Prague to Salzburg via Cesky Krumlov
We had a great trip from Prague to Salzburg with a visit to Cesky Krumlov. The driver/tour guide Vera was so friendly and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the walking tour of Cesky Krumlov that Vera gave us with lots of interesting facts and photo opportunities. Vera was a safe driver, picking us up on time from our hotel and the car was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this tour!!

          Fantastic!!
Martina provided an exceptional experience. She made a point to pause for us to take photos during our journey, and her friendly and engaging demeanor greatly enhanced our ride. Additionally, she shared valuable stories and historical insights about the area and also her hometown. The car was comfortable and we had plenty of room.

          Well worth the money.
We traveled from Budapest to Prague with Side Trip tours. We enjoyed meeting the other guests. Levente was very professional and made sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. He went out of his way to stop mid-afternoon for a convenience break. The towns we stopped at were interesting and enjoyed the markets. I have to say that Bratislavia was one of the poorer markets as all they had were food stalls. It was a lovely town though.

Adam was the best driver/guide! We loved our road trip from Budapest to Prague. 10/10 recommend!!
Adam was the best driver/guide! We loved our road trip from Budapest to Prague. We especially loved visiting Bratislava and Gyor. Adam took us to the quaintest, coziest spots, including a lively coffee shop in Gyor. I’m so happy we didn’t waste our day traveling by plane or train and instead got to see three spots we didn’t even know we were misssing. 10/10 recommend!!

          A transfer with a difference
We booked a Sidetrip Tour to transfer our family from Prague to Munich. Pavlina picked us up from our hotel and gave us a guided tour of Karlsteijn Castle, Pilzen and Regensburg. Pavlina's knowledge of these villages and cities was amazing and she went out of her way to ensure we had a great day. We had such a great day and would absolutely recommend booking Sidetrip Tours for your next city transfer, we're glad we did !!!!

          Stress free travel
We did the Prague to Krakow private tour. I was worried about it and wondered how it was going to go. Stepan picked us up at our hotel on time in a meticulously clean vehicle. We felt safe driving with him and he answered all of our questions and was a great conversationalist. Because we were tired and it was cold out, we chose not to stay long at the stops. Having our own driver was amazing and not having to deal with train stations or airports was the icing on the cake. We will be traveling from Berlin to Krakow tomorrow with the same driver tomorrow. HIGHLY recommend this company.

An inspiring way to get from Prague to Vienna
My wife and I booked a Sidetrip transfer from Prague to Vienna via Cesky Krumlov. Our guide Filip picked us up at our hotel at the designated time. He showed us all around the beautiful town of Cesky Krumlov. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we loved our trip. He couldn't have been more pleasant and seemed to enjoy the day as much as us. After a great day he dropped us off at the door to our hotel in Vienna. It's a memorable experience I would highly recommend.

          A must do
A must to do. Truly a day traveled but definitely not wasted. One can see all the small villages that you would never see. Alexandra was exceptional. One of the best guides we ever had. A real asset to the company.

          Don’t think twice. Do it.
Our guide Vera was the best thing that happened to us this trip. She is so passionate about the history of the Czech Republic that her passion rubbed off on us. Her knowledge of all things Czech was something to be admired. After spending the day with her and being treated to a fantastic tour at Czesky Krumlov en route from Prague to Salzburg, we missed her once we parted. Don’t think twice. Turn your travel day into a tour. You won’t regret it. Thank You Vera and Sidetrip tours

          Alexandra is the Best!
Alexandra was great company and gave a fantastic tour of the Czech Republic on our way to Krakow. Kutna Hora and Olomouc were amazing to visit and we even had time for a couple of quick stop offs at places not listed on the itinerary. The trip is well worth the money and is much better than just taking the train as you get to see parts of the country that you otherwise never would have. 5/5 stars is not enough!

great trip from Vienna to Prague
Alex was our guide and driver. She handled very well difficult driving conditions due to accumulating snow. She gave us a lot of interesting information of the different sites that we visited. She was very accommodating to ours needs. The overall experience was very enjoyable

          Highly recommend
We had a wonderful trip from Budapest to Prague with our driver, Levi. The stops we made were interesting and Levi did a nice job explaining the history of the area. We chose the drive rather than taking a train directly to Prague because we were interested in seeing Bratislava. We enjoyed our other two stops just as much even though they hadn’t been on our radar to visit. The group tour wasn’t available on our travel day so we opted for the private tour. It seemed a bit expensive but afterwards we realized it was really so much more than just transportation; it was a true tour of places along the way. We would definitely book again! Levi was an excellent guide and we had fun chatting with him the entire day. He speaks perfect English and several other languages as well.

Lovely day using transfer with tour
We enjoyed a lovely transfer with 3 tour stops on the way from Budapest back to Prague. Enjoyed the company of the friendly guides. Loved the no stress relaxing factor having guides use their experience to show us the highlights. We traveled in late Nov. and especially enjoyed the Bratislava stop where the Christmas Markets were in full swing. Great decision to book with Sidetrips. Highly recommend! Note- we took the train from Prague to Budapest and this transfer tour for the trip back to Prague. Its cost just a little more than train but well worth it.

          Best way to transfer!
The best travel decision I made was to do this car transfer from Prague to Munich. Vera was GREAT! she was prompt to pick us up from our hotel, the car was clean and very comfortable, plenty of room for all our luggage. I was not sure what to expect but soon after Vera picked us up I knew we were in for a wonderful day. She started to tell us about the History of Prague as we were leaving the city, then at each stop she was a world of history knowledge and story telling which were paired with the BEST food stops along the way. We fell asleep the last hour of the trip and arrived at our Hotel in Munich safe and sound and rested. I definitely would recommend the company and VERA the BEST!

