We organised Saltmines and Auschwitz tours and airport transfers with this company . They are excellent. They gave us flexibility on start times to suit our overall itinerary, arrived on time , comfortable vehicles and very nice , courteous people . The guides were very knowledgeable and keen to share their expertise
Prices were very reasonable
We can highly recommend KrakowDirect

Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough! Booked our auschwitz tour and salt mine tour with them. Drivers were on time picking us up from our hotel, great covid-19 measures in place on both the transport and at the sites. Drivers and guides were extremely knowledgable during the tour and were very friendly/ approachable. Had a great experience with Kraków direct so will definitely recommend our friends and family use them when visiting Kraków!

This company is absolutely flawless, I will recommend them to anyone who is visiting Krakow and who wants to do the tours. They picked us up from our hotel and the bus was very clean, the driver who was called Martin was amazing, he was so helpful with everything. On the way to Auschwitz the bus played a video about it which was quite informative, this was a good way to inform us on what we were expecting to see and it also made the journey easier as the drive was an hour and a half away. Honestly the best experience, there were no faults at all this company is definitely 5 stars!!

Travelled to Kraków on a Fri-Sun city break. Weren’t sure on the optimum way to spend our 2 full days. We booked with direct tours to fit in Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines in one day. We were picked up by Micheal who helpfully explained what our day would entail. The drive was great and when we got there we were introduced to our guide. Had a really interesting tour, some really amazing heart felt stories. Our guide was brilliant. We got to the salt mines and again, was interesting bought some hand made chocolate and salt. Would definitely recommend. I’d also suggest taking snacks as there’s not many stop points but you need them in between (You wouldn’t eat in Auschwitz anyway as a mark of respect). Anyway! Great day and would highly recommend doing both in one day!

Started the day at Auschwitz and then the Birkneau camp (limited food options until 15.00, so bring some snacks and eat breakfast).
This part of the tour is solemn but very informative and important. The guide was very knowledgeable!

Lunch by the salt mines, and a tour in the mines. A really cool sight and very nice compared to the previous tour..!

Our driver, Michael, was very enthusiastic and helpful, and had a lot of knowledge even though we had a dedicated guide for the different sights.

From the moment we contacted the team the communication was excellent and after answering all of our questions we booked. Everything went as planned and taxis and tours happened just as they were supposed to. Both of our tours we’re expertly conducted. We had a private minibus for our transport and they were modern and clean. It’s always a bit worrying when you go somewhere new but we had confidence that we weren’t going to be let down and we weren’t. Would highly recommend

The driver of our private transfer was extremely rude. He never looked at us, never said a word upon our arrival, he just opened the vehicle’s door obviously annoyed of our existence.

Then he offended us twice, once when we asked him to repeat some of the instructions - he replied back with a seriously mad look, really annoyed of us asking a question “dont you speak english?” he said.

Then i dared to interrupt him with another question when we arrived at the monument, the reply this time was “can i finish?” , i was asking for clarification on what he had just said not in fluent english.

Ultimately, we didn’t exchange another word, he never said hi or bye. He was a private driver!

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for making us aware of the issue. We are very sorry to see such a negative opinion about our driver. It is really shocking for us since all of our drivers are well-trained and speak excellent English. We would appreciate it if you could send us the reference number of your reservation so we could check who was your driver for your Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour. It would be very useful for us since we do our best to maintain the high standards of all of our services. Kind regards Paulina Head of Customer Service Krakowdirect.com

The transport was very reliable and turned up right on time. Our driver Michael was very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge on both Kraków and Auschwitz.

The tour was very interesting and well planned out to suit everyone’s needs from the day with enough time for small breaks in between the guided tour.

Thank you.
