About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- miriamgN5972PT0 contributionsReally fun and interesting tour!My sister and I had a private tour with Sebastian, he was a brilliant tour guide very fun and knowledgeable about Prague. He took us to some amazing places where we got great views of the beautiful city of Prague. We were really impressed, we did both the E-Scooter and Segway tour and both were great and worked very well. I would really recommend this tour it was a great time. Thanks Seb!Written 25 June 2024
- Paul G0 contributionsSeeing Budapest by SegwayWe had 'Segwayed' before and enjoyed this tour as much as the past. We knew not to expect too long at each stop so we were prepared. After a quick refresher by our guide Rafi, who was excellent, we were off round Budapest. The road up to the castle was long and steep but the Segways took it in stride. It happened to be Formula 1 weekend so there were thousands more people in the city so navigating the tight streets and pathways needed concentration for sure. We had a diverse group, with kids and more elderly included and the guides make sure you are comfortable on them before you leave. However, it is a different way to travel and you can get seriously injured or hurt someone else if you are not cognizant of your surroundings.Written 25 July 2023
- Steve H0 contributionsWalking and boat tourThey first part of the Tour is a walking tour around the Charles Bridge area. The guide was personable and informative. He had a lot of information about things we otherwise probably wouldn’t have noticed. Second part was the boat tour and it was enjoyable to be on the boat but did not lend itself to great photo opps and there information in the audio tour was hit and miss. Some good information and some that was not that interesting.Written 17 October 2022
- Doreen19610 contributionsLong walk but worth it !!!!Yes its 6 hours and yes there is a lot of walking but its worth it, just wear very very comfortable shoes !!!!! The guide was amazing and she told us so much, I wish I could remember all of it but I must admit for me it was a little of an overload of information no fault to the guide. We started at the castle after being taken up there in a bus and walked down to the river. We had a short boat trip to rest and have a drink and small snack before heading into the Old Town where we had a very late lunch say around 4.00pm, a little late for me. we then carried on walking to the Jewish quarter, this was where the tour finished. Its a amazing tour and you learn so much it is well worth the money.Written 27 February 2020
- suzylouby0 contributionsA definite highlightFantastic tour for two adults and two 13 year old novices! Luca our guide could not have been more encouraging and patient with us while we found our feet! We progressed slowly so didn’t complete the tour but had great fun whizzing around the park enjoying the experience! A definite highlight of our trip to Prague! Would definitely recommend.Written 21 February 2020
- Erintravelp0 contributionsFantastic walking tourSuch a friendly tour guide (Sasha) who was open to any questions we had and gave a fun account of each legend. It was interesting to learn some history of Prague too! Would definitely recommend!Written 1 February 2020
- Nikki R0 contributionsGreat fun!No better way to visit the Monastic breweries in Prague. They are very spread out and the Segways were the perfect way to get around to see them. Great selection of beers at the brewery and our guide Sasha took excellent care of us. Highly recommended and awesome fun.Written 10 November 2019
- Maria B0 contributionsEntertaining and interesting ghosts and legends tour of Prague.Sasha was a charming and friendly host, giving us an interesting, enjoyable and entertaining tour of many Prague landmarks. He was happy to let us watch the astronomical clock chime the hour before we started the tour. Even though there were only my daughter and I on the tour, he gave us the full works. Many interesting and sometimes gruesome stories.Written 31 October 2019
- Seenus0 contributionsGreat tour and guideHad a great experience. I understand segways are limited to certain parts of Prague. However, our guide Anezka (sorry on spelling) was awesome. She was fun, energetic, and knowledgable. She was patient and attentive and very helpful.Written 10 September 2019
