Overview
Get your adrenaline going with this tandem skydiving adventure in Prague. Journey up 14,000 feet (4,000 meters) and take a heart-racing jump from your plane. Travel with an instructor who guides you through the experience every step of the way. When you land, walk away with a complimentary skydiving certificate and T-shirt.
What to Expect
Meet at the Prague office address that was given to you when you booked a little before the time you chose for your 4.5-hour-long adventure.
Tandem skydiving allows you to be connected to a hardness attached to an instructor, so they can guide you throw the whole experience. Your instructor gives you a very short 10-minute briefing before your jump time.
Try not think about the jump as your plane takes about 15 minutes to climb up 14,000 feet (4,000 meters). At this time, you can even look out your window for great views of the Czech Republic.
Wait patiently for your green light to flash — that’s your signal that it’s time to get jumping. The plane door opens, and off you and your instructor go, all with one big jump.
For about the first minute, freefall through the air at a speed of more than 120 mph (200 km/h). Your parachute shoots open after that, and slowly lets you glide down and down, until you reach the ground.
Your instructor helps you land safely, and makes sure everything went smoothly along the way. Walk away from your adventure with a complimentary skydiving certificate and T-shirt. You can also take home souvenir photos or a DVD (own expense).
