 hours of a tour! We picked out the places we wanted to go back to from the tour which was really helpful. Meeting point was right beside the tourist office and there's lots available all day.

        Lovely Two-Hour Tour
My parents and I booked a two-hour tour with Best City Tours and had a great time overall. We were in an enclosed golf cart that kept us warm during the chilly month of December. They even had blankets for us in case we caught a chill. It was the perfect tour option for my father who has some trouble walking around. We felt like we visited the majority of the main sights in Wroclaw. Our guide was informative and friendly. Our only advice would be to slow down a bit when explaining details, but our guide did a great job overall. A wonderful addition to our Wroclaw visit.

Very good guide. comfortable vehicle with blankets provided commentary matched where we were on the tour. Headphones not needed. Guide spoke good english and gave us extra information over the pre recorded commentary

Fabulous introduction to Wrocław. Saw much more than possible in walking tours without the risks of scooters, trikes or Segways.

Good Tour, some kinks to work out
Nicely done tour with a balance of driving and stops for more detailed explanation. A few 10-minute stops at key points. This tour worked well as an overview of the main sights, allowing us to build our own plan for the following day. Pros: knowledgeable English speaking guide university student), reasonable 2 hour length, good overview. Cons: forced to wait 30 minutes for late arriving customer (very annoying, should not be allowed); driver/tour guide turned around when speaking rather than using microphone/speakers; last stop at Centennial Hall took a lot of time and not very interesting.

Very friendly driver with good English. There were only two of us so we didn’t use the audio guides. We learned a lot and would recommend this tour.

We had an exciting trip through Wroclaw with Anthony, who explained us the history of the city and its role throughout WWII. Particularly interesting were the pictures he showed us of various city parts throughout history.
Being an economics student, Anthony could also tell us about the development of the economy of the city over the years which we much appreciated.
Would highly recommend booking this tour!

Dominik was a very helpful tour guide. She was very friendly and offered her own commentary on Polish life. She only switched to the pre-recorded audio track when she felt that it would tell a better story.

Highly recommend this company because I was able to book it via Trip Advisor only 2 hours before the tour. I ended up getting a private tour due to being the only person during the time slot. I did text message the tour company to confirm that they received my reservation: they were very prompt in response and confirmed the meeting location.

I booked the 2 hour tour which brought he over to Cathedral island and Centennial hall. It was great to be able to get to another part of town. The one thing I was not expecting was the Soviet monument outside Centennial Hall, which is a sight to see.

Great city tour. We both agreed it was the highlight of our trip. Booked last minute the night prior and received immediate confirmation with all the required details.

Our guide was fantastic. Their knowledge/commentary was outstanding but their personality and humour made the trip!

The guide also offered insight on off the tourist map eateries and sites, which was really helpful to know.

The e-bus was modern and comfortable. We were a bit worried before as there are lots of companies offering these tours, and some of the vehicles looked awful, with basic plastic raincovers on top instead of an actual roof etc. Our vehicle was very comfy and the guide ensured it stayed lovely and heated inside.

We booked a city tour /Wroclaw, 2-Hour Group Tour by Electric Car/ by Best City tour, and we were extremely disappointed. The driver picked up one tourist who wanted a private tour, and the rest of us were more or less ignored. The "guide" forgot to play the stories about some important places. Sometimes, he played the story after we had passed the sights. The whole time, he was speaking loudly only to that one tourist, so we couldn’t hear what was being said in the recorded commentary. Where we stopped, only that tourist could get off and see the sights. But we were told that we couldn’t get off as it wasn’t included in the program or there wasn’t enough time. So, we sat in the little bus while the solo tourist walked around and took pictures. The driver’s explanation for why we couldn’t get off to see some buildings was that 'we weren't "running fast" enough' and we would slow down the tour. Extremely disappointed by the driver - Slav. If he wants to make his own business and to make private tours this is not the right way.

We booked this ahead to get a flavour of the city. Our guide admitted immediately he was not a professional guide but a student, presumably just earning some extra cash at the weekend. I don't mean to sound mean, as we had literally zero words of Polish but as we'd booked an English-speaking tour, the guide's English was limited and he struggled to express what he wanted to say so I think we possibly got a very shortened version of chit chat. None-the-less he was super friendly and extremely pleasant and we were happy to leave a tip.
The tour itself is a bit meh... I feel it could be improved, it trundled round the main square which was a hive of activity putting up the Christmas decorations and stalls in time for the Christmas markets due to start the following week, which limited the views around the square.
It also seemed to focus on some buildings we found rather underwhelming, modern and built of concrete. I mean later when we took a bus around the city we saw some other more spectacular older buildings.
Anyway we paid ÂŁ18 each and it was a pleasant enough way to spend 2 hours. The advert said there would be blankets available, but there were none so if the weather is cold dress well.

We had a regular golf cart, nothing special like the one pictured. Norbert was nice & informative. This was a great way for us to see some of the places a bit far to walk by foot (centennial hall & pergola) & get an idea where the zoo was etc Great way to get the lay of the land before venturing out too far.

Excellent guide (Norbert). Interested to engage with us, with a really food command of English. Knows so much about his city that we would never have found out with this tour.. Showed our family of 5 adults a whistle stop 2 hour tour of beautiful Wrocław. Collected from hotel and delighted that we had a brand new immaculately clean cart for just our group, which was an added bonus.
Would definitely recommend, especially if you only have a day or two in Wrocław.. We have two days after our tour to return to the places of most interest, but this trip has shown us places that would have missed walking on foot.

We loved our tour! Anja, our guide, was enthusiastic about giving us in english as much information as she could and in 2 hours we were shown the main sights of Wroclaw. It was then easier for us to know which places we would like to see more thoroughly.

Our guide was sleeping in the bus when we arrived. The tour started. His English was extremely bad, so we could not understand half of what this man said. He was ignorant towards us, and when the tour ended he called our group “cheap” for not tipping him enough. Wouldn’t recommend this activity.

Dear guests, it was NOT our company that carried out the tour with you. I would like to clarify that there are several e-car companies. In our company there are only young people up to 24 years of age and we do not have red e-vehicles, so we assume that you carried out the tour with a competing company in a red melex with an older gentleman. Therefore, we ask you to verify the rating and insert it under the correct company, which also has a profile and red vehicles you rode with, while it is lower on ranking due to unfavorable reviews. We do our best to ensure that our services are always of the highest level. Finally, we are sorry that you missed our company.

The first thing I must note is that the electric car we rode in was nothing like the one pictured in the advertisement. It was not large, it was not silver and it did not have glass doors. Instead, a golf cart for 6 people showed up at our hotel door to pick up our party of 4 for the excursion. However, once we began the exploration, we realized we were lacking nothing, because having Janek as our guide and having the golf cart to ourselves made for an excellent tour. Janek is a kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, polite, young gentleman who gave us the best private tour we could have asked for. He introduced us to the University and encouraged us to return to see it on our own, which we did and which was very worthwhile. He took us to Cathedral Island and taught us much about Wroclaw. This is a trip worth taking.
