$270 for NOTHING. My partner and two friends on holiday in October in Launceston booked a bus trip to the Lavender Farm. NO mention in the brochure that it only blooms in December and January. Complete waste of money and two hours.

We had the best day out with David from Prestige Tours Tasmania visiting vineyards, a still house and a brewery. It was fascinating to hear from the very passionate makers who adore the region and all it has to offer. Lunch was at Loira Vineyard & it is honestly the best ever platter you will ever have in your lifetime. Thank you David & the team at Prestige Tours, our group intends on making it an annual event from now on.

Lots of fun. David gave good information on the areas we visited. Stopped along the way for some picturesque views. Wineries were beautiful. Highly recommend

David was an excellent guide with extensive knowledge of wine and wine making. I learned new things on this tour and enjoyed listening to his stories. He was also very accommodating of my dietary needs and the fact that I travel solo. Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the day but felt this tour was expensive for what we got. No morning tea and a platter to share for lunch. A small biscuit or cheese with the morning tastings would have been appreciated. Compared to a similar wine tour on Tasmania’s East Coast last summer for $50 less which included morning tea, a seafood and pizza lunch with a complimentary wine or bubbly.

There was just the two of us on the full day tour but David didn’t skip anything. He was knowledgeable and interesting. The five wineries were all slightly different, had wonderful people serving us and all had amazing wines. Lunch was delicious and served overlooking the vines - perfect!

My husband and I had the most pleasant day on this wine tour. Dave was our wonderful guide and there was only one other couple on the tour with us at the time. Every winery had its uniqueness and we loved meeting the owners of these boutique wineries and hearing their stories. The lunch grazing platter was delicious. There was no pressure to buy any wines from the wineries, but the ease of ordering wines from each winery and having them sent back to QLD was perfect for us.

We were staying in the Tamar valley and they came and picked us up from accom and took us back to Launceston where it starts. David was super friendly and informative and helpful with organising wines to be shipped. We visited 5 wineries that were fabulous and the tour was nice and intimate (not too many people). It was a jam packed full day that is definitely worth it. We also did some tourist attraction stops along the way. Would do again.

We recently went on the full-day Tamar Valley wine tour with Prestige Tours and our guide, David Coopers, and it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, David was knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about sharing the best of Tasmania's wine with us. The tour started with a pick-up at our hotel, and David provided us with a comprehensive introduction to the Tamar Valley wine region and its history. He also gave us a great overview of the wine-making process, which was really interesting and helped us appreciate the wines we tasted even more. Throughout the day, we visited several wineries and tasted a wide variety of wines, from crisp whites to rich reds. David was an excellent guide, and his knowledge and passion for wine really shone through. He was always willing to answer our questions and share his insights, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the tour was our visit to Loira Vines, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch and had the opportunity to taste some exceptional wines. The food and wine pairing was spot on, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend Prestige Tours' full-day Tamar Valley wine tour with David Coopers as your guide. He is professional, personable, and truly passionate about showcasing the best of Tasmania's wine. This tour is a must-do for anyone visiting Launceston, Tasmania and looking for an authentic and unforgettable wine-tasting experience

We had a wonderful day exploring The Tamar Valley and enjoying wine tastings around the area. Our guide, Carol was friendly, helpful and shared her wealth of knowledge. We had an excellent wine tour with Lynette, visited five beautiful wineries. It was a lovely day out, great pace and great chat with the wine makers. Lynette is friendly and knowledgeable, making sure we enjoyed the tour. Definitely a must-to-go tour!

Small group of 5 which was excellent to enjoy 5 Boutique Wineries - would have been nice to go to one of the well know wineries. David was excellent and looked after us extremely well - I had a bad back and he made a great effort to help me during the day with a step in and out of the van and also seating during the wine tastings. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and met some new friends - highly recommend this tour.

Davis was excellent, Jo’s knowledge of the area & historical information was 2nd to none. Very pleasant afternoon & would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering a wine tour.
