Our guide Drew was so efficient! The wineries, food, and selection were excellent! Never experienced food pairing, and we were blown away! He tailored our adventure to fit our needs and experience levels/expectations. Intentionality would be the best word for how he ran the trip. We could tell that he knows his audience and is able to be flexible and tailor the experiences. The group was the perfect size in that we could be social yet not intrusive. Loved it!

The Hunter Valley small group, wine, and gin tour is by far one of the best I have taken. I am a United Airlines flight attendant, and along with two of my colleagues, we had a free day to enjoy the sights of the Hunter Valley. Our tour guide, Chris, was welcoming, very enthusiastic, and great fun. We were never rushed and enjoyed the smaller, more personal experiences at every stop. Lunch was delicious, and we even sampled cheese, chocolates, flavored gin, and vodka. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and have to all my colleagues. Thanks, Chris, for a memorable day.

The tour was incredible. Chris was so knowledgeable about everything From the history starting in Sydney to the history of Hunter Valley. Will definitely do it again.

The day tour with Chris was amazing. He is very attentive, friendly and gave us a lot of information about Australia history and Hunter Valley. We visited 3 vineyards and 1 distillery, with a nice pizza lunch in between. Everyone in the tour happily got some nice wine and cheese back! Highly recommend it!

Enjoyed a wonderful wine tour excursion lead by Chris with Dave’s Tours. We selected this tour from our Viking Cruise options and very glad we did. A great mix of venues and Tom was a great guide. We particulately enjoyed the chocolate and wine pairing. Thoroughly recommend.

Col drove a group of 11 of us to the Hunter Valley. He was great . We had a terrific day tasting wine at 3 vineyards. We also did wine and chocolate pairing and wine and cheese pairing. It was a hot day luckily Mondays are not that busy so I would choose this day to go. We had pizza please do 2 vegetarian for the groups they were delicious. We did see a group of kangaroos mother with youngsters resting . We returned at 7 pm to the pickup point. Highly recommend

Picked this trip for four reasons, really? excellent ratings, smaller group size, variety of tastings, and boutique winneries. Completed the tour yesterday and it lived up to expectations and Chris our super guide made the difference, friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the day very interesting. Even managed to see a few wild kangeroos at the end of the day as he'd predicted. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyable afternoon on the brewery tour. Just 4 of us including Colin our excellent guide. Beers were great not so sure about the gin. Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic day. MATT was our tour guide and was lots of fun and very knowledgeable about each winery. We hopped into our comfortable small van with #15 people and visited 3 boutique wineries. Stopped for a great pizza and salad lunch overlooking the vineyards. Chocolate tasting with matching wines was a highlight. Gin and vodka at the last stop. You can not go wrong with this tour. Everything is included, and the driver even stopped to show us wild kangaroo off the beaten track. Thanks Dave tours, you were fabulous.

Great tour with our guide Chris O for our full day tour to Hunter Valley Wine Region! We visited 4 boutique wineries and a distillery! Our guide Chris was extremely knowledgable, had a lot of energy, great personality, and over did a wonderful job introducing us to the new wineries. The weather was fantastic and all the wineries and distilleries were excellent choices. Highly recommend this day tour from Sydney. Easy meet up and drop off points.
