Overview
Explore Krakow’s major sights at your own pace with a 1- or 2-day hop-on-hop-off bus tour. Take in the views from a double-decker bus and learn about local history through recored audio commentary, hopping off and back on at any of 10 different stops to design your own perfect day in one of Poland’s most beautiful and historic cities.
What to Expect
Choose from a 24- or 48-hour hour pass to suit your sightseeing schedule, and make your way to one of any 10 stops on the hop-on-hop-off route. Many daily departure times are offered at each stop, so you can spend as much time as you’d like exploring Krakow’s attractions on your own. On board the double-decker bus, select from covered or open-air seating to take in the passing sights, while recorded audio commentary in eight languages provides insight into city history.

Itinerary highlights include Wawel Castle –– the former royal residence for Polish kings and today one’s of Poland’s greatest art museums — the former Jewish district of Kazimierz, and the National Museum. Learn about the devastating effects of World War II and Nazi occupation at the former Podgórze Jewish ghetto, Holocaust hero Oskar Schindler’s factory, and the Heroes of the Ghetto Square memorial commemorating victims of the 1943 ghetto evacuation.

Continue on to discover the charming squares and streets of Krakow’s UNESCO World Heritage–listed city center with stops at or near Słowacki's Theatre, the historic Railway Station, Planty Park, the Main Square Market, and the medieval city walls including the famous Florian Gate. Admire some of the city’s most important landmarks at Matejko Square, home to the Grunwald Battle monument, and Kościuszko's Mound, a round hill built in honor of national war hero Tadeusz Kościuszko.
