Both my son and I learned a lot of new swim techniques after taking lessons at Balitri. We are better swimmers now. Just got to keep practicing. Thanks to Aidy for providing lessons like this. Hopefully next time we can stay at the villa. It looks stunning.

I have been wanting to learn swimming from Aidy for years and finally I was able to make it happen, and Aidy did not disappoint. I have always been afraid of the water and could not swim. I have taken lessons but still I couldn’t swim. I felt so frustrated but Aidy really helped me. She taught me step by step and broke down the different components that were needed. The pool was also so comfortable, with the heated water. Aidy gently guided me and was also patient and kind. I feel so much more confident now. Hope to have more swimming lessons soon!

Whenever I come to Bali, I regularly have swimming lessons with Aidy, a certified Total Immersions coach, to help tune my technique. An hourvis all you need. She will video your swimming style on arrival, giving comments that will be summed up, and also deliver your last (improved) strokes in video.

It took a bit of searching to find a guide to take me on a run while I was in Bali so was very happy to find this one. I went on a run around Jimbaran through forests and down to the Ocean. Even got to see a monkeyz My Guide Vonny is very knowledgeable about training for endurance races and Bali so got a lot of great tips for my training also. If you’re training for any kind of race or just want to get some exercise and run while on holidays I highly recommend.

I had one swimming lesson to improve my freestyle when staying at BaliTri. The TI method was new to me before arriving and I am now a complete convert! Aidy and Vonny were so welcoming, generous and kind, with a calm teaching method, I felt at ease the whole time and the hour session flew by. I was able to use the pool and endless swimming machines to practise during the remainder of my stay which was a fantastic opportunity. I cannot recommend this place enough, the location, the views, the food, the company all fantastic. A little oasis of sports activity within glorious countryside. Thank you all!

I had a great experience riding with BaliTri and guide Ketut. The route was to Tegalalang rice terraces, through villages, and glorious scenery then a well-deserved coffee/coconut stop overlooking the rice terraces before descending back to base. Despite the rain early on, the ride went ahead and it was great fun. This was my first time riding in Indonesia but Ketut was a very safe rider to go with and navigating the Bali traffic with care and ease. I would 100% recommend the route, BaliTri and Ketut

Its always a pleasant experience with Balitri, this trip is our 2nd time with them and no one has ever failed us. Highly recommended for road cycling tour. Our guide (Awi) is very resourceful, not only with the route but also bike itself and yet really patient along riding. Their photographers are superb, no decent photo is found on their shots. And also their contact person on whatsapp is responsive and very helpful with our many requests. Overall everything worth to spend.

I only had 3 days only during my visit to Bali and so many things to do😱. but everything's done thanks to BaliTri's owner, Aidy, which can manage to give me the Bali information that I need to make everything efficient and done well, and with Balitri driver n Car, which can bring so much of My stuff, including my 2 bulky packing bikes, which can pick me up from and to the airport right on time. they even have a Bike rack in the back of Balitri's car, so u can hang the bikes when u need car support during the long ride. Excellent service that u need when u want to do sport cation trip to Bali 👍

I had 1 swim session with Aidy while visiting Bali - I really liked the TI method for swimming more efficiently, and Aidy was a great instructor. The pool set up is really good for the instructor to have a ‘hands on’ approach and make corrections to form. The property & facilities are great! Tea/coffee and water were included, and we were welcome to stay and have breakfast after the session. I would definitely return to have more sessions :)

Beautiful space tucked away from the maddening crowd :) Had TI swimming lesson with Aidy which I would recommend. The pool uses ioniser & little chlorine, which is very good if you're sensitive to chemicals. Open water sessions are also available. The new private sauna facilities also has amazing rice paddy views!

I have been in hiatus for more than a year because of pregnancy, delivery and breast feeding. So when I was in Bali for short break I called Aidy of Balitrihome to help me set up a two-week 'come back' program. The program comprised of pilates, swimming, and cyclying and it was really helpful because I gained my muscle memory back and my stamina was started to build up. Now I'm back on track and prepare for my next race. Thanks Balitrihome fam for amazing experiences!
