The driver consistently offered to take pictures for me, making my solo trip more comfortable and secure. He also provided insightful introductions to places like the 12 Apostles, Gibson Steps, and Teddy Lookout during our journey.

Great experience with this tour. Pickup was just as instructed, a small modern and very clean bus with only 10 seats. Our guide driver Yannis was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, we learned a lot of new things and beside the official itinerary, Yannis made his magic and stopped in places he knows to show us koalas and kangaroos in their natural habitat. 12 Apostles were stunning but seeing koalas and kangaroos was our highlights of this trip. Highly recommended tour and a special thanks to Yannis.

The tour is truly incredible. I am hosted by Valery, he is so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour, we visited multiple spots with truly incredible scenery. I am especially impressed with how Valerie paid extra effort in sporting koalas along the road and making sure that we don’t miss out on any little bit of the journey, we are even offered to visit additional tourist attractions such as the chocolate factory that are not included in the official itinerary. it has been a truly incredible experience and I would genuinely recommend anyone who is visiting the great ocean Road to join the tour because not only would you be able to enjoy the fullness of the scenery, but have the peace of mind that you are guaranteed a great experience.

Went with our driver Jimmy Chan to the great ocean trip. He was very kind and shared a lot of information along the road about the surroundings and kept us going. He was very good in maintaining time so we were back in the city by 6:30 pm . This trip is great as it’s reverse and reached early ti all the slots without much crown so nice to go around. And make pictures . One needs to be On time at their pick up spot else u fortunately driver has to leave u behind which happened during our trip so we had to leave 3 people behind so we were even a smaller group. The sites are amazing . The day we left weather was raining and windy which was a bit of a bummer however we enjoyed all the sites and the rain forest walk which was short due to weather but was amazing and worth it . We were lucky to see7 Koalas on the way and kangaroos as well. Recommend this trip to everyone . Suggestion is to have a wifi oj board for the tour operator . jimmy chan is a very good driver and entertains everyone along the way. Cheers Shital from Netherlands

This was such a spectacular day from start to finish with our tour guide John making sure to show us a good time. From having a great group of people to explore with to the MANY stops made along the way, I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Melbourne area. John made sure the group was comfortable, provided great insights and historical information about each attraction we saw, and kept the entire 12-hour journey lighthearted and fun. The way this company offers a reverse tour is great because all day, we saw the majority of traffic flowing the opposite direction, meaning it was smoother traveling for us and each site had fewer people visiting. John took care of us and by the end, the group had bonded so well that it was hard to say goodbye. If ever I am back in Melbourne looking to do this tour again (which I’d also recommend since the environment changes on a daily basis), I would certainly take this tour again. For the price, it is certainly a great deal and made me love Australia even more!

This was an amazing tour and the highlight of our time in Melbourne. It’s an absolute must if you have a full (long!) day in Melbourne. It’s obvious why Lonely Planet and National Geographic gave high praise to the Great Ocean Road. But the experience was made all the more special by our experienced, eloquent, story-telling guide and driver, Neil, who is the consummate raconteur. We learned so much about Melbourne, its proud history and so much more - including spotting koalas and kangaroos! The reverse itinerary of this tour also makes it so much easier - never having to deal with crowds. Don’t hesitate - do this tour!

The tour was amazing, mainly because of the beautiful views. The drive along the coastline was breathtaking. Jimmy, our guide, is able to speak multi language and is very clear in his explanation and time keeping, to ensure that we maximize the experience. Most importantly, his drive was very smooth, despite the winding roads. Great one!