- marnodbruin0 contributionsLots of fun and really enjoyableWe had a family day doing this tour. Due to travel complications we had to move the date of the tour but they were able to assist us no problem which was really nice. Finding the store was not that easy as they dont really have signs and and they were not open when we arrived. We started by doing the training on the sedgeways and then got going. They took us to the oldest brewery in Prague which was awesome but we dont drink so was nice to see but didnt really spend time there. The tour guide was really awesome and gave us lots of information and interesting facts. Negatives: Cannot go to the old town with the scooters or segways. We did not receive any lunch as promised. We had to decide between a cooldrink at the brewery and lunch basically but did not know that until the end. But all in all it was a fun day.Written 29 August 2019
- Markan270 contributionsBest tour guideThe best segway tour I had in Europe was from Prague (Czech Republic) thank you Freddie (bestand safest tour guide)Written 14 August 2019
- turquoise-starfish0 contributionsInteresting Legends and Stories!Stella had our complete attention with her good pick of stories and legends to tell! Nice walking route from the astronomical clock to the foot of the Charles Bridge with really interesting spots in between. Meeting at sunset around 8pm in July was perfect, cooling down from the summer day and walking as it got darker added to the overall experience. Stella was a very good storyteller and just like the other reviews mentioned, we felt welcomed like a friend.Written 6 August 2019
- Motumotu0 contributionsProfessional, Friendly, SafeWe decided upon this tour rather late during our stay in Prague, but Segway Point folks were so very friendly and helpful, and it is only because of their professional attitude could we actually do the our. First off, we are both senior citizen in our 70s, and naturally not as nimble as younger folks, so we were hesitant, a little scared and apprehensive about operating the Segways. The instructor was very patient and took his time, did not hurry us up at all! He took us on a route that had no traffic and passed through a very pretty park. Only once we had gained a little confidence did he take us on to the mail road. This really helped. The tour itself is quite nice, passing through some scenic areas, and the Instructor stopped now and then to explain the history behind some of the structures. All in all, we were completely satisfied with the tour.Written 24 July 2019
- SpacePotato80 contributionsAwesome!Great trip for couples. We did some sightseeing and had some great beers at couple of beautiful monasteries. We had so mu fun and our guide Vojta was the best. 10/10 recommend!Written 7 July 2019
- J3712MQpaulm0 contributionsJust another “Loved It” review .....Did the trip yesterday with our guide, Freddy. Having done Segways before around Ayers Rock in Australia my wife opted to stay on the e-scooters (which are like a scooter / bike hybrid) because they were so much fun so Freddy tailored our trip accordingly. I can only agree with other reviewers that this is a brilliant way to see a lot of Prague and get around to lots of spots in Prague. (You can do the Segway bit too but we just chose not to loving hooting around on the bikey/scooter things 😀 If I can offer you one tip if you’re planning on doing this ... check first to see if it’s in the quieter season (June we learned is the start of the busy season - but we still had our guide all to ourselves) - but my tip would be to have a list of some of the places you might want to see as well because if you’re lucky enough to have a guide all to yourselves you might be able to get him / her to take you to some of your chosen spots BECAUSE this is a brilliant way to get to see Prague and it’s sights. I wish I could stay here longer and if I did I would love to buy / long term rent one of these e-scooter because you get to see a lot more in a much easier way. (They’re not like the LIME App scooters you can grab around Prague which are like the scooters our kids ride back in Australia) - these are more like bikes but with a low scooter stand between the wheels. I think they’re brilliant and I want one for back home LOL!! We’ve been here for almost a week and have done a lot of walking including just ‘Metro Commuting’ and so these e-scooters make for an excellent way to fill a day when you’re a bit tired of constantly walking. We did the four hour including lunch (and a beer stop LOL) and must say it was really worth it. In fact, we loved it. When riding on the cobble stones loosen your grip and let the handles sit inside your hollowed out fist. The reduced contact will greatly diminish the vibrations to a very negligible level and obviously stand as your legs absorb the bumps better than your bum on the seat. I preferred to stand the whole way because it gives better control and absorbs the bumps plus you have a lot more fun messing around. The Cafe lunch stop (price was included) was the bomb - as the tart was home made and the apricot tart was absolutely delicious. Perfect pastry and totally evil. CONCLUSION: Recommend you do this one! Well worth it!Written 20 June 2019
