Typical Hard Rock Cafe, the service was good and the food is a bit overpriced but same everywhere. Nice to take some pictures and have a meal there.

Very standard menu. Was expecting some more local options. Wall decorations were really good, staff were very friendly. Tipping is requested, finding this a lot in Prague.

Over priced for the area. Food is good menu very American but price is definitely the stumbling block. Food was good but not the best for value

Very rude waitress. The martini was so salty it was undrinkable. We had it removed from the bill. When we paid the bill there was a very small amount of change over, we said we don’t need the change and the waitress said I don’t either. She was obviously insulted at the tiny tip but the service wasn’t worth a tip. There was also a long hair in one of the meals. Spoiled our whole dining experience.

We booked here to watch the world cup football for our 3rd night in Prague. Great layout and impressive interior as you find with most of the HR chain. As a group we wouldn’t normally visit a chain themed restaurant as we prefer traditional to the country we stop in but did this so we could catch the England/France game (wish we hadn’t given the result). Overall we were very impressed with he whole experience, location, decor, food, service, value for money and the staff. we had Glen look after us and what a credit to the place. Made us feel so welcome and looked after our every need. Would recommend and I would revisit.

We really loved our visit to this HRC! It is one of - if not - the biggest ones. One of the staff said they can seat 900 people at any one time. There are 5 floors! Great staff and atmosphere! So much food as usual! It was soooo good but we couldn’t finish it all. Our waiter - George was brilliant! He knew how to time our 2 courses and drink refills. Everyone there shows what true Czech hospitality is about. Great customer service! Děkuji Hard Rock Praha!

Not as much a review than a tip for the staff. Asking people if they want to order more drinks when the glass of one of them is still visibly half full, is rather dumb. And somewhat rude as well. Also, when a couple has finished its drinks and one of them is not at the table (because they went to the bathroom, for instance), asking the one remaining person if they want to order again is also fairly dumb. Asking it twice under the same conditions is rude. Asking it more than twice under these same conditions is harassment. And doing it 4 times in less than 5 minutes, that's basically asking the people to go away, never come back and leave a bad review on Tripadvisor. Also worth mentioning: the "rule" that people who come in for drinks must be seated at the high tables, is not very inviting for people with disabilities (granted, the waiter did try his best and managed to find us a low table that nobody was using).

I've been to this H.R.C.on previous visits to Prague,always had a great time and so it proved on our latest holiday to Prague. I love the look of this bar,multiple floors,great decor and furnishings,an eye catching serving bar,all the rock'n'roll memorabilia adorning the wall you would expect to find a good H.R.C,check out the amazing guitar shaped chandelier ,there's also plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar ,all in all in it's a great H.R.C to chill out in. We were here on a Thursday night ,we grabbed a table were a very pleasant member of staff served us a beer each ,we just kicked back and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular Old Town bar. My beer was really good,a light,hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer served with the very distinctive foamy head so beloved by the Czech's,it was just so good being in such a great H.R.C enjoying a quality beer. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to this H.R.C we had a great time,it's easy to locate on Mala Nemasti ,a square and area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants and amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,11.30am till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the Old Town.

Huge restaurant, ate on the first floor.Great service and amazing burgers worth paying a little extra.

Poor service and poor food. Cold nachos , not enough cheese on lots of plain nachos. Coke was flat, I complained and they didn’t care. I will say the prawn starter was brill but cold again. Shame I normally live hard rock.

When in Prague, I go often to the HRC. Love the food and the service. Friendly staff, always prepared to serve you in the best way. Go there, and you'll probably be served by Eliška. She is the girl I always mentioned as "the girl with the beautiful smile".

You know it's expensive before than step inside, so you know what you're going to face! But food is very good, in my opinion high quality, the burger (gluten free) was amazing. Than there is the atmosphere, if you like music (the good one) you will enjoy it twice.
