About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- dhfpereira0 contributionsVery difficult to use!!The booking proccess should be easier. A lot of the attractions you'll have to pay an additional cost to use. It doesnt worth it.Written 25 September 2022
- simonerE5495MO0 contributionsHorrible Experience And A Big Waste Of MoneyHorrible, terrible experience. Absolute scammers. Their website glitched and gave me the wrong pass, they would not refund me (even at a discounted rate when I requested it). Half the vendors on the list do not respond, so I cannot book what I wanted to book- and it's costing me MORE money than just booking individually. I am so, so disappointed by this company. I was looking forward to the experiences, and I wanted to work with them to fix the issues, but to no avail. I do not recommend them. I wish I had never bought with them.Written 21 September 2022

- BoardingPass5487350 contributionsGreat idea-terrible execution and possible scamI just tried to book Healesville Sanctuary with my Flexipass and after hours on the phone was told that my number doesn’t exist and I therefore can’t book unless I pay. This on top of Philip Island Nature Parks suddenly excluded even though this was included when I bought my Flexipass. What a bunch of scammers. Never again!!Written 10 February 2021
- SD3198a0 contributions1 star for not giving complete informationFor people those who are looking forward to buy an venture card: Venture has 3, 5 or 7 attraction pass options. On there website they say you can do whatever activities you want with the venture card which means if you get a 3 attraction pass you should be able to do any three activities. However, in reality if you want to do Scuba diving, jet ski or want to go on a Whale cruise you will need to pay extra $50-55 for each activity. Only activities free after buying a venture card are the one which does not cost much or people don't wanna to do that activity such as Snorkel, sunset kayak, bus rides cruises and more. It is not a scam just a well planned marketing strategy. I'll highly recommend you guy to do your research on it as well.Written 28 November 2019
- Michael D0 contributionsSCAMMERSSCAMMERS, RUN!!! A bit more in detail: We were on holiday in the gold Coast and they have booths around the place, we walked past a few times and said to each other "those prices are really low" at one point we seen one for iFly and I pointed it out to my parter, the person at the booth noticed this and reeled us in. After a lengthy discussion we found out the prices were only available if you met certain criteria (location, age, income, etc). They showed us info on iFly and offered us $20 passes, usually $200,only catch was attending a seminar. We paid $40 for the two of us and they set up the seminar for a few days time. The seminar was obviously a sale pitch, we said no(although they almost smooth talked us into it) got our "prize" as they called it and left. When we went back to book iFly the person at the booth (a different person this time) told us they do not offer iFly and don't know where we got our information, at which point I simple pointed the sign we were all standing next to that had the iFly deal plastered on it, we were then met with "oh that is a completely different deal, that's not what you guys get". They then handed us a book and said these are the things you guys can choose from. Everything in the book was either crossed out and "no longer available" or was only valid through extra conditions. Of course they have a no refund policy too. I'm sure they will have deal that do suit some people but please be very cautious of these people and especially the wyndham time share they try to rope you into. Do your research and do not let them scam you out of your hard earned cash.Written 13 November 2019
- Bundybear20 contributionsDisappointedVery disappointed with the iventure card Sydney. Does not save time or money. Did not get what I asked for. Had hop on hop off bus. Told I had 2 days to use. NO only 24 hours had to pay a $5 each upgrade so we could go to Bondi. Only used ticket for about an hour on first day. Feel really ripped off. You still have to line up to get tickets at some of the venues. The only one we went straight through was the zoo. You would save more by using vouchers in pamphlets and concession cards. Opal card is the best for travelling around on buses trains and ferries and so cheap. My advice is look around check out the pamphlets at tourist venues and if you have one use your concession card. Also buying the cards with a selection on it limits you to those attractions. By leaving yourself open you can change your mind.Written 20 October 2019

- DTrainTravels0 contributionsBe Very Careful And Do Research FirstI was going to write a scathing review as the offerings they advertise may not be available or their website not up to date. We bought the Tasmania card as 3 items on it we were visiting and provided good value. Turned up at Port Arthur Historic Site and the card was no longer accepted meaning the value of the purchase was really questioned. I would email or contact your chosen attractions to check if still received and if there are any other conditions. In the end it worked out okay but a lot of extra phone work was required and it did save some $$$ but caused some grief as well.Written 15 July 2019
- Mr_Ben_50000 contributionsScam way to take your moneyVery hard process to get the online card to work. Expires in 3 months after using a 5 pass. Cannot use on the same attraction twice. Do not give refunds for unused passes Waste of time and money. Avoid like the plague!Written 19 June 2019

- feelgood330 contributionsCan't recommend it, 2 booked attractions were cancelled short term, so we paid more for the Iventure card than for the sCan't recommend it, 2 booked attractions were cancelled short term, so we paid more for the Iventure card than for the single attractions In Melbourne the partners aren't all reliable. Two booked/ fixed schedule attractions (river cruise and moonraker wildlife tour) were cancelled short term (just a few hours before), because of "bad weather conditions", but we saw them leaving instead with Christmas groups! (We were offered another date, but when you extra booked/ inquired it month in advance ! because you have a fixed schedule, that doesn't help at all) So Iventure card holders are treated like second class guests and lied to, so they can make more money with groups. Finally we paid therefore more for the Iventure card than we would have for the single attractions! Can't recommend it therefore, with such unreliable partners !Written 6 February 2019
- 525asadk0 contributionsDON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!@iVentureCard DON’T WASTE YOU’RE MONEY ON THIS DEAL!! Purchased the card. Found out wouldn’t be able to use it for up to 2 days. Why didn’t they say that before purchase? What’s the point in that?!! Wasted so much time with customer services. Told I would be eligible for a refund given the time wasted with customer services, then told I would no longer receive it!!! Better off buying your tickets from the attraction itself. Come and go as you please at your leisure. No unnecessary rushing around or wasting time with customer services. Also sent on a wild goose chase to collect a card from an office that doesn’t exist!! Don’t often write negative feedback but this organisation does not seem to take customer service seriously! #iventurecard #dubaiWritten 5 February 2019