We did a group tour with Petr from Prague to Berlin with two other people. Petr was a great tour guide - very efficient, knowledgeable, and flexible. The stops on this route were beautiful and well worth the time (especially those sandstone mountains!!). Petr was overly accommodating getting us to our destination in Berlin as well. I would highly recommend both him as a tour guide and the route/stops from Prague to Berlin. We had a great experience.

I'd definitely recommend Sidetrip for travel between cities! Enjoyed all three stops and our tour guide was very friendly and flexible - he was more than happy to take photos for us and answer any questions we had. We traveled on a Saturday which meant much less traffic than usual. It also meant all three stops were bustling. In Dresden, we found vendors and live music in the main square. At the Elbe Sandstone mountain overlook it meant crowded paths and competition for prime photo spots but we managed just fine. Overall, Sidetrip took what would have been a stressful travel day and turned it into an easy and relaxing way to see things we would have missed on our own. Thank you!

Our private tour between Prague and Berlin was exceptional. It was very convenient with pick up and drop off at our hotel in each city. In transit we had wonderful sightseeing opportunities at Bastei Bridge, Dresden and Moritzburg Castle. Our driver and guide, Jirka, was very personable and knowledgeable about Czech and German history, and we shared a lovely lunch at a local restaurant in Dresden. Importantly, Jirka was also a very safe driver!

This was actually Berlin - Prague

We met Sarka, our driver and excellent guide, and were on our way. Our first stop was Moritzburg Castle, a moated castle surrounded by a beautiful forest, and also the star of the 1973 film Three Wishes for Cinderella.

Back in the van for our next stop, Dresden. Sarka did an excellent job detailing the lengthy history of this town that was famously bombed in WWII. We had some free time in the Old Town Square to grab some lunch on our own at a Bistro, I'd recommend that too.

Lastly, the highlight of the trip for me was the beautifule Bastei Sandstone mountains. I highly recommend Sarka and this tour. We could have opted for the train, but this "Sidetrip" allowed us to see (and get out) and some interesting sights along the way.

It was our first time to Prague, and Sarka answered all of our questions and gave suggestions on what to do as well. I highly recommend this tour. In the future, I'll always look for this type of transfer rather than the train. Can't recommend them enough!

My friends and I booked private tour from Prague to Berlin-- best choice by far. We had a nice van that picked us up from our Airbnb with our own driver/tour guide, Juraj. We stopped at 3 places and were given history and valuable information all along the way. Juraj was very attentive to our requests and needs and did a great job at making sure everyone was having an enjoyable trip. We were dropped off at our next Airbnb doorstep. It was nice not to have to worry about transit, parking, directions, etc. and were able to learn about everything along the way. I would highly recommend this company and option for your next trip.

We did the Berlin-Prague One-Way Sightseeing Day Tour. We initially planned on only staying in Berlin for three days as part of our one week trip to Europe but with out initial reasons for going getting confused we wanted to check out a new city. Sidetrip was super easy. We were picked up right outside of our hotel by the extremely kind and safe driver, Sarka, and headed on our way. Much more interesting than a train ride, we stopped at Moritz castle, Dresden, and a National Park. We probably would've missed these hidden gems if it weren't for the Sidetrip tour. The national park was stunning and Dresden was such an amazing little city to stop by. Sarka was super kind and informative and continued to send us recommendations once we had reached Prague. Such a great way to travel to different cities while still absorbing all the culture in between. Highly recommend!

Our guide was so amazing! She drove us on the Autobahn, was a wealth of information on each site where we stopped, and gave us recommendations and made reservations for A place for us in Prague! Highly recommend you don’t train or fly but until or this service to see Saxony!

We had an amazing experience traveling from Prague to Berlin with Sidetrip tours! Silvia was our guide and she was a true delight: knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. We saw the Elbe Sandstone Mountains (ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!), Dresden, and Mortizburg Castle, and seeing it all in one day was the highlight of our two-week European trip. There was no better way to travel from city to city, and I'd recommend this experience to anyone and everyone.

100% would recommend! This is a brilliant way to get to your next stopover on any trip. Stress-free travel and sightseeing with a small group and knowledgeable tour guide.

Stepan was absolutely fantastic! He was attentive and funny and gave us all the historic and social significance about each venue. It was wonderful to have help navigating restaurants and historic sites for first time visitors!

Comfortable travel van that made stops as often as necessary for all passengers. Our tour mates were great as well. A fun way to meet new people and share adventures!

Our trip was actually from Berlin to Prague.

Our wonderful tour guide, Alexandra, delivered us to Prague safe, sound, timely, and enriched 10/16/23. We enjoyed her and our traveling mates from Australia immensely. The van was roomy and comfortable. The three stops at Moritzburg Castle/Hunting Lodge, Dresden, and Saxon Switzerland National Park were well spread out and thoughtfully planned. We enjoyed them all.

Alexandra was professional, personable, and a storehouse of knowledge. We'd highly recommend this travel option.

Ironically, we met a couple the following night that had done a similar Sidetrip Tours journey from Munich to Prague with Phillipe (if I remember their guide's name correctly). They were ever bit as enthusiastic about their experience.

Sidetrip Tours has a great thing going. Try it!
