Wonderful walking experience! Eva was just amazing, knowledgeable and had great energy. She gave us an option to do the tour in Spanish, which we loved. This was the best choice for our first day in Prague.

Tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, likable, compassionate , and knew much about Jewish history and history in general.

Our tour with Eva was fantastic, we could not recommend more. Eva is sweet, has a nice calm energy even while navigating throngs of tourists, and is so knowledgable about the history of the area, which is always a complicated amalgamation of culture, politics, religion, art, and architecture. She loves sharing information about her culture and history and it really showed. We packed in quite a bit in the 3 hours we were together, though I suspect we didn't even get 1% of what she has stored in her head! It was just my husband and I, and we were thankful to have done the private tour, as covering as much ground as we did would have been quite tricky with a group. Thank you, Eva, and Lucy Tours!

As a travel agency owner, we selected this company for a private tour on our arrival day. Private is the only way to go! We had a WONDERFUL private driver/guide in Prague named Peter. The car he drove us in was so clean and comfy and his knowledge about the city, history, culture, food, etc was excellent. I am so very happy we had him as our tour guide on the first day we arrived to help us get acquainted with the city. Excellent guide, tour, and value!

What can I say. I am a procrastinator and never book stuff until the last minute. I decided to go a little more high-end than usual and ended up booking this tour the night before. Our expectations were low as we had typically (for us) waited last minute. Our Prague Castle tour was from 12 to 3 and we ended up being late because the stairs up to the Castle took more out of us than expected. While on the stairs walking to the Castle, our guide texted me to let me know what he was wearing, and where he was. I explained to him we would be a little late, and he assured us that it was not a problem. When we arrived, we met Matej. He practically identified us before we got to him, introduced himself and indicated how pleased he was to be giving us a personal tour. As we continued, he took us everywhere around the castle and elaborated on super interesting and fascinating details. He knew specific dates, time periods and had an answer to each of our questions. He was so pleasant and accommodating. He did not wait to have us ask for him to take photographs. Periodically, he would say this is where I’m taking a picture of you. “It’s a good spot!” We now have awesome pictures of our tour because of him. Although one of the attractions was closed, Matej compensated by taking us to the John Lennon wall, which was amazing. He gave us context and background on how it came to be and why. We had great conversation with him about all aspects of the Czech Republic, its people and what we had seen. We ended with him taking us to beautiful multi level gardens to tour and enjoy and then we said farewell. He was a true professional, and we were very fortunate to have him as our guide. Rarely do we do reviews. However, this one was necessary. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Thx Trip Advisor. Good Call!!!

We had an amazing time with LucyTours! They were able to customize a private tour to our specific needs and we ended up seeing everything we asked for and even more. Our guide Amalka was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable about the city and its history. Overall a great experience!

We had an excellent tour with Günther. He was incredibly knowledgable about the area (both in terms of history as well as present-day dynamics) and was flexible in customizing the tour to cover things we thought would be interesting. He showed us a few local gems as well, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend for those who want a bit of history in addition to seeing the sights.

Eva met us promptly at the hotel in the morning and guided three of us on an incredible four-hour tour of Prague. The tour was absolutely magnificent, and we covered so much ground. Eva's skills, knowledge, and expertise in guiding us through the city were truly astonishing. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of the history made the experience both educational and highly entertaining. We felt lucky to have her personal experience and by the time we were done we thought she was family. We feel we've gained a much closer connection to the rich history of this beautiful city. Fantastic tour and worth the splurge. We saw a lot more than would have been possible for us and appreciated having the car. The combination of driving and walking was very helpful. Natalia was very well versed and flexible in creating the right experience for us. It oriented us to Prague and helped the rest of our visit there.
