Does a short intro while driving around the main eating and shopping streets of Mooloolaba and then into the water. Good fun and our 9 year old loved the experience. Good commentary on the tour. The crew are wonderful and provide commentary along the way, pointing out various sites along the way. They even let the little ones have a drive which is a highlight for them. From the adult perspective: The tour guide was very informative and took us around the coastline explaining the surroundings and local landmarks. We drove through town where we heard about the impacts on the cyclones and the township of Airlie Beach. Both the driver/captain and the head of security/ guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. They had a lot of local knowledge who shared willingly. We felt safe and well taken care of both on land and at sea. Bus/boat was nice and clean.

This is another great morning filler. Recommended for anyone wanting a look around town from a completely unique perspective. Professionally operated and well priced. The kids were impressed with the aqua duck which has a unique history in its own right.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one hour tour on Reggie the Aquaduck. The driver Tom and tour guide Josie were excellent and made sure the children on the tour had an opportunity to be captain for a short time. We especially enjoyed the time on the water with interesting information from Josie about the homes we were passing and places to see. The tour was a great way to experience Mooloolaba.

Our family had a wonderful time on board "Reggie" the aquaduck. The kids loved every minute... especially when they became captains! The crew Lindsay and Tom were warm, friendly and entertaining. We would highly recommend jumping on board and seeing the beautiful Sunshine Coast in this unique and fun way.

Took our grandkids ( 2 & 3 year olds ) on the duck.
We all enjoyed it very much. The commentary was informative & interesting, the trip was mainly on the water, which was great and the kids got a go at driving the duck, which they loved …. and they even received a little duck Captains Certificate.
Highly recommend for a young family.

We weren’t taken with any of the shore excursion offerings by our cruise ship, so we read the nice reviews of Aquaduck and booked out tour independently. We were very happy with our choice. The Aquaduck afforded us the opportunity to see Mooloolaba’s parks, beaches, fishing fleets, and multimillion dollar homes by both land and water. The guide was excellent and informative.

I can't rate the experience as we didn't go on it. Both days were cancelled. The grandchildren were very upset. The first day we booked and paid our money and we got notified that the tour was cancelled. They explained it was for safety reason and that is fair enough. They invited us all to go the next day. We got confirmation at approx. 11 am and we were to be at pier area at 11.45 am that day. My family including 3 children arrived and waited for 45 minutes. A young girl working at the aquarium told us she hadn't seen anyone from the Aquaduck that day and maybe they weren't operating. My wife rang to be told they weren't operating due to safety reasons. We queried why we got a confirmation of the booking only an hour and half ago. The operator informed us that we had been sent an email, however this was incorrent as we had not received any notification. They offered us another tour when the Aquaduck was operating but we were returning to Melbourne and unable to take up their offer. They told us they would refund the money within 3 working day, which we appreciate. I appreciate breakdowns but communication is very important. Especially with little children who were crying and very upset.

We are so sorry we weren't able to provide your tour either day.
We had a major maintenance issue and have been unable to run tours since. Break downs are out of our control, but we prioritised all customers with a booking for alternate dates or offering immediate refunds as soon as we were aware.
Sorry you were disappointed with our communication and for disrupting your schedule.

Great activity especially good for kids.Staff were very friendly and helpful and were well informed about the local area.Easy access in a convenient location for parking and i would definitely recommend this as a fairly inexpensive short day tour.

Gary the driver, and Thomas the guide, provided an enjoyable and informative experience, both off and on the water. A great way to see the sights and magnificent homes on the river and canals at Mooloolaba. Highly recommended.

Where do I start? Great value, Captain and Skipper were so knowledgeable, friendly and the commentary on dry land and sea was informative and fun. Pick up and drop off made super easy to navigate. We'd highly recommend this journey, fantastic for all ages. You even get a shot to steer the boat 🚢 followed by a Certificate at the end of the journey.
