The day was beautiful! We felt in very capable hands with Dom and recommend this delightful experience most highly!

The CoastXP team are fantastic! They did everything to ensure my Mum and I had the most fantastic day. Dom and Troy were knowledgeable of the local area and friendly. The boat is comfortable and incredibly clean. A great experience. I would recommend it as a great day out to others.

Great little trip. Got to see the coast from the sea our tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with even got to see dolphins close up.

Interesting, informative and vey enjoyable. Our Lake tour today with CoastXP gave us a great new perspective of our Lake - from the middle looking out, rather than the edges looking in. Lunch was yummy! The crew - Dom and Jane - were friendly and professional, especially with regard to safety. The boat was in excellent order - exceedingly well maintained and presented. We had a great time and definitely intend to take more tours with CoastXP.

Great fun and a brilliant way to see spectacular views of Newcastle from the water. Had some friendly dolphins join in the sightseeing whole out there. The caves were amazing and getting a view from the water you see how gorgeous the beaches are. Highly recommended

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! We did the Adventure Tour along the coast from Newcastle down to Catherine Hill Bay, WOW! We already knew that Australia's east coast was spectacular, but to see it here from the water is superb, and CoastXP is the way to do it. Dominic and Troy were our crew today, they were fantastic! Informative, humorous, knowledgeable, friendly, polite.... I'm running out of complimentary adjectives! We came back to the dock totally happy!! We saw fur-seals, dolphins, and a chunk of our fabulous coastline. We were educated by the guys and had a blast in the pristinely clean and well maintained boat. My wife Monika and I would have no reservations in recommending CoastXP. The communication from the company beforehand is perfect, and the level of friendly professionalism displayed by Dominic and Troy was awesome! Great value for money, worth every cent.

This was our second trip with CoastXP and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Newcastle or anyone who wants to see Newcastle and surrounds from a totally different perspective. Although we had some pretty rough seas and a strong wind blowing in our faces both on the way out and on the way back our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we praise Jane's expertise in handling the boat.

The commentary Dom gave was wonderful, especially when he saw the whale in distress and how he immediately contacted the relevant authorities. We really appreciated Dom giving us feedback on what was happening with the whale. We would certainly recommend the experience we had to family and friends. The whole trip was organised extremely well.

Great ride with Tracey. Saw some seals. Enjoyed going down to caves beach and Catherine hill bay. Very flexible and allowed us to use Red balloon vouchers after we had our tour cancelled last year due to weather.

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. Sensational way to see the coastline of Newcastle down to Catherine Hill Bay like you never have before. Skipper of our boat today ‘Atmos’ was the extremely knowledgeable and capable Tracey. We loved seeing Nigel the seal and highly recommend the Adventure Tour.

My friend and I did the LakeCruise and Nature walk at Lake Macquarie and it was terrific!! From the well equipped vessel, knowledge/ friendly guides, beatiful picnic and fantastic nature walk and great customer service, it was an unforgettable experience! The views from the lake are so unique and pretty it was all we were hoping for and more. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lake Mac but also to any local. Thank you for a great day Coast XP! 😀

A fantastic way to see beautiful Lake Macquarie. Jane and Ally were very good and provided interesting facts about the lake coastline and fauna. The cruise around the Lake was relaxing and with the coastal walk showed the group lots of beautiful spots with lots of photo opportunities. The lunch included was delicious and we had plenty of time to relax and take in the beautiful lake views. I would recommend doing the CoastXP coastal cruise and nature walk for a unique way to discover the lovely coastline and walking trails of Lake Macquarie whether you are new or a local to the area.
