The food and drink selection was great and delicious. And the staff... they were absolutely fantastic. From Shorty, the Captain, to Sandy and Sienna. They were so attentive. We booked a family trip (9 of us) for our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary and Father's Day celebration.
From the moment we stepped on board we felt so welcomed and Shorty and Sandy were the hosts with the most.
The boat was so clean and comfortable, which is such a tribute to them and the pride they take in their business.
The cruise itself was so interesting learning about some very famous people who are fortunate enough to call the Mooloolaba canals their home.
The Seafood lunch was to die for and is included in the price of the ticket, but there are upgrade options if you prefer a little more on a special occasion (oysters, seafood platters etc).
The drinks were flowing and expertly made by the hostess and we never had to wait for service, which is always a bonus.
I would recommend this cruise weather you are a couple, a group or even if you just want some me time!

Enjoyable experience, cheerful and helpful staff and reasonable commentary however the food bit was not as expected based on the advertising.
The included lunch was a basic cafe menu prepared to order by a local establishment, picked up from their dock and served as a boxed lunch.
If you wanted fresh seafood (as the advertising alluded to) it was extra $37.50 pp.
Drinks were a bit pricey.
Vessel is clean and comfortable with good viewing in all weather.
Very competent skipper and we were blessed with great weather.
More emphasis needs to be put on boarding arrangements. The street address is not that useful as the wharf is at the back of the entertainment/shopping complex and a bit hard to find as there are about four cruises operating out of the same location. Yes, the name of the cruise is emblazoned on the boats but they all sound similar.
Don't bother about turning up 30 minutes before departure as requested in the brochure...we still had people turning up 5 plus minutes after the departure time that we waited for!!!.

What an amazing lunch cruise, was more than we actually expected! Rod & Karen were awesome! Rod with his "dry" jokes was just funny as, Karen running around keeping everyone happy was amazing! The fresh lunch totally took us by surprise and we cannot fault anything! We're still in disbelieve that you ir was just the two of you! Loved the music too 😉 Would absolutely recommend the seafood lunch cruise, well worth your money!!💯👍

Well a friend organised this lunch cruise and I paid just under $70 for a 1 and half hour lunch cruise. Normally when you go on a lunch cruise you expect to have a table set up with plates, glasses etc. The boat we were on only had a small deck on the front. The seating was bench seating which was not what we were expecting. We got a free Beer and ordered the prawns. Others ordered fish and chips etc. We set off and the info was good about the area and the lady serving the drinks was very good but the atmosphere was like sitting in an old cafe. Finally we go and pick up the food which is served in a cardboard box. Prawns were fresh and nice, but the disappointment of not sitting as a lovely table and eating off plates was adamant on our faces. Sorry but very disappointed with the whole experience and really felt like we got the dodgy boat.

A fun tour great food, didn’t break the bank. The hosts were fantastic and very attentive and Cpt Shorty was knowledgeable and entertaining. I thought that being an ex local, it might be boring……anything but. Great value. Recommend.

The Cruise was amazing!! The tour guide was very informative but entertaining and keeps everyone interested/ included. The only waitress was very attentive and engaged in the cruise itself and answering the millions of questions we had. We ended up a little late due to parking issues but had no problems once we got to the docks. If we had missed the initial booking time they would have organised to pick us up a bit further down on the tour as well. We missed out on the opportunity to get photos before the cruise set sail, but they organised and told us how to get one afterwards and even jumped in with our photo. Would definitely go again, was a nice little tour guide that's great for couples and great for kids.

What a lovely day . We had a great time , Brendan and Keefee were great at their jobs and made it fun , his commentary was very informative and also funny. Keefie was a great hostess . The boat was very comfortable and Brendan was a good skipper. We had the Seafood lunch of fish and chips , fresh prawns, were included in price , Beer wine , cocktails were available at a reasonable cost . Had the best time would definitely recommend 😀

We didn't really enjoy this cruise.
We are not saying this was a bad cruise it was just not a good experience for us. Anyone thinking of doing this cruise should make sure to communicate with the proprietor prior to arrival to ensure they know exactly where to meet the boat. We almost missed it for lack of clear communication.
For the price my recommendation would be to book yourself into one of the many restaurants by the river there instead and enjoy the view while degusting a delicious meal.

The day we joined the seafood lunch cruise the weather was fantastic. The bar was open for cold beverages. The captain and tour narrator was entertaining. His wife was bar person and another crew person was photographer and general assistant. All three pleasant to be on the short canal cruise. Lunch orders were taken from a menu and forwarded to a wharf seafood market during the tour. Collected at a wharf by pulling up alongside the market and issued to guests. No problems. There were additional seafood platters available for additional monies. The share platters looked nice. I chose crumbed calamari and my Husband the fresh cooked prawns. My meal was adequate for lunch however my Husband's meal left him a bit hungry as he only received about 7 prawns. We were expecting more prawns as the Captain had announced that usually there were X amount. I can't remember the exact number said at the moment, but significantly higher number than received on that day. That said it was still pleasant to participate in.

Beautiful sunny coast day, crew were great & entertaining. The Skipper was a locsl (born & bred) & shared alot about the indigenous history & surroundings + the local history of the canal area & very entertaining & very interesting!! Lunch was basically different types of seafood offered with chips &/or salad (extra cost). Not bad for a $55 cruise. Beautiful relaxing, fun day. Loved it!! The citing of a rogue croc was a surprise (as pictured)!
