Suits for family and friends trip
We enjoyed the experience, staffs are friendly and acknowledged, well organised. We were lucky to meet so many dolphins on the day. However, something really needs to improve is the TOILET, im not be able to use it properly as it's hygiene and smell issues. It would benice if it can be improved and fixed.

Just don't expect too much Temptation 12.30pm
the cruise is cheap so had no expectations. Music was too loud and dominated the mood of the cruise, call me old fashion but I still prefer to mingle with conversation not having to compete with loud music. The toilets where unsanitary and the boat would should be shut down via the health and safety commission, not clean and smelt awful, I dare not use them and waited till docked. Staff where not dressed as should , they looked like Stow-aways. Not every one has a personality or likes their job and this was clear via the staff on this cruise. By the 60 minute mark most people were looking at there watch awaiting it to be over lol I was in good company with a dear friend , if not for this I probably would of walked the plank to get off that thing.

      Brilliant sea voyage
Early start and wear something warm to get out to sea, Take plenty of sunscreen as the sun in intense on the water. Get there first so you can get a seat on the cushions on the front of the boat! Super friendly highly informative staff who will do anything for you to make your trip enjoyable. They explain at all times what's going on and why. We didn't do the water dolphin experience where you get in the water - glad I didn't actually as you see more or less the same on the boat ! Looked cold 🥶 Really enjoyed this and loved seeing the dolphins who swam alongside the boat really close. When the suns out it's a sun trap out there and I burnt my feet !! So cover up or slap the sunscreen on. Well worth a trip

      Dolphin Experience
Great experience as a swimmer and my husband enjoyed the views on deck. The crew were determined and patient with persistence for all customers to have 2 great dolphin experiences. We really appreciated their diligence. They were friendly and informative.

      Worth the wait
Took a while to find the dolphins but once we did it was a magical experience seeing the dolphins under water and hearing them communicate to each other. Highlight of our trip and well worth doing. Staff very friendly.

      Worst experience ever.
Could not have been worse, no sailing just noisy motors, stuck on a smelly overcrowded boat for 3 hours and no dolphins. They advertise they have a licenced bar so I thought at least I could have a drink but bar is closed.

The best dolphin swim in Australia!
The most amazing dolphin swim trip I have ever done! I have been travelling in Australia over a year now so was not expecting to see anything I hadn’t already, but this tour was absolutely unbelievable from start to finish! The staff were incredible, all marine biologists so super knowledgeable on the dolphins and ensured we were interacting with them in a safe and ethical way. We spent loads of time in the water and the group size was not too big, I must have swam with at least 20 different dolphins! We got an incredible view up close of dolphins and babies, they were super playful and so came up really close to us! The crew took some amazing photos for us to keep as well and the equipment was clean and good quality. Couldn’t recommend more - an unforgettable experience!

      Great experience
With the luck of good weather and calm water, we had a great experience seeing dolphins. The crew members were friendly, they worked hard to spot the dolphins and enthusiastically told people where to look. It was hard to sit on the floor for around 4 hours, so it would be better if some bench or chairs could be provided, especially for older people.

      Fantastic Experience.
The whole experience on the Temptation was wonderful. We arrived at 1/4 to 8 and were greeted by the friendly and efficient staff. Guests were instructed on the safety aspects, then off we went. Within the first 5 minutes we had spotted a dolphin, then from then on it was dolphins everywhere! The staff made sure that everybody on board had seen the dolphins and were safe. The weather was exceptional and the water like glass. Value for $$$ was again exceptional. We arrived back after 12 feeling ultra relaxed and thankful for what we had seen.

      Magical Dolphin Watch Experience
We went on a dolphin watching cruise and the conditions were perfect, the weather beautiful, the water calm and the dolphins in abundance. As soon as we left harbour we stopped as there was a pod of dolphins who were playful and ready to interact. Further a field we saw more pods who wanted to be left alone so it was nice to see the crew leave them and move on. We then came across a couple of pods who wanted to interact and were swimming under, in front and around the boat. On our way back to harbour there were pods on all sides of the boat, we felt so lucky to see so many. The staff did a fantastic job and were very knowledgeable, the whole trip was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Great tour, not to be missed.
Great tour. As it's wild dolphins they cannot garentee you get to see dolphins but the crew make every possible effort to get to see some. We saw many dolphins and the crew is friendly and we loved the chats, and their knowledge is very informative. Worth it. We enjoyed watching the swimmers too but didn't swim ourselves. We recommend this tour. Exeptional tour.