The iVenture was an effective way to explore attractions in Sydney. When we went pick up our 3 attraction pass, they charged an additional $5A for the Big Bus Hop on/Hop off. Not sure if that was clear when I booked it, but you don’t think you need to pay more if you pay in advance. Either way it worked because we went to WildLife and Bondi Beach. The next day we used for Sydney Opera House tour. Overall I would do it again.

Bought these before I left UK. Much better having paid up front. Beware though, you cannot go straight to front of queue. They do however let you join the prepaid queue and that's not always faster. Then for some attractions there are extra fees to pay. Check prices carefully, it may be better to pay cash and use card for something else. The Chinese garden for example was so cheap to get in I just paid the cash! Use these cards for the higher priced activities and they work out good value for money!

this was an excellent purchase. It made sight seeing to all the famous tourist spots affordable without breaking the bank. worth every dollar.
if you choose the hard rock café that's not as good a deal as it looks. you have a very small set menu and the free tee-shirt looks like a cheap market traders garment.
would recommend this attraction pass just choose your venues wisely.

I was very frustrated that the hours listed on the website for the attractions were different than what the attractions hours were. We showed up to the Sydney Eye at 8:15 to watch the sunset because the brochure said the last elevator ride was at 8. Well they were closed when we got there.
Also when we bought the card they advertised free food at 2 locations which we factored into our budget, however when we picked up the cards they were no longer offering that promotion. I felt like I should have been given a refund or discount because of this.

If you are planning on doing at least three attractions, definitely get the Sydney Pass. It will save you money. We did the Hop On Hop Off Bus, Taronga Zoo and Sydney Opera House Tour. All three were great. The bus gives a good overview of the city. Blue and Red lines. Excellent Zoo with amazing views of the Harbour and the Opera House Tour was also well worth going to.

We bought the 7 attraction pass for our 4 full days of Sydney activities (we get around!) Used it for 2 day hop on/hop off Captain Cook cruise, Maritime museum, Sydney Opera House walking tour, SEA LIFE aquarium, Taronga Zoo, and WILD LIFE Sydney zoo. So we only got 6 of the 7 attractions seen. Even with this, we did save money, approximately US$35 over the cost of buying individual tickets. Plus, when you go to get your iVenture card, the brochure that you get with the card lets you know that you can also get a free pair of pearl earrings at Australian Opal Cutters. One pair earrings per card. They are real (fresh water) pearls. The shop is very hard to find but if you're persistent you get a nice little extra.
If you choose some of the less expensive options on the card, it may make more sense to buy individual tickets (all the things we did were $32-49 per venue). Overall we were pleased with the purchase

We bought unlimited pass for 300 dollars per person as we were in Sydney for 10 days. It was extremely cost effective - saved us loads of bucks. We did all the activities on the pass except for bondi beach and some local crime / haunted House tours. Very easy to use and not much can go wrong with this pass. A few notes:
1.For majority of the attractions children upto 3 for free, except for one attraction where we paid for my nephew.
2.this pass does not take you up the Sydney Harbour bridge.
3. You have to take your own ride to go to the jenolan caves.
Rest, good luck!!!

Recommend all of you to check carefully on all terms and conditions on your purchase. Just made a simple phone call to try to confirm my cards conditions today and it make me so regret that i spent money on iventure cards. The lady on the phone was so rude and accusing me didnt read things good enough so called her wasting her time, i thought thats her job to answer questions from her customers. No staff number given as she refused and when i said i want to complain she cut the call. This will be the first and only time i purchase their product.

Great savings, easy entry and good selection choice. For families, check family/child rates for some activities for better value-for-money deals as child ages differ at various attractions.

With the 3attraction pass, is the Hop-on Hop-off bus considered one of the attractions or is there an extra cost for the bus? Also, is your hop-on hop-off bus pass good for more than one day or do you need to purchase one for each day? Thank you!
Written 25 April 2020
Hi there! I'm planning to book the 3 day pass ticket. Well i need opinions on it, as is it really worth the price? As me and my family are planning to go to at least SEA Life, HOHO bus, Madame Tussauds, Taronga Zoo, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Eye Tower.
Would it be better to buy the 7 flexi pass and pay the rest in cash, or using the 3 day pass all along? As the price difference is not that much between the two pass
Thanks in advance
Written 18 May 2019
For the flexi 3 attractions day pass can you select the hop on hop off Captain Cook cruise, Taronga Zoo and Sea Life?
Written 25 March 2019
Since we got the 7 attraction pass, I'm not sure. It's really easy to find on their website, though.
Written 21 June 2019
If I get this pass, how do I book a set time for the opera house guided tour or the captain cook tour?
Written 9 February 2019
Yes, you go and they tell you the next time available. Same for Captain Cook.
