    What to Expect
Begin your evening tour in central Krakow, where you’ll take off into the streets with your guide.

Travel first to Mały Rynek (Small Market Square) and try oscypek (smoked sheep’s cheese) and other specialties. Sip on some refreshing Polish beer before heading to Rynek Główny, the city’s main market square. As you go, hear more about Poland’s culinary influences and history from your guide, including how exactly the Poles came to hold stew, pierogies and soup so close to their hearts.

Continue to one of the square's hidden gems to sample a hot, Krakovian soup. Learn the signficance of beetroot soup while you eat, and the story behind the city's yearly soup festival.

After following your guide past Wawel Royal Castle and Cathedral, stop to dig into some authentic pierogies. Savor a taste of the ‘real deal,’ stuffed with meat, potatoes, cheese, sauerkraut or even fruit.

Afterward, head to Kazimierz, the former Jewish district that has since been transformed into a bustling culinary hub, with many restaurants still loyal to their Jewish roots. Complement your dishes with a shot of ‘bison grass’ vodka, containing a blade of grass from the Białowieża Forest for freshness.

With taste buds sated, you’ll part ways with your guide here, where you can continue exploring the area on your own.

The guide Sabrina was very well versed in the cultural background of Krakow and in Polish cuisine. She was also very friendly. The tour itself was great with lots of great food.

It's classic Polish food. Desserts and alcohol obviously have carbs. Pierogies have a pasta-type wrapping. I would think if you want to try typical polish foods, then take a food tour. If you just want dinner and have tight... More

We had bagels and beer, soup, pierogi (most vegetarian), and vodka. I think it is a good optio for vegetarians. Maybe let them know when you book your reservation.
