      Memorable Afternoon
This was a lovely afternoon with family and friends. I would especially like to thank the team of Mandurah Cruises for looking after my mum while we went on a tour of Coopers Mill. I could hear laughter from the boat while we were on our walk which gave me comfort. The experience of seeing so many dolphins and their babies was magical. The food was delicious, banter even better. It was good to be able to move the wheelchair to the outside of the deck for a different view for Mum. The passion and the knowledge of the dolphins and the area by staff was clearly evident. Thankyou to Tammy and everyone for a memorable afternoon with my family. We will certainly be doing another cruise in the future. Hughes-d'Aeth family.

Lots of dolphins and friendly crew
Excellent trip and food. We saw many dolphins and crew were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and generous with their time and efforts. Canals part was also excellent. As numbers were limited there was plenty of room for viewing the many dolphins spotted, who seemed to enjoy keeping close to us .

      Brilliant!
The wild seafood experience exceeded my highest expectations! The food was amazing but what absolutely made this a highlight and one for the memory banks were our hosts Shane, Claire, and Tekiya. They could not have done more to make the day interesting fun and enjoyable, even in the face of challenging weather – you guys rock!

      Fabulous experience
Four of us recently thoroughly enjoyed our Murray River Lunch Cruise. It was perfect from first boarding the boat, seeing lots of dolphins, fabulous morning tea and a delicious lunch while at the same time enjoying the scenery. This is an absolutely must for everyone!

      Highly recommended, fantastic day!
Had a fantastic day with the Mandurah cruises luncheon crew. The whole experience was fantastic. The Crew were so laid back, friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell love their job which made us enjoy it even more. The lunch was yummy and so fresh, and plenty of it. We saw so many dolphins throughout the cruise, very lucky, playing in the waves, mother and baby calf only 4 weeks old, so cute. Lots of interesting birds also. The Captain went out of his way to keep finding the pods of dolphins, it was fun. A stop at Coopers Mill was interesting History and the journey up the Murray while enjoying lunch was very relaxing, my mother was visiting on holiday and we played cards and were very relaxed. Don’t forget mozzie repellent when stopping here, I was bitten alive 😊 Luckily for us, there was only 14 on the cruise, so we had a table to ourselves and lots of space allowing us to move around freely. Would certainly recommend this as a special day trip Thank you Mandurah Cruises Team

      Top Day Out 10/10
Top score: What a great day out. Highly recommend the lunch cruise. The boat was not over crowded, allowing you to just relax and view the sights. Staff were very welcoming. Cruising along the canals, the staff explained some of the sights and history. We slowed down to observe the many dolphins we were lucky enough to see. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided, morning snack of cheese and biscuits and lunch was all superb. I would highly recommend this cruise, you will not be disappointed.

      Holiday cruise
This is a really excellant cruise. Everything taken care of. If the weather is a little rough tge pots are in shallower water. Having a go at lifting a pot is great to see what you are catching to eat. The food on board is out if this world. Goid drink on board too. The crew are very good no issue is a problem. In my mind value for money

      Amazing
We did the Christmas lights canal cruise and it was so worth it! Houses are gorgeous and the boat itself is lovely and a very relaxing ride. Around an hour drive from Perth and if I go back to Perth this is the first thing I would do

      Mandural Christmas Light Cruise 2023
We did a family Christmas light show in early December. The cruise itself was ok- well managed, clean toilets and on time. However only about 25% of the houses had lights on so it was quite disappointing to spend that time and money to see so few houses all lit up. I would not recommend it either for toddler aged children who want to run around as there are no barriers to stop the kids from falling in.

      We saw the dolphins!
We saw the dolphins in merely just 5mins after set sail and enjoy the company of the dolphins for a good 30mins! The remaining time of the cruise was to see the water channels (including private residential housing by the water channels), landmarks around mandurah as well as spot other wildlife. Worth the time and money!