      Fantastic wild dolphins swimming experience
I would highly recommend the dolphins watching/swimming experience. It was absolutely breathtaking. The dolphins were super close and at times only a feet or two away when we were on the swimming nets. It was absolutely surreal. I felt like I was watching a vertical reality video when watching the dolphins from the net whilst under the water. We were fortunate enough to interact with 2 pods of dolphins and see a few smaller groups of dolphins swimming along the way as well. The crew were lovely and so informative and welcoming. It did take a little bit to find the second group of dolphins to interact with, but it was so worth the wait - as it gave everyone some time to enjoy the views, company and boat ride. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect weather dolphins company. Watching sunset when you are on the water and coming back seeing the lights onshore especially past Henley Square with the wheel spinning in multiple colours. What a great present this was for myself and my husband.

After taking the inaugural cruise with Temptation Sailing 23 years ago this was our 3rd time and it never disappoints. Each cruise gives a unique experience sailing along the Adelaide coastline and experiencing the magnificent sunset. The staff are eager to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable cruise and the whole experience is run smoothly and professionally from booking to disembarking on your return. Always a pleasure and we look forward to the next one.

What a fantastic way to see the sunset! While our cruise was a little chilly and invigorating on the way down the coast, coming back we we had the advantage of no wind and it was a beautiful atmosphere. Will & Zach were attentive and friendly hosts, who made sure everyone was safe and comfortable.

Highly recommended as an activity to show visitors our coastline, or for anyone who loves sailing, the ocean and fresh air! Take a warm jacket if the weather is cool, or a blanket. We will be back, next time we want to try a morning cruise to see the dolphins. Thanks so much guys 😀

Trip Advisor doesn't provide a "good" option which this cruise is. The only reason it wasn't "very good" is because there were too many people on it and it probably runs about half an hour later than I think it should. Other than that, for a first time visitor it was a good way to see Glenelg and surrounding areas from the water. We had a relatively calm evening and perfect sunset.

We were lucky to have a nice day, water slightly choppy but view and sailing was absolutely amazing. All staff were exceptional and provided blankets at sunset when it was cooler. Drinking a champagne and watching the sunset was truly stunning. The sunset cruise was a great choice and it was definitely a big highlight of our holiday in Adelaide. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
    You will not be disappointed.

Went on the Twilight Cruise twice on the 17th and 24th of March with 2 different group of Deaf people under the Deaf Butterfly Effect. We had a great time for 1.5 hours with our friends, we found it really relaxing and enjoyable. The sunsets on both evenings were beautiful. We highly recommend Temptation Sailing, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

A delightful evening, sitting back and relaxing with a glass of wine while sailing along the Adelaide foreshore as the sun was setting over the ocean's horizon. Because it is a smaller boat with a small group of people it felt like truly sailing, with a closer connection to the ocean (even got the occasional spot of water on my feet!). Our host Will was friendly and helpful and the overall experience was lovely. We plan to go again with more friends.

We had a great cruise leaving from Glenelg, the hosts were wonderful, it was quite rough, windy and cold going out until we turned around to come home but that made for a fun trip watching some people get wet depending upon were they were sitting. We only saw one dolphin this trip but the views and sunset were gorgeous. The hosts came around and offered blankets to keep warm. Highly recommend the twilight tour

We had to swap the booking from the twilight to the lunchtime cruise, thank you Temptations Cruising.
A great trip north from Glenelg Marina and back in lovely weather with Will and Zack onboard the Temptations catamaran. The cruise takes about 90 minutes. In flat seas with the sun shining it was stunning.
You can pre-order a cheese platter to accompany the salt air and a good range of drinks purchased from the bar.
Lots of restaurants at the marina are open for a late lunch when you return.
