- E9598OEsharons0 contributionsThird Reich and World War 11 a must do tourThe tour was excellent. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. He walked us around key sites giving excellent and easy to follow information. Anyone with any interest in the Third Reich, the Holocaust and what happened in the former Breslau should do this tour. We were also given excellent information about the end of the war and the changed map of Europe to change Breslau to Wroclaw -a Polish city. Highly recommendedWritten 5 September 2024
- jdog13350 contributionsInteresting Tour exploring Wroclaw and its place in the Thrid ReichThe tour was very comprehensive and gave a good overview of Wroclaw and its evolution from a German to Polish city. Guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. He gets bonus points for finding dry places to talk as we got caught in a thunderstorm. Only complaint was his assumption that we knew nothing about WW2 and the Nazi rise to power. He spent a great deal of time on that but for some people that would be necessary.Written 1 August 2024
- Jaakko P0 contributionsExcellent driver/guideTour destinations were as we expected. Driver/guide told us many additional info about destinations and surrounding areas. We had good discussions between destinations.Written 14 July 2024
- Kittydepuss0 contributionsA super fun way to see Wroclaw with lots of laughs and insider information along the way!We decided to pre-book this experience while at home in the UK...And we are so glad we did! Our booking was for our first morning in Wroclaw having arrived the previous evening. Using Google maps we located the meeting point and met our guide who gave us our safety briefing and introduced the group to our dinky 3 wheeled scooters. The scooters are super easy to control and fun to ride. We all had radio headsets to wear so we could hear what our guide was saying throughout the tour. I wear two hearing aids that have bluetooth capability but unfortunately the headsets provided were not bluetooth enabled. I sort of managed to position the headset so that I could pick up some of what was saying, it wasn't ideal but did not suffer too much as our guide was aware of the issue and made extra efforts to ensure that I didn't miss out too much. We set off on a whistle stop tour of the city stopping briefly at historical and interesting locations around the city where our guide shared his extensive local knowledge of history, culture, and life in Wroclaw. There was time to take photographs and ask any questions. The whole tour took two hours but we were having so much fun the time passed so quickly. This experience is the perfect way to see the city highlights and helped us to take note of places that we wanted to explore further during the week of our stay. I would recommend it to anyone as a fantastic way to see the city and gain insider information. The scooter tour was one of the highlights of our trip and we had lots of laughs along the way. I am returning to Wroclaw this autumn with another friend and we will be booking this tour again.Written 10 April 2024
- Culture120245593930 contributionsFab scooter tourThe meet up place is on a cobbled street, if you haven’t ridden a scooter like these before is isn’t the best place to learn , not easy to steer, but after a 10mins learning is was great 👍 would definitely use againWritten 2 March 2024
- MisJudge0 contributionsWould highly recommend Michel and his tours 10/10We had a super 2 days with Michel. On day one we did the WW2 tour to Project Riese and Gross Rosen museum. We were collected on time at 9am, in a very comfortable vehicle, and from the outset, Michel was extremely knowledgeable and imparted the information in a very interesting way. He is a great conversationalist and really makes an effort to chat and talk to his customers. He is intelligent and up to date on current matters as well as historical, we found him so interesting. The tour was grim but great- we should never forget the horror of this time. The mystery of what the Nazis were up to with Project Riese is intriguing. The following day Michel met us for a walking tour of the city and again he was exceptional in his recalling and explanation of the history of that time, and in general. We enjoyed our time in his company and would highly recommend him to all.Written 25 January 2024

- darrenjZ3137EK0 contributionsFantastic tour of the cityThis is an essential for any visitor of Wroclaw. I learnt so much and was fascinated throughout. Firstly, the guide is brilliant. So passionate and knowledgeable on all aspects of history (he even quoted the window tax in England that was in operation in the past. The majority of English people don't even know about that!). It is clear that he is so proud of his city and he has such an engaging and friendly style that you will be enthralled. The e-scooter is relatively easy to operate and is a great way to see all the delights that Wroclaw has to offer. This has absolutely made my trip. A truly wonderful experience and worth every penny.Written 28 August 2023

- FreganTravels0 contributionsInteresting and fun. RecommendGreat fun riding the scooters. They were easy to ride and we covered a lot of ground. The info provided about the city was fascinating. We liked hearing so much about the history of Wrocław and particularly the many beautiful buildings. Was great to do on first arriving as it gave us a good overview and inspired us to see moreWritten 21 June 2023
- Niall B0 contributionsFun, informative, good value!Brilliant fun! A perfect mix of having fun on an easy to use electric scooter and an informative tour of a beautiful city. Michael was very helpful and knew a lot about the city’s history. Great value for money and a lot of fun, thank you Michael.Written 14 June 2023
- 450alisam0 contributionsHighly recommendedThis experience was recommended to us as a must see on our visit to Poland. It definitely was worth it. We were picked up from our hotel in Wroclaw in a van. There were no other tourists with us so we were able to be very comfortable on the 3.5 hour drive. The tour of the mines was amazing. There are lots of steps to get to the different levels but it was definetly worth it. The history of the mine, the sculptures, the grandeur of the large all was all amazing. It was a trip I will always remember. So worth the time it took to get there. If you have time I would highly recommend this tour.Written 12 May 2023

Picked up from our accommodation as promised and did the promised sites without feeling rushed in any way. Access to sites was easy as the guide does all the negotiations and of you go while he waits for your return. Our guide was Gregory and he was a big plus to the day and he knows his subject well and we chatted about the area's history in some depth. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Particular experience seems to enter history you enter a cave under the mountain owl with helmet, there are the buildings of the SS from the Nazi period, shame that the audio guide is only in English, German and Polish, nice experience, recommended

Hello,
We are a Group of 6 but only two of us will understand the visit and we will translate to the rest of the family. We also have a car and we are just wanted to have a guide and some informations about the camp of gross rosen. Is it the same price eaven in this special situation ?
Written 15 August 2019
Why are prices so misleading on all the trips? Most say from, then whatever, but others quote a price per adult, and when I try to book it's almost over double the price. Very misleading.
