- Bowsnhearts0 contributionsFantastic experienceMy friend and I went on the Bushtucker Cruise. It was a lot of fun with really good food and really good cocktails. The crew members were very knowledgeable and provided information on the boat we were on and other boats we saw. The crew members pointed out Croc One to us and we saw plenty of unique housing and different boats in the marina. We were treated to a didgeridoo performance by a crew member. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend this experience!Written 14 November 2023

I booked on with Saltwater Ecotours for the sunset sail with live music and had a fantastic experience. From the second you walk onboard you are greeted with a complementary drink and get to feast your eyes on the beauty of this classic sailboat. As the tour started Simon, the captain, gave an insightful history of the vessel and acknowledgement of the land we ventured on. The music was lovely, food was tasty, sights were gorgeous, and overall it was a perfect way to spend a Friday night! Also-checkout the Ecotours shop in the wharf after for the local ingredients used in the drinks and stunning art pieces by First Nations artists. I'm keen to checkout their other tours as well!

Absolutely beautiful!
Completely understand why this has a 5 star rating- greeted with a glass of bubbles on this beautiful 116 year old boat. A perfect short, sharp briefing to start including history on the boat then set sail!
Solo guitarist singing into the sunset was stunning and cocktails and snack box were delish. 2hours was the perfect amount of time!

What a GREAT experience - Simon and his team were absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves immensely - a MASSIVE thank you to everyone.
I highly recommend Salt Water Eco Tours and the live music too was fabulous. So much so that we are now following this new artist on socials. (Pat Tierney) We were spoilt with a complimentary drink on arrival and were also given a really neat grazing box too to nibble on and enjoy the sunset. Will certainly be back in the near future for another cruise for sure. Thanks again Liz and Basil Jones

The sunset boat tour was better than I could have expected - so much so that we are already planning to do it again soon.
The staff shared about the history of the boat, and what a beautiful boat it was to be aboard. The music was a great addition to the cruise and the specialty cocktails were quite the piece of art. Our only suggestion, for the winter cruise, is some blankets as it did get a bit cool - but overall I could not fault anything about the experience.
Thank you for making my birthday celebration so special and for the amazing team on board the boat. Definitely recommend this experience to others.

Hello, thank you so much for your review and suggestions! It sure can get brisk as the sun goes down during the winter months - we've stocked up on a few blankets and shawls. So glad you enjoyed your birthday celebration, and we look forward to welcoming you back again!

All of the tours with Saltwaterecotours are most definately a must do when in Mooloolaba. Our most recent tour was the Bushtucker lunch cruise. Was one of the best experiences. The canapés are to die for, with beautiful Indigenous flavors in all of the canapés complimentary glass of Tasmanian champagne. Highly recommend all of their cruises.

What a wonderful way to enjoy the local area. The Hosts were amazing, the music - Lovely ( and I am a Music Teacher) and the food - Beautifully done. I recommend this to anyone who has a couple of hours to fill in and enjoy the relaxation. Have passed on my "rave" review to others who were up there at the same time. Thank you for your phone call - as I would have screamed to have missed such a lovely time. Thanks to an amazing crrew.