As a family we attended the Mandurah cruise dolphin cruise. There are toilets, a little shop selling drinks and snacks. We saw Dolphins which at times were close. The commentary from the lady was informative and she did a good job spotting the Dolphins, we were free to move about most parts of the vessel . The captain is in the wrong job!! He was rude, curt and very unfriendly. My family all agreed.

Abundant Bird life along the estuary and dolphins playing along with the boat. They were jumping out of the wake of the boat making for some fun and enjoyable video. A most enjoyable way to spend a Sunday. Recommend.

We had a marvelous day on the estuary and on the river with an exceptional crew! They took great care of all of the passengers and they provided excellent service all day. The lunch was also very good quality. King prawns, BBQ chicken, salads and more. There was also a cheese and meat platter served at morning tea time and pavlova and chocolate brownies for dessert. In addition, bar prices were more than reasonable with $9 beers and Margaret River wines around $30 per bottle. Our day was topped off by a pod of friendly dolphins that surfed our bow waves for about 20 minutes as we left the Murray and re-entered the estuary. That was awesome!

This is the second time we have done this cruise and although we only saw one Dolphin last time, this time we saw a pod of 6 Dolphins. Captain Scot kept us there long enough for the passengers on both sides to have a first class view. Staff we excellent with a very good commentry by the girls. Scot went overboard with his safety lecture and made some people a little worried especially if you were in a wheel chair

Drove 30min for booked and confirmed cruise only to be told the cruise was cancelled without anyone contacting me by phone or email to let me know while everyone else was notified. No compensation for time and resources wasted to be there on time. Asked the boat staff to tell the office staff to call me. Nothing again. Just a quiet refund. No sorry for stuffing you around and wasting your time and effort. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Happy to take payment immediately but refund takes 5 days. It was a friends last day in Australia and his last afternoon was wasted by unprofessional customer service. No respect for peoples time and resources. Just left standing on the dock with a poor apology by the boat staff.

Hi Tomasz, It's disappointing to see you leave a review on here with incorrect detail, when we sent you an email immediately to address your issue - to which you never responded to. We apologized for the cancellation of our Dolphin Cruise & Views Tour on the date you planned to travel. Our guest and crew safety is our number one priority. The skipper came down extremely unwell during our afternoon tour and was not able to carry out any further tours for the day. When the crew advised us, we immediately called all guests booked on to advise them of the situation. We tried to call you 3 times on the number provided in your booking. Each time we called the number an automated voice said 'This call cannot be connected', that there was an issue with the number. As the number you provided when booking online was not contactable, we then sent an email hoping you may receive that in time. We had no other option for contacting you. The vessel crew did not advise us you wished to be called. They said you were walking up to the office to discuss your booking with us. We had no means of contacting you anyhow as the number you provided was not connected. We immediately refunded you. Yes, this takes 2-5 business days at it depends on your bank's processing time. This is out of our control. We understand the cancellation caused inconvenience to all guests who were booked on for the 3pm cruise and even offered you to travel complimentary at another date and time of choice - however you never responded to accept this. We also requested you provide a mobile number we can contact you on to discuss your issue - again, you didn't respond and so we have no other means of contacting you.

we did the dolphin adventure cruise on the "jet boat" and had a ball.

the staff are excellent, so friendly and funny.

loved the different parts of the tour - the slow cruising through the estuary, where we could stand and look out for dolphins and the fast spins and bounces out in the ocean.

Says that you can take kids from 3 years old and we took our almost 5 year old and even though he does love fast things, a few of the fast spins and the bounces where our butts lifted off the seat did freak him out a little but the staff were so excellent and checked if he was ok multiple times and I think they tamed it down a tiny bit when he did get a little scared.

The weather for our cruise was lovely, but once we got moving the wind was freezing so maybe consider taking a jacket.

Would love to do the scenic dolphin cruise next time as i think thats a lot more family-friendly.
