Arrived at the location stated on the email 20 minutes early. There were other tour providers there so we knew we were in the right place but White Umbrella never showed. I called them and got no answer. I also emailed them and a month later have still had no reply.

Company confirmed the tour the day before. Arrived 15 minutes early. Tour guide never showed up. Lucky for us there was another company offering the same tour 30 min later. They also informed me that white umbrella tours show up whenever they want.

We took the free Prague downtown tour. We loved the tour, the guide was so nice and knowledgeable, we learnt many new things about Prague's history and culture. It was great.

Lucie cancelled on us at midnight before our tour. We had planned our entire day around this tour so I would use another company if you want to ensure you get to do a walking tour of the city.

Incredible tour with Lucie around the Old Town and Jewish Quarter! A fantastic way to start your stay in Prague as you get a lot of history about the country and city. Lucie was great as a tour guide, very informative and tried to answer all the questions we had along the way!

Luccia was very knowledgeable and engaging. We did the old city and the Jewish quarters tour but not with the guide it definitely made a difference and gave us a different perspective very recommended

One of the best walking tours I’ve ever done. If you are English speaking, request Michael. He was incredibly knowledgeable about then city’s history and a fun person to be around. He gives great recommendations and we learned so much. 10/10

Dana was an amazing tourguide. Interesting information about all the landmarks in the area. She even gave an insight of how her childhood experiences during the Communism times were vs. Prague today. Alot changed since then and Dana is happy to tell you all about it! Would recommend this to anyone. Tip big! Greets from The Netherlands.

We did this tour in the last day of 2019 with Michael as our guide. He was super friendly and knew a lot, combining old history facts with current fun facts of the town. Really nice guide and funny guide. He also gave us some recommendations of places to eat (and where not to eat) and other things we should check out. Definitely go on a tour with them!

The tour with White Umbrella was excellent, very well-organized and the tour guide, Olipmpia was a very knowleadgeable, fun, entertaining person. She felts passionate to share the history and connection with the city. I would recommend her and the tour company for a future city visit to get a glimpse of this beautyful city. Had a wonderful tour of Prague old town with Dana. She was very engaging, amusing, interesting and kept a very good balance between talking and walking. Our guide - wonderful lady - whose name I forget, was funny, knowledgeable, friendly and kept our group entertained for the 2.5/3hrs, the time just whizzed by. She was able to cover recent and medieval history flawlessly.

We had the tour around the centre of prague and the Jewish quarter with Micheal. It was really good and very interesting. He gave a overall view about Czech history and culture. The best thing about it was for sure the personal opinion on prague and Czech culture as he is not a local, but has been living her for over 2 years and is a studied historian ;). He also had a lot of recommendations for activities in and around prague. So if you do the tour with him on your first day you get quite a good amount of stuff to do for rest of your trip. And if you are interested in a vegan lifestyle, he also has inside information as his girlfriend is vegan :).
